Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the results of the succession of the Khulafaur Rashidin government, starting with the election of Abu Bakr, Umar bin Khotob, Ustman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Tholib. The method used in this literature research is carried out by examining the concepts and theories used based on the available literature, including articles published in scientific journals containing theories relevant to research problems. The results of this research that Abu Bakr as caliph was carried out through deliberations of the friends at Saqifah Bani Saidah. His election as caliph was because of his seniority, his closeness to the Prophet Muhammad, was considered capable of solving complex and complex problems, moderate, lots of experience, and wise. The election of Umar was to continue the military expansion of the two superpowers (Persia and Rome) and Syria as a power base to carry out further expansion, such as to Egypt and Iraq. In his domestic political policy, Umar created a modern administrative system in all fields. Uthman became caliph, it can be said that it was relatively uneasy and smooth, because it was carried out through long deliberations of senior friends with their fear of divisions among Muslims after Umar's leadership. The appointment of the Caliph Ali, was carried out without deliberation, but it was sufficient for the majority of the Muslims, both from the Muhajirin and the Ansar, to do this so that there would be no more chaos at that time. Finally, on June 23, 656 AD, he was persecuted by the majority of the Muslims at the Nabawi Mosque in Medina, to become a caliph. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis hasil suksesi pemerintahan masa khulafaurrosyidin, mulai Pemilihan Abu Bakar, Umar bin Khotob, Ustman bin Affan dan Ali bin Abi Tholib. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji mengenai konsep dan teori yang digunakan berdasarkan literatur yang tersedia, yang diantaranya artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah yang berisi teori-teori yang relevan dengan masalah-masalah penelitian. Hasil Penelitian ini Abu Bakar sebagai khalifah dilakukan melalui musyawarah para shahabat di Saqifah Bani Saidah. Terpilihnya beliau sebagai khalifah, karena senioritas, kedekatannya dengan Nabi Muhammad Saw, dianggap mampu untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kompleks dan rumit, moderat, banyak pengalaman, dan bijaksana. Terpilihnya Umar yaitu melanjutkan ekspansi militer terhadap dua emperium adidaya (Persia dan Romawi) dan Syria dijadikan sebagai basis kekuatan untuk menjalankan ekspansi selanjutnya, seperti ke Mesir dan Irak. Kebijakan politik dalam negerinya, Umar membuat sistem administrasi modern di segala bidang. Utsman menjadi khalifah, dapat dikatakan relatif tidak mulus dan lancar, karena dilakukan melalui musyawarah yang panjang dari para shahabat senior dengan kekhawatiran mereka akan terjadinya perpecahan di kalangan umat Islam setelah kepemimpinan Umar. Pengangkatan khalifah Ali, dilaksanakan tanpa musyawarah, tetapi cukup dilakukan manyoritas kaum muslimin, baik dari kaum Muhajirin maupun Anshar, ini dilakukan supaya tidak terjadi kekacauan lebih besar lagi pada waktu itu. Akhinya, pada 23 Juni 656 M. beliau dibai’at oleh manyoritas kaum muslimin di Mesjid Nabawi kota Madinah, untuk menjadi seorang khalifah.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam as a religious obligation imposed on one's wealth according to certain rules. The obligation of zakat is explained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2011 Article 1 paragraph 2, the Qur'an, al-Hadith, and the provisions of zakat are also explained further by the scholars in the books they write. In fact, the implementation of agricultural zakat in Putat Village, Geger District, Madiun Regency, there is a discrepancy in determining the amount of zakat issued by farmers with the provisions explained by zakat fiqh. Therefore, the objectives that want to be known in writing this article are: (1) To find out the awareness of farmers in Putat Village, Geger District, Madiun Regency in issuing agricultural zakat?. (2) To find out the review of zakat fiqh on the implementation of zakat on rice agricultural products in Putat Village, Geger District, Madiun Regency?. This research was conducted qualitatively in Putat Geger Village, Madiun, with data collection procedures through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The collected data related to the implementation of zakat on rice agricultural products and a review of zakat fiqh on the implementation of zakat on rice agricultural products are analyzed in a correlational manner below. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that (1) In the implementation of agricultural zakat in Putat Geger Village, Madiun, namely: Farmers are aware of the obligation of zakat from their agricultural products. However, in spending, they ignore the minimum obligatory zakat (nisab) and mustahiq zakat. Therefore, the implementation of agricultural zakat carried out by the farming community of Putat Geger Madiun Village is very diverse, because they issue and distribute agricultural zakat according to their respective ways and understandings. (2) In terms of zakat fiqh, namely: The zakat issued by the farmers of Putat Geger Madiun Village cannot be said to be completely correct, because in zakat fiqh it has been determined that zakat on agricultural products is 10% in the rainy season, and 5% in the rainy season. dry season, and the zakat must be in the form of rice, it may be in the form of rice if the calculation has been adjusted to the provisions of the fiqh of zakat. Then the distribution must also be given to people who are entitled to receive it in accordance with the provisions described in the Qur'an at-Taubah verse 60.

Abstract

Along with developing the community paradigm, the methods in sharia business transactions have also experienced significant developments. For example, in Karang Mulyo Village, Sudimoro Pacitan, in the past, buying and selling cloves only happened to goods that were ready to be sold, so there was money there. But now traders have the initiative to buy cloves in bulk. In the implementation of buying and selling cloves on a wholesale basis in Karang Mulyo Sudimoro Village, Pacitan, because people need money faster and want an easier clove sales process. The implementation of the sale and purchase is by selling the cloves still on trees that are ready to harvest, but it is not clear from the weight of the cloves. The implementation of buying and selling wholesale is still not fully carried out by the community because cloves are part of the permanent income of the community in Karang Mulyo Village, so if they are sold in bulk, they must be rethought. So it is important for the author to study more deeply the implementation of buying and selling cloves in bulk so that it is clearer. The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out the mechanism of wholesale clove buying and selling transactions in Karang Mulyo Sudimoro Pacitan (2) To find out the perspective of muamalah fiqh on price determination and profit buying and selling of wholesale cloves in Karang Mulyo Sudimoro Pacitan? While the method used in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method and for data collection techniques, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation. The location of this research is in Karang Mulyo Village, Sudimoro District, Pacitan Regency. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) The transaction mechanism used in the wholesale sale and purchase of cloves is through mutual agreement, and there is an element of mutual pleasure between them. (2) The determination of the price in buying and selling cloves in bulk is in accordance with mu'amalah fiqh because its implementation uses the estimation method; while the profits obtained by farmers and contractors cannot be determined, the profit-taking is still reasonable.

Abstract

Mobile Banking merupakan sistem layanan dari sebuah lembaga keuangan, seperti Bank untuk melakukan sejumlah transaksi keuangan yang dapat diakses langsung oleh nasabah melalui perangkat mobile, seperti handphone. BSM Mobile Banking GPRS di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ponorogo adalah suatu layanan aplikasi untuk mempermudah nasabah dalam bertransaksi. Dalam BSM Mobile Banking GPRS pihak nasabah tidak perlu pergi ke Bank dalam melakukan transaksinya. Sehingga nasabah cukup memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan bertransaksi melalui aplikasi MBG yang terpasang di handphone. Sedangkan pihak nasabah memberikan biaya transaksi kepada Bank atas jasa kegiatan yang telah disediakan. Jadi kiranya penting bagi penulis untuk mengkaji lebih dalam lagi tentang mekanisme akad dan penetapan biaya transaksi pada produk jasa BSM Mobile Banking GPRS tersebut biar lebih jelas. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui mekanisme akad pada produk jasa BSM Mobile banking GPRS di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ponorogo perspektif fiqih muamalah ? (2) Untuk mengetahui penetapan biaya transaksi pada BSM Mobile Banking GPRS di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ponorogo perspektif fiqih muamalah ? Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk lokasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu di BSM KCP Ponorogo (yang sekarang sudah berubah namanya menjadi BSI/Bank Syari’ah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo). Berdasrkan analisis data, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Mekanisme BSM Mobile Banking GPRS di Bank Syari’ah Mandiri KCP Ponorogo adalah sah/benar menurut perspektif Fiqih Mu’amalah. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui, yaitu dengan cara bahwa pihak Bank memberikan kode aktivasi aplikasi BSM Mobile Banking GPRS atas penggunaan layanan BSM Mobile Banking GPRS. Sebagai persetujuan kedua belah pihak antara pihak nasabah (muwakil) dan pihak Bank (wakil) dalam penggunaan aplikasi BSM Mobile Banking GPRS. (2) Penetapan biaya transaksi pada BSM Mobile Banking GPRS di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ponorogo dalam perspektif Fiqih Muamalah adalah sebagai upah/ujrah, karena biaya transaksi BSM Mobile Banking GPRS telah ditentukan oleh pihak Bank dan biaya tersebut bisa berubah sesuai dengan kebijakan Bank. Dalam hal ini, pemungutan biaya transaksi merupakan suatu bentuk ujrah sebagai balas jasa atas manfaat pada aplikasi BSM Mobile Banking GPRS. Sebab pihak nasabah (muwakil) memberikan kuasa atas transaksinya kepada pihak Bank (wakil) sedangkan pihak nasabah memberikan upah kepada pihak Bank atas kemudahan yang diberikan. Sehingga aplikasi BSM Mobile Banking GPRS dengan pemungutan biaya transaksi dari nasabah dalam fiqih muamalah hal tersebut dikatakan sebagai akad wakalah bil ujrah.
