Abstract

Abstract The development of e-government is a long program planned by the Indonesian Government to be contained in Presidential Instruction number 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies for e-government development, this is intended to realize or implement a bureaucracy that is reliable, professional, productive in excellent service to the community the purpose of implementing good governance, it must also be carried out by local governments such as the City of Pagar Alam, to achieve this desire management systems and work processes must be developed or utilized using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities as needed, in this case Information Technology is the foundation the main support is that later all information systems will be able to provide services for the needs, for this expectation needs to be made good infrastructure planning, in this study used the TOGAF framework (The open group architecture framework) as a framework that there is a reference to the design of the information technology infrastructure of the Pagar Alam City Government, the results are: (a). 28 candidates were proposed to be developed, (b). It was concluded that the connection to each SKPD must be connected to fiber optic fiber using Metro-LAN or Metro-MAN, (c). Obtained the latest concepts and online community service systems, (d). From the analysis, it is known that the application and technology gaps must be repaired or replaced, which ones need to be maintained or integrated using the appropriate system.

Abstract

Cianjur as a City of Santri, of course, there are many Islamic studies carried out in langgar, mosque, surau, Islamic boarding school or school, currently these studies are only local and can only be heard by people around mosques, Information Technology and Information Systems (SITI) has been found to be the most effective disseminator of information and of course it can also be an alternative in Islamic religious studies so that studies can be carried out by anyone anywhere. In making this portal application the study of Islamic science is the system development method used, namely waterfalls, the waterfall application in this study is the most suitable because the system is built with great systematic and good accuracy so that the resulting system is good and in accordance with the needs of users from application. This application that is built requires an analysis of computer hardware and android-based smartphones, where the creation begins with the design, the design is modeled with UML and the Java programming language, android and database using firebase. The results of this study are the application portal for Islamic studies that is most suitable for Android smartphone users.

Abstract

Community service is an obligation that exists in the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (PT), based on this, the service, conducts Research and Service in South Cianjur, Research and Service is precisely carried out at DKM Nurul Huda, this service is a continuation of Research on the creation of a recitation portal in the mosque managed by DKM Nurul Huda, DKM Nurul Huda has problems in informing the study activities it manages which often do not reach the community because the distance between RT/RW is far apart while the community already has the tools to receive this information in the form of smartphone, so that the servants feel that making a portal is an alternative to convey information on Islamic studies, another obstacle is Nurul Huda's understanding of DKM towards SITI, so it is necessary to hold training and socialization on the use and management of this portal. The method used is to listen, pay attention and practice until the DKM administrators who manage the recitation are able to operate this portal. and at the end of this service, a good understanding of the management of the portal was produced, the DKM management was able to convey information, even studies on the portal so that pilgrims who did not come could know the study and know the material presented by Ustad.

Abstract

Pengolahan dan penyampaian data menggunakan teknologi dan sistem informasi dapat dilakukan secara mudah, cepat, dan tepat  sehingga informasi sampai kepada yang memerlukan dengan tepat (waktu dan sasaran), sehingga atas keunggulan ini penyampaian informasi menggunakan teknologi ini, tetapi orang jahat juga memanfaatkan hal ini untuk menyampaikan informasi hoax, pada penelitian ini informasi yang disampaikan merupakan informasi yang sangat penting karena menyampaikan informasi tentang gempa sehingga data (informasi) yang disampaikan harus benar dan cepat. Penelitian ini merupakan pembuatan aplikasi yang menyampaikan kembali informasi yang disampaikan BMKG tentang gempa, sehingga informasi gempa dapat sampai secara cepat, artinya aplikasi yang dibangun dapat menjadi alternative saluran yang terpercaya selain yang disampaikan BMKG melalui media sosial (Medsos), dan untuk menjaga kredibilitas informasi aplikasi yang dibangun mengambil input data dari Rest API terbuka BMKG yang resmi. Pada pelaksanaan penelitiannya menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Scrum, menggunakan scrum karena yang paling cocok berdasarkan sirkulasi dan pengolahan (produksi) data yang diolah dan disampaikan kembali jadi informasi yang akurat, setelah aplikasi dibangun dilakukan penggujian menggunakan metode black box. Hasil penelitian ini informasi gempa, lokasi, dan kekuatan gempa sehingga pemerintah daerah (BNPB/BPBD), dan unsur lain dapat membantu warga yang terkena dampak untuk secepatnya melakukan evakuasi korban, dan evakuasi meminimalisir korban akibat gempa susulan atau pun bencana lain yang diakibatkan gempa seperti tsunami, bangunan roboh, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Abstraks Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis serta identifikasi berbagai masalah kebutuhan infomasi Perguruan Tinggi (PT), terutama pada bagian layanan kemahasiswaan, bagian layanan keuangan, serta layanan akademis pada PT. Metodologi Analisa yang digunakan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah (penelitian) ini yaitu metode pengumpulan data, metode analisis dan perancangan sistem. Hasil yang dicapai adalah sistem informasi (SI) menjadi terintegrasi yang mampu mengefektifkan dan efisienkan pada bagian layanan mahasiswa, layanan keuangan dan layanan akademis serta menjadikan proses bisnis tersebut berlangsung secara efektif dan efisien. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pada bagian-bagian inti PT, yakni bagian layanan keuangan, bagian layanan mahasiswa, serta bagian layanan akademis dimana akan mampu mengganggu proses bisnis yang ada, serta solusi yang dihadirkan dengan adanya sistem yang dapat terintegrasi pada bagian-bagian tersebut. Kata kunci: Informasi, Integrasi, PT, Akademis, dan Proses Bisnis  Abstraction This study aims to analyze and identify the various problems of university information needs (PT), especially in the student services section, financial services, and academic services at PT. Methodology The analysis used in writing scientific work (research) is the method of data collection, method analysis and system design. The results achieved are integrated information systems (SI) that are able to streamline and streamline student services, financial services and academic services and make the business process effective and efficient. The conclusion of this study is that there are problems faced in the core parts of PT, namely the financial services department, student services section, and academic services section where it will be able to disrupt existing business processes, and solutions that are presented with a system that can be integrated in these parts.
