This study aims to determine the causality relationship of financing to deposit ratio, good corporate governance, return on asset, and capital adequacy ratio toward sharia banking share price in Indonesia. Data used in this study are financial statements of Sharia banking companies and share price data from May 2018 to November 2020. The samples used are Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank BRI Syariah, and Bank BTPN Syariah. The analysis model used is the Panel Vector Autoregression (PVAR) and performed with Eviews 10. The results found that financing to deposit ratio, good corporate governance, and return on assets have no causality relationship towards the share price. The capital adequacy ratio has a causality relationship towards the share price at a significant rate of 10%. The share price has a causality relationship towards the capital adequacy ratio. Financing to deposit ratio has a causality relationship towards good corporate governance. Return on assets has a causality relationship towards financing to deposit ratio. The change of sharia banking share price in the 12th month prediction was influenced by CAR is 3.32%, GCG is 0.42%, FDR is 0.32%, and ROA is 0.19%.

Every organization that is profit-oriented or non-profit, regardless of the size and nature of its business, requires a number of working capital. Working capital is the most important factor for maintaining liquidity, survival, solvency and profitability of the business. Working capital management is one of the most important areas when making comparisons between a company's liquidity and profitability, which involves a decision on the number of current assets and asset financing. The efficiency of working capital management is very important especially for manufacturing companies, where most of its assets consist of current assets. This directly affects the profitability and liquidity of the company. The trade off between liquidity and profitability is important because if working capital management is not given, companies tend to fail and face bankruptcy. The importance of efficient working capital management is undoubted. Because working capital provides strength for each economic and management unit which is considered to be one of the most important functions of corporate management. Therefore, given the importance of working capital management management this research was focused on evaluating the effect of working capital on profitability, in the LQ45 index manufacturing company for the 2003-2007 period. This study focuses on the effect of increasing spiritual quotient and emotional quotient on mental health during the month of Sya'ban during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to determine and analyze the positive effects of the spiritual quotient on mental health in the month of Sya'ban. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample was determined randomly amounting to 100 people. Data collection tools use instruments that are distributed to research respondents. Data were analyzed using the Path Analysis model, which is to analyze the positive effects of spiritual quotient and mental health. The results of this study indicate that the spiritual quotient has a positive effect on mental health during the month of Sya'ban during the Covid 19 pandemic.To improve mental health, it is necessary to increase intelligence and spirituality as a strategic effort to improve the quality of piety. This study focuses on increasing the effect of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the positive effect of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. This research uses quantitative research method. The sample was determined randomly amounting to 145 people. Data collection tools use instruments that are distributed to research respondents. The data were analyzed using the Path Analysis model, which is to analyze the positive effects of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of academic culture and synergistic transformational leadership on organizational performance and there is a positive influence of Synergistic Transformational Leadership on academic culture. To improve the organizational performance, it is necessary to increase synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture. This research is based on the demands of the community's needs for quality and higher-quality education. Supervision is an important thing that needs to be done in an effort to improve the quality of education. This supervision is in the form of encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to grow teacher expertise in carrying out their professional duties. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of school principal supervision in improving teacher performance. This research was conducted at MI Sirojul Athfal Pondok Rajeg Cibinong Bogor. This research is based on the boardman's theory of supervision. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method supported by data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The sources of informants in this research were the principal and two teachers. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervision of the principal at MI Sirojul Athfal goes well every semester on a regular and scheduled basis. In stimulating teacher performance, the principal provides support, facilities, and appreciation for teachers. In coordinating teacher performance, the principal holds related coordination meetings, evaluates learning, conducts peer tutoring, and involves teachers in community activities. The school principal provides input, suggestions, and solutions related to difficulties faced by teachers, and in an effort to improve teacher performance, the principal provides motivation and optimizes facilities. The background of this research is that there is still no effective competence to learn morality because competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that have become part of one's self. The objective of this research is to know the positive influence of student character on the competence of learning in academia, to understand the positive impact of learning motivation on competence, and to know the positive impact of the character of students on the motivation of learning. This research method uses quantitative research with the partial least squares (PLS) approach and structural equation modeling (SEM). The sample is 150 students and using simple random sampling tecnict. The results of the study were positive and statistically significant for the direct influence of student character on the learning competence, Learning motivation has a direct positive and statistically significant influence on the learning competence, positive and statistically significant for the direct influence of student character on learning motivation. The result of the calculation of the path coefficient (Path Coefisien) was the equation KB = 0.898 KS + 0.389 MB, which means that the competence of learning in academia of 56.7% can be explained by the character of the student and 38.9% by the learning motivation variable with a constellation value of 0.898. The results of the data analysis show a value = R-square adjusted of 0.931, which means that 93.1% of the variation of the endogenous variable of learning competence can be explained by the exogenic variables of student character and learning motivation, when the remaining 6.9% is explained by variations of change not included in this model. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Attahiriyah. This research used quantitative research methods with survey techniques to answer the hypothesis test that has been formulated. Respondents amounted to 160 female respondents selected through random sampling. Questionnaires of Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, and Teacher Professionalism were validated using the Product Moment correlation formula, reliability was measured with the Cronbach Alpha formula. Hypothesis was tested using the PLS SEM analysis application. It is shown that emotional intelligence has a direct and significant effect on teacher professionalism, while spiritual intelligence has a direct positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism. Emotional intelligence has a direct and significant influence on spiritual intelligence. So that in an effort to improve the professionalism of teachers can be done by increasing the effectiveness of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. It concludes that emotional intelligence has a direct and significant effect on teacher professionalism, spiritual intelligence has a direct positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism, and emotional intelligence has a direct and significant effect on spiritual intelligence.
