Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang pada tahun 2016,bayi baru lahir sekitar 17.086, yang diimunisasi lengkap sekitar 15.078. Dari 22 Puskesmas, yang memiliki cakupan imunisasi lengkap terendah adalah Puskesmas Lapai yaitu 330 dari 444 bayi (85%). Tujuan penelitian ini melihat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi dasar dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar padaanak 1-3 tahun.Jenis penelitiananalitik dengan desainCross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 247 orang dan sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random samplingyaitu sebanyak 71 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 25-30 Mei 2018. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisa secara univariatdan bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square menunjukan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kelengkapan imunisasi. Diharapkan penelitian lebih ditingkatkan pemberianpenyuluhan tentang imunisasi dasar lengkap pada ibu yang memiliki bayi, terutama mengenai manfaat, tujuan dan waktu pemberian imunisasi.

Abstract

One treatment after infection HIV adalah Antiretroviral therapy. KeberhasilanARV indicator is the patient body weight increased, decreased viral load, does not occuropportunistic infections and increased CD4. Based on a survey conducted on 3 patientswith HIV / AIDS obtained before administration of ARV CD4 levels are very low (≤ 50mm³). Interest penelitian adalah to describe levels of CD4 HIV / AIDS before, after 6months, 1 year and 2 years of ARV provision in Dr M Djamil Padang 2015.This type of research is descriptive. The population of all HIV / AIDS patientswho also receive ARVs in January-September 2014 (205 people). The place of research inVCT clinic, sample of 67 people taken by simple random sampling, taken from thepatient's medical record using the format of the data fields, then processed and analyzedand presented in tabular form distribution.Results showed of 67 respondents, only 1 (1.5%) had a normal CD4 levels priorto the administration of ARVs. After 6 months of antiretrovirals, (80.6%) of respondentsincreased levels of CD4 and (19.4%) of respondents experienced a decline in CD4 levels.After 1 year of antiretrovirals, (83.6%) of respondents increased levels of CD4 and(16.4%) of respondents experienced a decline in CD4 levels. After 2 years ofantiretrovirals, (74.6%) of respondents increased levels of CD4 and (25.4%) of respondentsexperienced a decline in CD4 levels.Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the levels of CD4respondents experienced a good increase, but some respondents were of CD4 decline,therefore, is expected to educate health care workers about the importance of regularlytaking ARVs for people living with HIV to maintain the immune system of PLWHA.Reading List: 14 (2004-2014)Keywords: CD4 levels, ARV

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional phase from childhood to adulthood. The characteristic that can be seen is that there are many changes that occur, both physical and psychological changes. The importance of knowing the physical changes of each teenager so that they do not fall into premarital sex with all the consequences. Based on the initial survey conducted from 4 respondents, 6 teenagers did not know about reproductive maturity and 3 teenagers did not know about reproductive maturity. The purpose of the study was to determine the activeness of communicating in health education about reproductive maturity affects health promotion in adolescents. This type of analytic research with cross sectional design. The population in this study was 36 people and the total sample was sampling. The study was conducted on May 02 – August 25, 2022. Data were collected and analyzed univariately and bivariately using Chi Square statistical tests showing that Communicating Activeness in Health Counseling About Reproductive Maturity Affects Health Promotion in Adolescents BBS Middle School in 2022.

Abstract

The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants 0-6 months is 42%. The importance of knowing the correct breastfeeding technique greatly affects the success of exclusive breastfeeding in infants. The research objective was to determine the success of exclusive breastfeeding for infants in the Kuranji sub-district in 2023. This type of research was analytic with a cross-sectional design. The population is breastfeeding mothers who have babies 6-12 months, totaling 119 people. Purposive sampling technique, amounting to 54 respondents. Chi-square analysis 95% CI (α = 0.05). The research was conducted on 02 May – 25 August 2023.
