Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of entrepreneurs when the congregation towards the economy was in the area of ​​their Arofah wukuf arofah ritual. The existence of the Arofah field should be a solution to the accommodation needs needed by pilgrims worldwide, from sector entrepreneurs who are provided to support the smooth wukuf in Arofah because the purpose of wukuf is to realize the worship of khusu 'tadarru, taqarrub to Allah SWT. The method used in this research is qualitative which is supported by primary data. The research sample in this study was only a few organizers, one of which was PT Musafir Internasional. The results of this study are that there are approximately 200 congregations. The reasons for leaving this year include that the age of the congregation is limited to less than 65 years, they use this bureau to guarantee the fast issuance of the MoFA visa, the perpetrators of course have difficulty finding the exact date of departure because of the busy conditions of the congregation. And finance wukuf arofah is an embryo of economic strength in this country, in a season it is able to finance life in the next year, in this era it is able to become a system that can prosper the family. In times of crisis, he was able to escape bankruptcy, even though he did not receive any help from anywhere because the pilgrims had paid up front before attending Arofah. The concept that contains Arofah's accommodation has become a force in reviving the country's economy. The financial system, which is revolving around every year, is growing rapidly and plays an important role in allocating resources and promoting economic development.

Abstract

Al-Lail verses and letters are important in the ranks of business verses through this verse which are able to provide new arguments in the economic scene. Al-Qur'an and Hadith are two Muslim guidelines that are interconnected with each other. The current situation and the future situation are also full of science and technology needed by mankind. So that the Qur'an and Hadith are often referred to as the source of all knowledge, including business and muamalat issues. Some of the knowledge contained in the Qur'an is easy to understand, while others require further thought and development and reflection to be understood. One's understanding of the Qur'an depends on one's intelligence, so the same verse may give different interpretations. In this journal we discuss the relationship of Surat al-Lail on economics with its philosophy. The momentum of Surah Al-Lail is a Makiyyah letter that was revealed to the Prophet shalallahu 'alaihi wasallam before moving to the city of Medina, and the subject of this letter is related to people who donate and people who are stingy. As well as motivation for business movements with various theories and practices. Keywords: business, philosophy and infaq. Ayat dan surat al-Lail asupan penting dalam jajaran ayat-ayat bisnis lewat ayat ini di mana mampu memberikan dalil baru dalam belantika ekonomi. Al-Qur’an dan Hadits merupakan dua pedoman umat muslim yang saling berhubungan satu sama lain. keadaan saat ini maupun keadaan pada masa yang akan datang, juga sarat dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dibutuhkan oleh umat manusia. Sehingga al-Qur'an dan Hadits sering disebut sebagai sumber segala ilmu pengetahuan termsuk masalah usaha dan muamalat. Ilmu pengetahuan yang terdapat dalam al-Qur'an ada yang mudah dipahami ada juga yang memerlukan pemikiran dan pengembangan serta perenungan lebih lanjut untuk dapat dipahami. Pemahaman tentang al-Qur'an seseorang tergantung pada kecerdasan, sehingga dari ayat yang sama mungkin saja akan memberikan tafsiran yang berbeda.dalam jurnal ini kami membahas hubungan surat al-lail tentang ekonomi dengan filosofinya. Momentum Surat Al-Lail adalah surat Makiyyah yang diturunkan kepada Nabi shalallahu ‘alaihi wasallam sebelum berhijrah ke kota Madinah, dan pokok pembicaraan surat ini berkaitan dengan orang-orang yang berinfak dan orang-orang yang bakhil. Serta motivasi gerak usaha dengan berbagai teori dan praktek.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai beserta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik pemilihan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas kepala dinas, sekretaris dinas, dan tiga kepala sub bagian. Validitas data dikonfirmasi dengan uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Jombang menunjukkan predikat sangat baik berdasarkan nilai akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah (AKIP). Adapun faktor-faktor yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi, kecerdasan emosional, remunerasi, dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

TikTok is a popular Application, easy to play, both adults and children, which greatly impacts their moral development. The focus of this research are: 1) Factors that influence group B students at Muslimat NU 13 Labuhan Kindergarten so that they are interested in the TikTok application? 2) What are the positive and negative impacts of the TikTok application on the moral development of group B children at the NU 13 Labuhan Muslimat Kindergarten? This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis of interview data, observation, and documentation. Factors that influence children's interest in TikTok are: 1) Children often play TikTok 2) Facility support 3) Parents like to see children imitating the movements and songs on TikTok. The positive and negative impacts of the TikTok application on the moral development of group B children at Muslimat NU 13 Labuhan Kindergarten are 1) Generating self-confidence/courage in children 2) The emergence of creativity in children 3) Developing aspects of motor skills, language, creativity in children. The negative impacts are 1) The child's behavior is impolite 2) It is difficult to pay attention to lessons or simple commands 3) The child behaves arbitrarily 3) The child likes to sing and dance in inappropriate places 4) deviations from religious and moral values taught in Kindergarten Muslimat NU13 Labuhan.
