Abstract

Legal development aims to establish and secure the implementation of development and its results. The effort that needs to be done to achieve that goal is by reforming the law in a directed and integrated manner and supporting development in various fields as well as legal awareness and dynamics that develop in the ummah. One of the efforts towards the development of law, among others relating to; First, Land, which has been regulated in PP. No. 28/1977 concerning the representation of property as the implementing regulation of article 49 paragraph 3 of the Law. No 5/1960 Basic Principles of Agrarian Affairs. Second, the law (Islamic jurisprudence). Land "waqf", In law (fiqh) Islamic waqf is worth shadaqah jariah or practice whose reward always flows even though the person who has done so has died, as long as the waqf property is still effective. Waqf is a religious facility that closely related to efforts to achieve prosperity and as a means of empowering people. Waqf practices are very significant for socio-economic, cultural and religious life. Therefore, Islam puts the practice of waqf as one of the practices of worship in which the person who works it will be given joy by Allah.

Abstract

Worship according to the view of understanding the science of jurisprudence can be divided into two, namely mahdah worship, worship that is still pure setting of procedures, place and time and gairu mahdah worship, which is a model of worship that is not regulated by procedures, determination of time and place by sharia. The model of mahdah worship is prescribed: (1) bound by place, time and procedure, (2) bound by procedure, (3) bound by time limit on the circulation of the sun/moon. (4) Bound by procedure but not bound by time, place. The model of worship of gairu mahdah is a form of worship that is not pure in bond with Islamic law, both place, time and procedure (unless prescribed). Ibadah mahdah which is bound by place, time and procedure such as Hajj, is bound by time and procedure such as prayer, which is bound by procedure such as absolute sunnah fasting, Hajj. Gairu mahdah such as zikir, shadaqah, devotion to both parents.

Abstract

The cosmology of a study that develops with the disposition and development of the universe, which is a system of natural and orderly change that is a creation of God, shows His Oneness (sunatullah). Cosmology covers the changes in human life derived from water undergoing changes into germs, 'alaqah, mudghah, growing into human form expands the species until it alternates continuously. The preaching of human behavior is driven by intentions (motivations) derived from the nature of man who is His creation. He it is Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon, each rising up so that you may take heed. The change of vegetation derived from seeds (seeds) grows into grains that grow into vegetation.

Abstract

Religious human rights, is the right of a person to embrace a religion that is believed to be true. Basically, religious human rights are one's freedom to embrace a religion that is believed to be true. Human Rights in the Perspective of Izwaji's Tafsir includes: First, the right of faith, including pledges by word of mouth, justification with the heart and justification through the deeds of the limbs. Second, the right to practice includes the principle of compliance, the principle of fulfillment, the right of principle and justice. Third, the right to protection, including physical and legal protection, includes the expression of thought, preaching, which includes freedom, rational and universal preaching, and protection of maisyah (economic resources) among fellow believers.

Abstract

Wasathiyah Islam is a moderate teaching, taking sides with the truth of Islamic teachings between liberal and conservative schools. Wasathiyah Islam has the character of respecting conservative (closed) and liberal (open) ideologies by accommodating liberal Islam, the understanding of free Islam and conservative Islam, which has the character of understanding and operating in a closed way. the Prophet, and the atsar of the companions of the Prophet. Wasathiyah Islam in aqidah includes embracing religion, belief in God, and belief in the Prophet. Wasathiyah Islam in worship includes mahdah worship and gairu mahdah worship.

Abstract

Moderation of religious life is a model of religious life which is based on the attitude of the soul that is in the midst of humility, considering maslahah and mahdarat towards a safe and peaceful life. Moderation of religious life can be built in four ways: (1) Knowledge, giving knowledge and understanding of how to live moderately in their environment (2) Fair, in the middle position in a religious life, not extreme, divided into fair which means honest, fair which means straight and fair which means sincere, (3) Tasamuh, which is a big heart accepting differences that may not be in accordance with his views, (4) Tawadlu, namely the attitude of a humble soul without appearing arrogant. This article is discussed through the Tafsir Izwaji approach, namely explanations in the form of information obtained from the Al-Quran, Al-Hadith and the opinions of Ulama or experts who are adequate.

Abstract

Organisasi dakwah merupakan unit sosial yang berusaha mencapai tujuan dakwah, karena hakekat organisasi ini tidak lain adalah mengejar atau mencapai tujuan dakwah. Tujuan organisasi harus dapat menggambarkan keadaan masa akan datang yang senantiasa dikejar dan diupayakan untuk diwujudkan oleh organisasi. Sebuah organisasi dakwah (sebagai organisasi sosial non-profit) apabila sudah terbentuk, dalam proses perjalanannya akan muncul kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang merupakan tujuan dari masing-masing komponen dari organisasi. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, proses penyesuaian sasaran-sasaran dalam tujuan organisasi tidak boleh mengabaikan kepentingan-kepentingan anggota aktivis organisiasi yang demikian dan rencana-rencana yang disusun perlu mencakup serta mengintegrasikan kepentingan masing-masing.

Abstract

The digital era requires teachers to have TPACK abilities. Not only teachers, but pre-service teachers also need to be equipped with TPACK abilities in order to become competitive teachers in the digital age. To measure the TPACK ability of prospective teachers, it is necessary to develop an instrument that can measure TPACK. This research was conducted with the aim of developing a TPACK self-assessment instrument for PGMI students who are prospective teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The approach used in this research is research and development (R&D) type ADDIE, which is carried out through five (5) stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instrument was developed based on the seven components of TPACK. A total of 34 PGMI students who have carried out teaching practices act as samples in this study. After validation and reliability tests were carried out using SPSS, 39 items were valid statements out of a total of 40 items, with an alpha coefficient of 0.970. Thus, it can be said that 39 items of statements are reliable and appropriate to be used to measure the TPACK ability of PGMI students.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the implementation of religious character education through the Friday Faith program along with the supporting and inhibiting factors at SMA Negeri 1 Budong-Budong, West Sulawesi. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research is by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research show that the implementation of religious character education at SMA Negeri 1 Budong-Budong is going well and is filled with several sessions such as the reading of prayers (tahlil or istighosah, reading juz 30 in groups, reading asmaul husna, and tausiyah. Because of this, several positive values emerged. Some of the supporting factors include the enthusiasm of teachers and students in participating in Friday Faith activities, adequate facilities, optimal time management, while the inhibiting factors are lack of care from parents, the community environment, excessive use of smartphones, and the students' own backgrounds.

Abstract

The accusation of Islamic boarding schools as hotbeds of terrorism is still a phenomenal issue. This is contrary to the values of Islamic boarding schools which uphold peace. This study aims to narrate the implications of peace education in Islamic boarding schools in responding to the issue of terrorism. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies to be analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model. This research shows: (1) Teaching materials (textbooks) and Al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School regulations direct students to an ideology that is highly anti-terrorism, this data is taken from the description of the responses that researchers see from the side of perception with convincing statements that peace is a nature that must be attempted, either with a theological or rational approach. This response was strengthened by the views of the management and students who stated that peace is a common property so that all acts of terrorism are not part of Jihad. (2) Santri's response to terrorism has implications for strengthening social solidarity, building tasamuh attitudes, establishing mutual assistance, being fair and wise, and understanding diversity. The second result contributes to fighting accusations of Islamic boarding schools as hotbeds of terrorism, while simultaneously confirming that peace education in Islamic boarding schools can be used as a model for public schools in fighting terrorism issues.
