Abstract

Productivity is one of the materials studied in ecology courses. As a result of the interview, many students still have difficulty in understanding this material and lecturers also have difficulty designing learning that connects context with the environment. Therefore, student learning activities need to be designed with a STEM approach. The research aims to produce a learning trajectory to help students on productivity materials using STEM approaches. The method used in this research is a design research type validation study consisting of three stages: preparing for the experiment, experiment in the classroom (pilot experiment & Teaching experiment), and restrospective analysis. The research subjects were 6 students and 3 lecturers. Research instruments in the form of interview sheets for students and lecturers and using student metacognitive questionnaires. The results of this study show that through a series of activities that have been done, learning using STEM can help students understand productivity materials and become a starting point in the learning process

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai keragaman kupu-kupu di kawasan Wisata Air Terjun Irenggolo Kediri pada bulan Februari hingga Juli 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan database tentang keragaman dan kelimpahan kupu-kupu di kawasan Wisata ini. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengkoleksi kupu-kupu adalah dengan metode VES. Kupu ditangkap menggunakan jaring serangga dan dikoleksi menggunakan kertas papylote. Semua spesies diidentifikasi di laboratorium zoology dan dikonsultasikan pada ahli. Data keragaman kupu dianalisis menggunakan indeks Shanon Winner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 35 spesies kupu dengan total jumlah 1.622 individu. Berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif, disimpulkan bahwa meskipun kekayaan individu tinggi, namun derajad kemelimpahan masing-masing spesies rendah. Adapun spesies yang derajad kelimpahannya cukup adalah Hasora taminatus (14,5) dan Chilades pandava (16,5). Untuk menjaga kelestarian jenis kupu dan menjaga kemelimpahannya, perlu dilakukan edukasi kepada pengunjung agar tetap menjaga keberadaan tumbuhan liar di kawasan wisata Air Terjun Irenggolo Kediri. Abstract

Irenggolo is a waterfall tourism area located in the Wilis Mountains. This area has a fairly good diversity of flora, one of which is Asteraceae family. This family has very divers in members. Research on Asteraceae plants in this area never been carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of plants from the Asteraceae family that live in the Irenggolo Kediri. Methode for sampling using Visual Encounter Survey technique in four different areas. Observation results obtained 13 species of plants from Asteraceae family with three tribes, that are Sphagneticola trilobata, Galinsoga parviflora, Crassocephalum crepidioides, Cosmos sulphureus, Tagetes erecta, Sonchus wightianus, Conyza bonariensis, Ageratum conyzoides, Dahlia pinnata, Bidens pilosa, Zinnia elegans, Chromolaena odorata, serta Eupatorium capillifolium.
