Abstract

Official documents as a result of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of the activities are increasing in quantity, therefore, to handle this needs to be backed up with a capable administrative system, namely: a computerized system to be more efficient and effective in managing official documents that called the System Electronic Service Manuscripts (TNDE) at the Ministry of PUPR. However, many users when accessing the TNDE system, often experience problems. The average user has experienced slow processing (loading) when the system is being accessed. The problem usually lies in the server network that does not respond, hence it interferes with the running of the system. The authors investigate user satisfaction on TNDE system using the PIECES framework to 74 respondents. The results of the analysis state that the average value in the Performance domain is 3.82, Information and data is 3.93, Economic is 4.18, Control and Security is 3.49, Efficiency is 4.09, and Services is at a score of 3.9. This indicates that the user is satisfied in using TNDE system.

Abstract

Makalah ini menyajikan sebuah sistem pakar berbasis web untuk mendiagnosa jenis burung, terutama burung air. Kebanyakan Burung air bermigrasi dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya yang jauh, dan beberapa dari mereka hanya berhenti sesaat. Mereka sering pindah dari tempat kelahiran merekake tempat mereka berkembang biak dengan jarak yang sangat jauh. Kondisi ini membuat peneliti atau orang-orang yang peduli pada lingkungan, sulit untuk mendiagnosis berbagai jenis spesies burung air yang mereka temukan. Sistem pakar ini dimaksudkan untukmembantu mereka untuk memecahkan masalah umum identifikasi spesies burung air dengan pendekatan yang efisien dan orientasi hasil. Pengetahuan sistem pakar ini dimasukkan ke dalam basis pengetahuan yang terintegrasi dengan menggunakan aturan “jika-maka”. Kesimpulan dari sistem pakar ini diambil dengan menggunakan mekanisme inferensi backward chaining. Dengan pengetahuan yang akurat dan pengujian yang serius, sistem ini dapat membantu proses diagnosis cepat dan akurat. Sistem pakar berbasis web juga dapat digunakan sebagai alat pendidikan di bidang Biologi, terutama Ornitologi, yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat umum atau pihak yang bersangkutan dengan kelestarian lingkungan [1]. This paper presents a web-based expert system for diagnosing bird species, especially waterbird. Waterbird are migratory birds that move from one place to other distant places, and some of them just simply stopped. They often move from their birthplace to where they breed with a very far distance. This condition make researchers or the persons, who concerned for the environment, difficult to diagnose the different kind of waterbird species that they found. This expert system is intended to help them to solve the general problem of identification of Waterbird species with efficient approach and result-orientation. This expert system uses organized knowledgeas arule “if-then“, and allthe knowledge for diagnostic processing are incorporated into an integrated knowledge base. Conclusion from the expert system is retrieved by using the inference mechanism of backwardchaining. By providing accurate knowledge and seriously testing, the system can help the diagnosis process quickly and accurately. This web based expert system also can be used as an educational tool in the field of Biology, especially Ornithology, which can be utilized by the general public or the parties concerned with environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The Canva Design application has gained popularity among users seeking to design graphics and visual content. However, users face challenges such as difficulty finding features, slow performance, unclear user interface, and functional issues. This research aims to identify and analyze these problems through User Experience and System Usability Scale (SUS) analysis. The findings provide valuable insights to Canva's development team to address weaknesses and improve usability. This research serves as a foundation for enhancing the quality and user-friendliness of the Canva application to meet the evolving needs and expectations of users.
