<![CDATA[Investors will perform various analyzes to obtain information on whether the company is able to provide compensation for the investment they invested. One of them is the fundamental analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage to the stock price. In this study the ratio used to assess the company's performance is ROE, EPS, DR and DER. ROE and EPS are profitability ratios while DR and DER is the leverage ratio. The object in this study is the Building Construction Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).The research method in this study is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population amounts to 9 companies, based on pre-defined criteria the obtained sample of six companies.The results showed that simultaneous ROE, EPS, DR and DER significantly influence stock prices. Partially, EPS is a variable that has positive and significant impact on stock prices, while the ROE, DR and DER is partially not give the significant effect on stock prices. The results indicated that investors should reckon the value of EPS, due to the size of EPS affect the stock price changes. This shows that the company must keep the value of EPS. Keyword: Profitability, Leverage, ROE, EPS, DR, DER, Stock Price ABSTRAK Investor akan melakukan berbagai analisis untuk mendapatkan informasi apakah perusahaan mampu memberikan kompensasi dari investasi yang mereka tanamkan. Salah satunya adalah dengan analisis fundamental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap harga saham. Dalam penelitian ini rasio yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja perusahaan adalah ROE, EPS, DR dan DER. ROE dan EPS merupakan rasio profitabilitas sedangkan DR dan DER merupakan rasio leverage. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Kontruksi dan Bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 9 perusahaan, kemudian penentuan sampel ditetapkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel ROE, EPS, DR dan DER berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, EPS merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan variabel ROE, DR dan DER secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham.Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa investor perlu memperhitungkan besar kecilnya nilai EPS, karena besar kecilnya EPS mempengaruhi perubahan harga saham di pasar modal.
