Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pembekalan tentang gaya hidup  sampah minimum (zero waste). Hal ini sejalan dengan yang diajarkan di Pesantren pada umumnya kepada para santri agar hidup sederhana dan senantiasa memberikan manfaat positif kepada lingkungan. Kegiatan ini mengadopsi pola Circular economy dalam mengelola sampah organik di Pesantren dan sampah dari rumah disekitar pesantren yang akan menjadi sumber pendapatan baru selain donatur untuk menutupi biaya operasional yang tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dirancang menggunakan metode pembelajaran ekspository dengan media gambar agar memberikan pemahaman yang optimal sehingga dapat menciptakan wirausaha muda baru. Kelompok masyarakat yang menjadi target dalam kegiatan ini adalah para santri dan guru di pondok pesantren Riyadhul Huda di Kabupaten Bogor dengan jumlah responden 74 orang. Dari hasil survey didapatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan wawasan peserta tentang zero waste.

Abstract

The aims of this research to analyze and examine the effect of competency on work productivity for employee at Pertamina Jaya Hospital. This study used quantitative research methods associative survey using correlation analysis techniques. The population in this study were all employees of Pertamina Jaya Hospital and consisting of one hundred twenty-two employees. The data we collected separately by the respondents filling some questioners. The correlation technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regression and correlation procedure. The results showed that the influence of discipline on work productivity to possess the most powerful contribution of 69.50%, while 30.50% is determined by other factors that are not included in this research. The implications of this study indicate that the application of high competency and good discipline will improve the work productivity of the employees.

Abstract

Cultural organizations in the context of educational management, recently there have been many interesting researchers. They study cultural organizations with the background of educational institutions both at the secondary and tertiary levels. The aim of this research is to examine the role of school organizational culture and teacher satisfaction in improving student achievement. The research method used in this research is library research. The data used in this study were secondary data in the form of books, scientific journals and various relevant references collected through library research. The results showed that teachers have a central role in student learning. With rapidly expanding classrooms, resource constraints, and increasing tensions for personal responsibility for student learning outcomes, teachers face challenges on multiple fronts. Reform efforts have largely focused on increasing teacher effectiveness and student achievement, neglecting the organizational role of schools and teacher job satisfaction, which are critical to student success.
