Abstract

The need for electricity supply in the community and industry is increasing over time, it is necessary to provide energy and a safe and reliable electricity distribution system, which can minimize blackouts so as to maintain customer satisfaction. One way to increase reliability and minimize blackouts is through a network maneuvering process. This study calculates the magnitude of the power loss value on the power line in the feeder that maneuvers the Singa feeder with the aim of knowing the value of power loss that occurs during the maneuver so that network maneuvering activities on the Singa feeder become more optimal. Abstract

ABSTRAKPoliteknik Pariwisata Palembang dan Bowling Jakabaring Sport City merupakan pelanggan premium PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. Sebagai pelanggan premium sudah seharusnya kedua pelanggan ini mendapatkan keandalan jaringan listrik. Pada awalnya Politeknik Pariwisata Palembang termasuk dalam kawasan Zero Down Time untuk mengamankan suplai kelistrikan Jakabaring Sport City pada perhelatan Asian Games tahun 2018. Setelah berakhirnya perhelatan Asian Games 2018, beban pada trafo daya-2 di Gardu Induk New Jakabaring turun dibawah 50%. Untuk membebani trafo daya tersebut maka PT. PLN (persero) UP3 Palembang menambahkan jaringan existing pada Gardu Hubung Politeknik Pariwisata melalui Saluran Udara Tegangan Menengah Pertahanan Gardu Hubung 8 Plaju. Perubahan konfigurasi distribusi listrik ini harusnya diimbangi dengan koordinasi proteksi yang tepat agar dapat menjaga keandalan supplai listrik, namun kenyataanya di lapangan berbeda, terhitung sejak bulan April 2019, penyulang Kalingga sudah mengalami 88 kali padam dengan rata-rata padam 656 menit. Dari sisi ekonomis, pemadaman yang meluas merugikan PT. PLN (Persero) karena ENS (Energy Not Sold) serta PLN juga harus membayar kompensasi kepada golongan pelanggan premium karena gagal memenuhi komitmennya dalam memberikan pelayanan listrik andal sesuai dengan perjanjian yang telah disepakati. ABSTRACTPoliteknik Pariwisata Palembang and Bowling Jakabaring Sport City is a premium customer of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. As premium customers, both of these customers should get the reliability of the power grid.Initially, Politeknik Pariwisata Palembang was included in the Zero Down Time area to secure the electricity supply of Jakabaring Sport City at the Asian Games in 2018. After the end of the 2018 Asian Games, the load on the transformer power-2 at the New Jakabaring Substation dropped below 50%. To overload the power transformer, PT. PLN (persero) UP3 Palembang added an existing network at the Politeknik Pariwisata Link Substation through the Medium Voltage Air Line Pertahanan of 8 Plaju Substation. This change in electricity distribution configuration should be balanced with proper protection coordination in order to maintain the reliability of the electric supply, but the reality in the field is different, starting from April 2019, Kalingga refiners have experienced 88 outages with an average outage of 656 minutes. From an economic point of effect, widespread blackouts harm PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 because ENS (Energy Not Sold) and PLN also have to pay compensation to premium customers for failing to meet their commitments in providing reliable electricity services in accordance with agreed agreements.
