Abstract

Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual power of religion, self-control, personality, intelligence, character, and skills needed him, the community, the nation and the State (Law National education No. 20 Th. 2003) on quality improvement is one of the pillars of the development of education in Indonesia. School is a system that has a purpose. In connection with efforts to achieve these goals, problems can arise. These problems can be grouped in accordance with the administrative tasks that are the responsibility of the school administrator, so it is the substance of the administrative duties of school heads as the administrator. Among these are tasks grouped into the substance of school supplies. With facilities and infrastructure that meet expected output from there to reach the initial goal of an educational institution itself, but to infrastructure education was adequate and relevant to the needs of the perluhnya Further investigations on the Management of Infrastructures, so that the vision and mission of the school will be achieved in accordance with the initial planning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of tourism development on the socio-cultural and economic community of Samarinda. This is based on the idea that until now tourism in Samarinda has not been able to create tourism characteristics in Samarinda even though many Samarinda tourist destinations have their own charm, as well as the impact that will be obtained by the development of tourism. Based on the objectives of this study includes several theories, concepts and literature studies referred to in the concept of tourism, the principles of development tourism, and the concept of tourism impact. Meanwhile, the research method used is a descriptive analysis of the socio-cultural and economic conditions of the Samarinda community. By answering the problem formulation of this study, obtained from data or information can then be classified into positive and negative impacts on the socio-cultural and economic life of the community, and contribute strategies to minimize the negative impact of tourism on society.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to organize a Teaching Basic Skills Refreshment Training for teachers of ibtidaiyyah Madrasah in Ambulu Jember, besides that the training participants are able to master the concept of basic teaching skills of teachers as a prerequisite for the implementation of the independent learning program in the classroom, and participants are able to change the views and attitudes of teachers who have a feudal character to the character of humanism teachers. The method used in this community service is to use the lecture method, question and answer and practice or direct simulation. The results of this programs findings obtained are that teachers in carrying out learning must have the ability of teaching skills which include first the skills of opening and closing lessons. Secondly, the skill of explaining the lesson. Third, the skill of asking. Fourth, skills give reinforcement. Fifth, the skill of holding variations. Sixth, the skill of guiding small group discussions. Seventh, individual/individual teaching skills. Eighth, the skill of managing classes.

Abstract

The use of modern technology (such as computers or mobile phones) as a tool to facilitate buying and selling business activities is a very profitable marketing strategy. In today's digital era, there are many trade transactions through cyberspace (online or via the internet), so that between sellers and buyers are not limited by space and time. This research is a type of library research. The focus of library research is to find various theories, laws, propositions, principles, or ideas that are used to analyze and solve formulated research questions. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis. The results show that in the form of contracts that can be adopted in on-line transactions are bay' al-murabahah and bay' as-salam. An online sale and purchase contract is valid if it has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase, including with the provisions that the goods purchased are halal and have clear specifications, the goods to be purchased are goods that are indeed needed so that they do not cause tabzir, the buyer has the right to return or cancel the sale if the goods purchased are not in accordance with the order, and online buying and selling must be carried out according to the buying and selling scheme

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the management and inventory of facilities and infrastructure in the library area of ??the study area for children's reading interest, reading corners, and storytelling literacy and their impact on sensory-motor development in children. This study uses a descriptive approach by gathering information from available sources. The research findings indicate that there are various well-managed facilities and infrastructure in the library, such as a collection of children's books, interactive games, and comfort facilities that support motor sensory. Effective management and inventory allows children to engage in reading activities and games that stimulate their sensory-motor development. The implications of this study show the importance of good management in creating a library environment that facilitates sensory-motor development in children. This research contributes to our understanding of the role of regional libraries for children's reading interest studies, reading corners, and storytelling literacy in enriching children's sensory-motor experiences. The results of this study can be used as a basis for further improvement in the management of facilities and infrastructure in the library environment which focuses on the sensory-motor development of children.

Abstract

MTs Darul Ikhlash is one of the educational institutions in South Sangatta which is equipped with various school facilities and infrastructure. Some of the data management processes for facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash still run manually and some are in the form of files, but there is no system that accommodates the facilities and infrastructure processes as a whole. So it is difficult for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure to find out and search for data held by the school, as well as control the inventory of facilities and infrastructure, especially those in condition that can be replaced for further improvement. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system for facilities and infrastructure that is used to simplify the process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash so that management becomes more effective and efficient. This information system planning was created using the waterfall method. This research has produced a web-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System for Data Collection and Loans at MTs Darul Ikhlash, which will make it easier for the school to recapitulate facility and infrastructure inventory data more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Education is very important for all humans. Education can be successful if there is good management. The role of education management is very important in an educational institution. Management is basically nothing new in human life, as well as in a management education is needed. Education management can cover a variety of things, one of which is financial management. Because, with good financial management in institutions will increase the efficiency of education so that the achievement of educational goals will soon be realized. Urgency School financial management is very important to classify school needs. Then there is an urgency for financial management and a clear and appropriate budgeting model that will affect school operations and education in these schools. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Urgency of Financial Management and the Education Budgeting Model are applied to find out how supervision is in financial management. Data collection is in the form of observations from various existing sources. The method used is a review article. The results of this study show that the results of the urgency and budgeting model carried out by managing school finances in carrying out the budget plan have been going very well. This is indicated by several activity plans that are realized in accordance with expectations, namely transparent, accountable, effective and efficient.

Abstract

This article reviews the importance of management of educational facilities and infrastructure in the perspective of Qur'anic verses. The discussion of educational facilities and infrastructure is described as an integral part of education management, which includes various components such as curriculum, materials, methods, educators, students, and infrastructure. In this context, understanding of the role of facilities and infrastructure as a key factor in education is still somewhat lacking, which can hinder the learning process to be not optimal. This research uses a literature study method with an analytical-descriptive approach. The results of the study confirm that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a process that aims to manage and utilize all educational facilities and infrastructure effectively. The importance of infrastructure management is reinforced by views derived from verses of the Qur'an. The purpose of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is to ensure that educational institutions are able to provide services professionally so that the learning process can take place effectively and efficiently. The implementation of management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes planning, organizing, implementing and utilizing, inventory, and supervision and maintenance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure must be based on principles that ensure smooth learning activities in educational institutions.
