Abstract

As a holy book, the Qur'an functions as a law and a guide to the life of Muslims. In this context, Muslims in modern times often find it difficult to understand the contents of the Qur'an as a whole. Therefore, the commentators then formulate a method of understanding the Qur'an in accordance with certain themes or what is called the maudhu'i interpretation method. This article aims to discuss the meaning of maudhu'i interpretation, the history of the development of maudhu'i interpretation, steps of maudhu'i interpretation, and the advantages and disadvantages of maudhu'i interpretation. The results of the study show that maudhu'i interpretation is a method of interpretation that seeks to explain the contents of the Qur'an based on certain themes. Apart from the dynamics of its advantages and disadvantages, the maudhu'i interpretation is more in line with the living conditions of modern Muslims. The results of the study conclude that the maudhu'i interpretation method has an important role in understanding the contents of the Qur'an.

Abstract

In the Al-Qur'an surah Al-Baqarah Verses 1-6 it is explained that the Al-Qur'an is a guide for pious people. This article aims to discover the Al-Qur'an as a guide for those who are pious in Jalalain's Interpretation of Surah Al-Baqarah verses 1-6. The Interpretation result of Jalalain Al-Baqarah verses 1-6 explained that the Qur'an is God's book which is a guide for those who are pious. However, contextually the guidance is not merely waiting for it to come from Allah SWT, but requires effort to get instructions from Allah SWT. In addition, there are things that can hinder getting guidance or hudan, namely disbelievers because they are closed from faith so they do not get guidance from Allah SWT.

Abstract

The judiciary is the executor of judicial power in charge of administering the judiciary in order to enforce law and justice based on Pancasila, with other tasks assigned to it based on the applicable law. In the framework of the rule of law, the existence of a state administrative court is essentially a logical consequence of the principle of government based on law (wetmatigheid van het bestuur). For the Indonesian people, the existence of this state administrative court is a court that is considered young, and contains provisions and procedural concepts that are universal. In state administrative law courts, of course, the principles of state administrative court procedures are needed which include the principle of activity, the principle of not knowing conversion, the principle of not knowing peace, the principle of presumtea iustaecausa, the principle of protection of the public interest.

Abstract

Abstract This article discusses the issue of polygamy from a legal sociology perspective which includes aspects ranging from factors that influence polygamy, impacts that arise as a result of the practice of polygamy, and legal regulations governing the practice of polygamy. This research uses a type of library research, which is research related to reading, recording and managing materials used in activities related to research. The data collection technique uses library research. The data collection technique uses library research. The results of the study show that people's practice of polygamy is influenced by biological, economic and educational factors. Polygamy that occurs in society basically has a negative impact if the people who practice polygamy do not implement the requirements for polygamy as stated in the Al-Qur'an and the positive laws that regulate polygamy. From this impact, sociologically, society can assess, accept, or reject the presence of the practice of polygamy in the household. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas isu poligami dalam perspektif sosiologi hukum yang mencakup aspek-aspek mulai dari faktor yang mempengaruhi poligami, dampak yang muncul sebagai hasil dari praktik poligami, dan peraturan hukum yang mengatur tentang praktik poligami. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitianya kepustakaan (library research) yang mana penelitian yang berkenaan dengan membaca, mencatat dan mengelola bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat melakukan praktik poligami dipengaruhi oleh faktor biologis, ekonomi, dan pendidikan. Poligami yang terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat pada dasarnya menimbulkan dampak yang negatif apabila masyarakat yang melakukan poligami tidak menerapkan syarat-syarat poligami sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam Al-Qur’an dan hukum positif yang mengatur tentang poligami. Dari dampak tersebut, secara sosiologis masyarakat dapat menilai, menerima, atau pun menolak kehadiran praktik poligami dalam rumah tangga.
