Abstract

In Indonesia, there are an estimated 100 to 150 families of plants, and of that number, most of them have the potential to be used as medicinal plants. The traditional medicinal plant that has a function as a medicinal plant, one of them is Dayak onions, where the onions Dayak is very much found in Kalimantan and is believed to have many health benefits. Dayak onions are very rarely found in the form of snacks, so it is fascinating to be used as research material to get a stick made of Dayak onions with the best flavor, delicious, tasty, crispy, and attractive to be consumed by the consumer. Not only are the Dayak onion sticks delicious and tasty, but they also provide many benefits for those who consume them. This research makes a healthy snack product in the form of sticks made from Dayak onions with rice flour mixture. The method used is the method of case study research to find the best results from multiple comparison Dayak onions and rice flour that has been made, namely 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with specific considerations. Results: From the research on Dayak onion stems made several main comparison ingredients, namely Dayak onions and rice flour which get a savory, savory and crispy taste using 1: 2 or the equivalent of 50gr Dayak onions and 100gr rice flour Recommendation: the products produced still need to be developed in various variants such as spicy, salty and sweet so that consumers are more interested in getting them. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic requires people to change their lifestyle, implement health protocols to avoid the Covid-19 virus. The reality on the ground is that there are still people who do not comply with the existing health protocols. The purpose of this activity is to reduce the risk of the community being exposed to COVID-19 by implementing health protocols and supporting government programs in an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. The method of implementing this service is through questions and answers and education through the distribution of leaflets, masks and hand sanitisers to traders and buyers. Stages of activities include the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation carried out with. Implement health protocols. Abstract

Tuberkulosis masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Kemajuan penanggulangan TB melalui penerapan strategi DOTS belum mampu mengeradikasi kasus TB. Pemilihan PMO yang berasal dari anggota keluarga penderita terbukti kurang efektif meskipun sudah berdampak positif. Diperlukan terobosan dan inovasi baru untuk meningkatkan capaian target program. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efektifitas pemberdayaan survivor TB dalam program DOTS. Pemberdayaan survivor TB dilakukan setelah diberikan pelatihan sebagai kader PMO. Jenis kajian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi kajian ini adalah seluruh mantan penderita tuberkulosis yang telah sembuh dalam wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karang Rejo dan Puskesmas Sebengkok Kota Tarakan. Subyek kajian ini berjumlah 25 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi bersedia menjadi kader PMO dan pernah tercatat sebagai pasien yang menjalani pengobatan TB hingga sembuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi pencapaian target program TB berupa cakupan penemuan kasus baru, angka konversi, angka kesembuhan, angka drop out, dan angka TB-RO. Observasi dilakukan setelah survivor TB menjalankan tugas sebagai Kader PMO dibandingkan dengan data trimester sebelumnya untuk selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Temuan kajian teridentifikasi pemberdayaan survivor TB mampu meningkatkan cakupan penemuan kasus baru, sedang indikator angka konversi, angka kesembuhan, angka drop out dan pasien TB-RO belum teridentifikasi. Hasil analisis membuktikan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna untuk pemberdayaan survivor TB dalam program DOTS terhadap peningkatan sebagian target program. Kata kunci : Survivor TB, DOTS, PMO.
