Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengambilan keputusan persalinan sectio caesaria pada ibu di RSIA Melati Husada. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif populasinya adalah ibu yang melahirkan di RSIA Melati Husada sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Besar sampel sebanyak 50 ibu dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel acidental sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwabahwa mayoritas responden adalah ibu dengan rentang usia 20 – 40 tahun, tingkat pendidikan tinggi, ibu bekerja, gravida 2. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengambilan keputusan persalinan SC adalah faktor janin 16%, faktor ibu 74%, faktor keduanya 10% ( faktor ibu dan janin) dan faktor lain-lain 0%. Disarankan untuk ibu hamil melakukan ANC (ante natal care) yang rutin, minimal 4 kali selama kehamilan, untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi dari persalinan Sectio Caesaria.

Abstract

The research entitled The Analysis of Women’s Language Features found in Michelle Obama’s Speech “The First Lady on the Importance of Studying Abroad” aims to identify women's language features based on Lakoff theory found in Michelle Obama’s speech. The data were collected using a descriptive qualitative method; the data were gathered by watching the video several times and reading the transcript of Michelle Obama's speech containing the women's language features on Youtube. The data were analysed by using Lakoff (1975) on women's language. The results of this research show that there are 89 items found, 18 items or 20% of lexical hedges or fillers, 1 item or 1% of rising intonation on declaratives, 13 items or 15% of intensifiers, and 57 items or 64% of emphatic stress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of pollution in Madura Strait waters based on water quality parameters (pH, temperature, Dissloved Oxygen, and salinity), heavy metal Pb content in water, sediment and Ghost Shrimp as information on the importance of protecting the coastal environment from pollution. The method used is analysis of water quality (insitu) and sampling of water, sediment, Ghost Shrimp shrimp. As a bioindicator, the content of heavy metal Pb will be analyzed using AAS. The results of the water quality analysis found that the level of pollution in the Madura Strait, especially Labang Subdistrict, was included in the high category and was dangerous for the life of the organisms of the coastal ecosystem. This is because the western Madura strait is a waste disposal area from various major cities, such as Surabaya, Gresik, and Labang itself. Waste in the form of fuel spills for fishing boats, boat maintenance activities that use paint material. Household wastes and factories which are carried by current and suspended in the waters. Therefore, information on the dangers of consuming organisms that live and develop in the area of pollution becomes important for the health of coastal residents who depend on Madura strait marine resources.
