Abstract

Adolescence is a period of growth and maturation process is a fundamental requirement for human life.Growth and physical development are closely related to the nutritional status of children. Consumption offood is one of the main factors deciding the nutritional status of a person. The lack of balance betweenthe intake of nutrients or adequacy will lead to nutritional problems better and more popular among schoolchildren streets habits is very difficult to remove . Penchant school children about foods that are sweet ,sour and savory often exploited by traders or sellers to attract school children .This study aims to determine on Contributions Food Snacks Of Total Energy and Nutritional Status inChildrenElementary School Buku in the District of Belang.This type of research is descriptive analytic cross sectional. Research conducted at the District Belangduring the month of May 2014, with a total sample of 55 people. Types of data collected include theidentity of respondents, nutritional status, street food intake.The results showed that of the 55 samples, there were 47.3% male sex and female sex as much as52.7%. Contributions energy consumption of street food in Buku elementary school- girls that was 9 yearsold as 4 (7.2%) 8-15%, age 10-11 years as many as 26 people (45.5%) 29-42% , contribution energysnack foods are consumed boys in Buku elementary school 9-year-old as many as 5 people (9.1%) 17-21% and 10-11 year age 20 as many as (38.2%) 33 - 47%.Nutritional status of student elementaryschool, 30 (54.4%) had normal nutritional status and obesity 25 people (45.5%).Based on Pearsoncorrelation test, found no association between street food energy contribution to energy intake andnutritional status of Buku elementary school students District of Belang with p = -.166 and -.061 (orgreater than 0.05)

Abstract

Posyandu is one form of Community Based Health Efforts are managed and held on by, for andwith the community in the organization of health development, in order to deceive the public inobtaining basic health services to accelerate the reduction in maternal and infant kemaratiannumbers. The sustainability of this activity is highly dependent on the active participation of healthcadres as the main implementers. The purpose of this research is to know about the factorsassociated with the activity cadre's in Puskesmas Ranotana WeruKota Manado.Type of survey research with deskristif approach. This implementation is implemented in May 2015in Manado City Health Center Ranotana Weru. Population is all cadres Posyandu in PuskesmasRanotana Weru Manado City. Samples are 45 cadres, with the data obtained using a questionnaire(liveliness cadres, cadres of knowledge, training of cadres, cadres keposyandu distance home,support the husband / family). While secondary data obtained from health centers. Tools andbahanyang used questionnaires, Calculator, leptop, SPSS Program.The results showed 39 0rang (86.7%) belongs to the category health cadres active in theimplementation of integrated health activities, 42 (93.3%) high school educated cadres, cadresknowledgeable 95.6% good, 88.9% of cadres who had attended Posyandu cadre training, 0rang 29(64.4%) which has a distance cadre's home near denganposyandu, and 44 (97.8%) cadre's whohas the support of husband / family.

Abstract

Balanced nutrition problems in Indonesia is still a substantial problem. The problem of thepoor economy and limited knowledge of nutrition. Nutritional knowledge would affect eatinghabits or eating behavior of a society. The success of development could have a negativeimpact, among others, the occurrence of overweight as a result of lifestyle changes includediet. The modern diet that is higher than the physical akftifitas will cause nutritional problemslebih.Tujuan this study to determine the relationship between maternal nutrition knowledge,dietary and nutritional status in the village PahaletenMinahasa District of KakasThe design of this penetitian Cross Sectional Study. The study only make observations andmeasurements of variables at one particular time. Measurement variables are not limited tobe just about the same time. Total population of 248 people and the number of respondentsas many as 38 people. Data collected include general data, knowledge of nutrition, diet andnutrition stattus. Data obtained from interviews, questionnaires knowledge, measurement ofnutritional status, and the questionnaire FFQ.Of the 38 respondents there were 20 people (52.6%) having the nutritional status of obesitywith the knowledge level of <60%. While diet with nutrient status have a meaningfulrelationship in which the value of p <0.05 were obtained through statistical tests TestFisher.Berdasarkan There was no relationship between the Nutritional Sciences Nutritionalstatus However the correlation between diet and nutritional status of the mother

Abstract

Photographs of foodstuffs is one of the counseling medium that can be used to facilitate the patient understand because the photos of the ingredients are equipped with the weight of the mature food ingredient (gram). And on some ingredients there is a dimension (length or width). In addition to the weight of the listed ingredients there is also the composition of macro nutrients such as: Calories, Carbohydrates, Proteins, FatsThis research type is Quasy Experiment pre and Post Test Control group This research design will describe difference of attitude and behavior attitude of diabetes mellitus patient in hospitalization beside that this research will describe ease and efficiency of nutrition counseling in patient of diabetes mellitus.The result of statistic test about the level of knowledge about diabetes mellitus obtained p value <0,05 (p = 0,000), meaning there is very significant difference of knowledge value about diabetes mellitus before and after counseling activity. Similarly attitudes and behavior of patients showed an increase with the value of p <0.05 (p = 0.00). This also shows a very significant difference in behavior before and after counseling using food photos. Conclusion there is difference of knowledge level, attitude and behavior of respondent after nutrition counseling using photo of food.
