Abstract

This article deals with “The Effectiveness of Using the Cut-Out Funnel Media on Students' Learning Outcomes on the Subject of Number Operations in Class III MI Al-Munawwarah Kec. Sarjo Kab. Pasangkayu ". The main problem in this thesis is how to effectively use the counting funnel media so that it can improve student learning outcomes on multiplication material in class III MI Al-Munawwarah Sarjo. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the effectiveness of using counting funnel media in an effort to improve student learning outcomes on the multiplication material in class III MI Al-Munawwara Sarjo. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This classroom action research model is a cyclical model consisting of cycle I and cycle II. The subjects of this study consisted of 24 students in class III with data collection techniques including: observation, interviews, field notes, pre-action tests, pre-action tests, and post-action tests. The learning outcomes of students showed that through action in the first cycle there was an increase in the percentage where the first cycle was 54.16% and the second cycle was 95.83% with the percentage difference between the two cycles of 41.67% while learning about the activities of the teacher (researcher) experienced the increase with the percentage acquisition of cycle I is 77.5% and cycle II is 100% so that the selection between the two cycles is 22.5% while the activity of students has increased with the percentage in cycle I, namely 68.75%, cycle II, namely 100% the cycle experienced a difference of 31.25%. Regarding the percentage increase in learning outcomes and the learning process, it shows that the funnel-counting media is effectively used in mathematics multiplication subjects. Thus it can be concluded that the use of counting funnel media is effective as seen from the observations of teacher activity and student activity as well as increased learning outcomes. Abstract

Development patterns Jamaah Masturat in building household Vegas is one form of guidance to people who refer to the pattern masturat, namely: through charity and charitable intiqali maqami. In this pattern has tersenidiri provisions, such as: charity intiqali; fie sabilillah out for three days, fifteen days, forty days, and two months of India-Pakistan. Likewise maqami charities, such as: istiqamah turned home study groups (plus the halaqah Quran, muzakarah six properties, taskil, and consultation), remembrance wal worship, simple living and educating children Islamically, solemn husband and husband thrust keuar FII sabilillah. It is a reference and will be developed into the elements of coaching by Jamaah masturat doing business coaching, especially in building household sakinah. The elements of this guidance by Jamaah Masturat later developed into a coaching model khuruj fie sabilillah in the form of charity and charitable maqami intiqali. Intiqali maqami charity and is then used as a model of coaching in fostering individual and community in the form of reconciliation itself through out in the way of God and charity in the form of charity maqami, in this way every individual is expected to change its behavior to better. Abstract

Counseling and psychotherapy is one of the services providing assistance to people or individuals who have a problem of life, both individual with his own problems, problems of individuals with a family environment, and problems of the individual with the social environment. Another thing is many individuals who experience a spiritual problem. The latter is a problem experienced by an individual with his Lord, as an example: many individuals who are unable to hold a vertical relationship with God. In this context many individuals are difficult to bring fear, obey, and a sense that God is always watching the actions and behavior of each individual, thus impacting the feeling lazy and reluctant to worship, and the difficulty to abandon acts prohibited and disowned by his Lord, Allah SWT. From the description of the problems have, consequently there are the circumstances and conditions of negative psychological, such as stress and depression, if individuals do not have the endurance mentally and spiritually strong and tough, faith is weak, then it is very fragile and easily affected by the state of stress and depression. Individuals who experience these circumstances (stress and depression) is necessary and requires assistance psychologically and spiritually so that individual back stable mentally and spiritually. Therefore, the reality shows that many individuals who experience problems can solved and enlightened of the problem after the therapy at the Madani Mental Hospital. In this context, the study done

Abstract

Multicultural education is a form of education that are expected to shape the behavior of learners of character or morality. In the National Education Law No. 20, 2003, namely: national education aims to develop students' potentials to become a man of faith and devoted to God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, creative, independent, and become citizens of a democratic and responsible. Correspondingly, reinforced in national education functions to develop the skills and character development as well as a dignified civilization in order to educate the nation. Therefore, multicultural education is expected to provide color on the behavior of learners who have an awareness of cultural diversity, human rights and the reduction or elimination of the type of prejudice to a fair public life and advanced society. Therefore, multicultural education is expected to be implemented in school education, so that it becomes a character for students who are able to appreciate and respect the diversity of cultures, races, and religions which ultimately can create a conducive atmosphere in the school
