Abstract

Complete treatment data for TB patients at the Pauh Health Center still has not reached the set target of 72%. This study aims to determine the factors related to medication adherence in pulmonary TB patients at the Pauh Health Center in 2022. This type of research was analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all TB patients at the Pauh Health Center with a total of 40 people. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique. Data processing was carried out by computerization, data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Chi-Square test. The results of the study were almost half, namely 13 people (32.5%) of respondents who had a low level of adherence in taking TB drugs, 22 people (55.0%) of respondents who had a low level of knowledge, 26 people (65.0%) of respondents who do not work, 16 people (40.0%) respondents who get a bad role from health workers in taking TB drugs and 12 people (30.0%) respondents do not get family support in taking TB drugs. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between knowledge (p 0.005), the role of health workers (p 0.023) and family support (p 0.003) and there is no relationship between work (p 0.778) with medication adherence in pulmonary TB patients. It is recommended for health workers to be more active in providing counseling about the importance of completing pulmonary TB treatment for 6 months.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Puskesmas Pasar Kuok adalah salah satu dari 20 Puskemas di wilayah kerja Kantor Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan BPJS Kesehatan. Pada bulan Juni 2020 terjadi penumpukan serah terima klaim non kapitasi, dimana pada bulan tersebut Puskemas mengajukan klaim 4 bulan pelayanan berturut-turut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pelaksanaan prosedur klaim non kapitasi pasien JKN di Puskesmas Pasar Kuok. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Informan penelitian berjumlah 7 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan t metode. Hasil penelitian tidak ada petugas khusus dalam pelaksanaan prosedur klaim non kapitasi ini. Petugas juga merupakan perawat pelaksana yang berdinas sesuai dengan shiftnya. Sarana dan prasarana masih ada kendala terkait jaringan. Kondisi ini akan mengakibatkan pengajuan klaim ke BPJS Kesehatan juga terlambat, yang mana sesuai regulasinya pengajuan klaim dilakukan secara periodik, sebelum tanggal 10 bulan berikutnya (N-1). Diharapakan Puskemas membuat timeline pengajuan klaim yang jelas, sehingga pengajuan klaim dapat dilakukan tepat waktu sesuai regulasi.Kata kunci : Analisis; Klaim; BPJS Kesehatan; Non KapitasiABSTRACT Pasar Kuok Public Health Center is one of 20 health centers in the working area of the BPJS Kesehatan Pesisir Selatan District Office. In June 2020 there was a buildup of handover of non-capitation claims, where in that month the Public Health Center submitted claims for 4 consecutive months of service. This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the non-capitation claim procedure for JKN patients at Pasar Kuok Health Center. This type of research is qualitative, with in-depth interviews, observation and document review methods. The informant determination technique used is purposive sampling. Research informants totaled 7 people. Data analysis was performed by triangulation of sources and t method. The results of the study there were no special officers in the implementation of this non-capitation claim procedure. The officer is also an implementing nurse who serves according to the shift. Facilities and infrastructure still have problems related to the network. This condition will result in the submission of claims to BPJS Kesehatan also being late, which according to the regulations, the submission of claims is carried out periodically, before the 10th of the following month (N-1). It is hoped that the Public Health Center will make a clear timeline for submitting claims, so that claims can be submitted on time according to regulations.Keywords : Analysis ; Claim ; BPJS ; Non Capitation
