Abstract

The Department of Housing and Settlements of Bandar Lampung City was formed based on the Regulation of the Lampung Province Number 8 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Arrangement of the Lampung Province Regional Apparatus. One of the activities carried out by the service is to make a Building Permit (IMB). Problems that are often experienced in spatial planning include irregular use of space and not in accordance with Building Permit and utilizing the use of space without regard to negative impacts on the surrounding environment. Especially in the trade and service area, most of Bandar Lampung City residents are engaged in industry, trade and services. In supporting the infrastructure of the development of activities in the field of Trade and Services, naturally effective and efficient development as a factor of economic growth for the region is needed. Therefore, as an element of service improvement in making permits to construct buildings, it needs tools in the form of technology. The technology in question is a website-based online licensing. With the advancement in technology, permit makers can access and submit licenses without being limited by distance, time and place. Then the integration of Geographic Information is applied to the Building Permit System for the Bandar Lampung City Trade and Services Area. In this system using the PHP programming language and Mariadb as the database. Testing using Black Box testing. In addition to the licensing process, this system also uses Google Maps Api as a geographic information feature in mapping building locations that have been submitted by permit makers. So that in addition to facilitating the applicant in the process of making permits, this system can also facilitate the Housing Settlement Office in monitoring and structuring the location of buildings in the Trade and Services area.

Abstract

Efforts to develop livestock production that bear a stable and quality feed load, because feed is a determining factor for business continuity and continuity. The creation of the android-based ePakan application makes it very easy for breeders and non-breeders to buy and sell livestock products, because access is via smartphones. A good marketplace application and needs continuous updates to the appropriate application based on the needs of the user (end user). The web-based ePakan application is expected to make it easier for users to access the ePakan marketplace. The development of the web-based ePakan marketplace system was built using the PHP programming language with the laravel framework. The method used for system development uses Extreme Programming. The features available in this web-based ePakan marketplace include purchasing products, adding products, adding baskets, requesting partners, canceling orders, requesting to withdraw balances. From the results of Blackbox testing with the Equivalence Partitioning method, the web-based ePakan Marketplace functions as needed.

Abstract

Machine Learning has been widely used in terms of predictions for analyzing datasets. One method of Machine Learning is Support Vector Machine (SVM). The house has an important role in the survival of human beings. With the times, many developers are competing to build housing. The purpose of this study is to predicted the housing cost using Support Vector Machine. The data in this research used the data of house in Bandar lampung, the price, the location and the building specification. The amount of data used 51 datas and 33 variables with regression and classification, also used 3 kernels and it's model, 12 times first trial and next 6 experiments done with fitur selection. The trial result was kernel regression polynomial model reached the highest R 2 that was 95,99% linear kernel and gaussian kernel reached R 2 90,99% and 81,43% each. While in accuration classification model trial is obtained in 8 class of gaussian kernel as big as 91,18%, and linear kernel and polynimonal kernel get an accuracy of 90,20% and 89,90%.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce encouraging the trend of store digitization. All popular e-commerce provider prohibit the sale of living goods. It makes the livestock industry like Bibit Bebek Berbobot Store unable to digitize like most shops. WordPress is a multipurpose CMS. WordPress can be used to build selling system to substitute popular e-commerce. WordPress has many features, such as plugins and a template system. Plugins are provided to improve and add functions that do not exist in a website. With a plugin called WooCommerce, WordPress can be transformed into a selling system. WooCommerce add several features such as ordering, product management, and stock management, but it is still lack proper reporting feature. This research focus on developing a plugin that allows processing transaction data into monthly accounting reports. Plugin development is carried out using the PHP programming language with the waterfall development method. The final product of this plugin is monthly accounting reports such as sales journals, inventory journals, and income reports

Abstract

Efforts to realize quality family planning one of them by living in a healthy environment and also regulate natality, ideal age of childbirth and distance. Planning and Activities Programs are coordinated by representatives of the Provincial BKKBN by involving all elements in the Organizational Structure of Kampung KB (in accordance with the Decree of the Regent / Mayor) through the Forum of Deliberation or inserting in other appropriate forums. A form of realization of program planning is by the form of geographic information systems. Information about the location or place of an object located on the earth's surface and includes information on the location of geographical locations to be analyzed and made decisions. By using the Google Maps API, it is possible to use Google Maps from the geographic information system created. In its early development, the Google Maps API was limited to the Java Script API. Maps API expanded to include an infographic that makes it easy to store and interpret map-shaped data. The problem of the Department of Population Control and Family Planning related to the Kampung KB Program is that they cannot provide information anywhere where the distribution of KB Village is and what achievements have been achieved after the selection of the village into Kampung KB. The presentation of information with spatial data can be facilitated with Geographic Information System. So far, government only receives data in the form of reports of general nature, and government cannot see the distribution of Kampung KB visually. With this information can be presented Geographic Information System. In this study will be developed Geographic Information System distribution and achievement of kampung kb program. Web-based system to visualize the mapping of kb villages into the form of maps, as well as provide information about areas that have been registered as kb or non-kb villages in South Lampung Regency. The system is created using the programming languages PHP, HTML, Javascript and MySql as a system database.

Abstract

The creation of application is very easy for farmers and non-farmers to buy and sell livestock products. Along with the creation of the application and the existence of a business process in it is needed a system that can be a connection between the application and its users. The presence of a dashboard system is expected to help admin performance in handling some business activities in ePakan. In its development the dashboard system was built using the PHP programming language with Laravel Framework. The methods used for system development use Extreme Programming. The features in this ePakan dashboard include, payment confirmation, account verification, balance disbursement, transaction logging. Based on The results of the dashboard testing the ePakan works as needed and based on testing user satisfaction usability, the dashboard system gets an average value of 83% which means it is very good.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by dengue virus infection and is transmitted through the bite of female mosquito species Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. Environmental factors are one of the causes of the high prevalence of dengue fever, including the layout of buildings, water reservoirs, indentations in the soil, temperature and other things that can help the Aedes mosquito life cycle take place. The purpose of this study is to predict the spread of dengue disease using the SVM (Support Vector Machine) method with rainfall data in Singapore from 2014 to 2018, weather data and pain data, comparing this study with previous research by Adeline Ong in 2014 entitled " Predicting Dengue Cases in Singapore”, as well as knowing the results of predicting the distribution of DHF using the SVM method in the form of variance values (R2) with linear, gaussian and polynomial kernels. The results of the experiment found that the lowest error value was shown by the linear kernel with an error rate of 35.15%, with a variance value of 64.85%.
