Berdasarkan data dari Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kota Padang terjadi peningkatan homoseksual sebanyak 8 orang pada tahun 2015 yang terdiri dari 185 orang menjadi 193 orang pada tahun 2016. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang pada tahun 2016, berhasil mencatat dan menemukan kasus HIV/AIDS sebanyak 291 kasus. Survei yang peneliti lakukan terdapat bahwa remaja belum mengetahui informasi tentang LGBT dan HIV/AIDS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Tentang Perilaku LGBT dan HIV/AIDS Pada Remaja di SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Penelitian dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dari bulan Agustus 2018 – Februari 2019 di SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang, dengan jumlah populasi 470 dan sampel 82 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan dianalisa secara univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang LGBT rendah (59,8%) dan pengetahuan HIV/AIDS rendah (65,9%) di SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih rendahnya pengetahuan remaja di SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang tentang LGBT dan HIV/AIDS. Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan informasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan kepada siswa, sehingga pengetahuan siswa/i menjadi lebih baik.

Covid 19 data in Kuranji District was recorded as many as 7,286 cases. Based on the observations of researchers in the field, the high number of Covid cases in Kuranji District was due to the indifference of the local community regarding Covid-19, such as not wearing masks, gathering with neighbors, not getting used to washing hands. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence people's behavior towards the prevention of Covid 19 at the Kuranji Public Health Center, Padang City.This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analytic type with a cross sectional study design at the Kuranji Public Health Center, Padang City. Research and data collection was carried out from January to September 2022. The population in this study was 8,287 people and a sample of 99 respondents, the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data obtained were analyzed univariately and bivariately with frequency distribution and chi-square statistical test.The univariate results showed that the level of knowledge (61.6%) was good, people's attitudes (52.2%) were positive, family support (82.2%) was high, access to information (80.8%) was accessed, community behavior (68.7%) was high. ) tall. The results of the bivariate study based on statistical tests showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge (p value 0.000), attitudes (p value 0.006), family support (p value 0.000), access to information (p value 0.005) and the behavior of preventing Covid-19 19 at the Kuranji Health Center in the city of Padang.It can be concluded that high knowledge, positive attitude, high family support, seeking information and good behavior are needed in order to prevent the occurrence of Covid 19. It is recommended that the public is expected to be more active in seeking information about the correct Covid-19 prevention so that they can increase knowledge and improve preventive behavior in order to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19

The World Health Organization (WHO) states that the percentage of deaths from non-communicable diseases is 63% compared to infectious diseases. Indonesia based on the results of hypertension occurs in the elderly age group (55.2%). West Sumatra more. Patients with hypertension at the age of 60 years and over are around 650,000 people (19.1%). The highest incidence of hypertension in the elderly was found at the Air Cold Health Center, Padang, which ranked first as many as 920 people (38.5%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to hypertension treatment in the elderly at the Air Cold Padang Public Health Center in 2022. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The study was carried out in February – September 2022. Data collection was on 22 – 27 August 2022. The population in this study were all hypertensive elderly who came to visit the Padang Air Cold Health Center totaling 154 people with a sample of 61 people. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The study used a questionnaire by means of interviews. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square statistical test with a significance level of 95% = 0.05. The results showed that less than half of 44.3% had elderly medication adherence. Less than half of 45.9% have low knowledge. More than half 50.8% have poor motivation in the elderly, more than half 52.5% have unsupportive families in the elderly. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge, motivation, family support and adherence to treatment for hypertension in the Air Cold Padang Public Health Center in 2022. Factors level of knowledge, motivation, family support associated with adherence to treatment of hypertension elderly. It is expected that health workers will further improve providing information to patients with hypertension in compliance with treatment according to the schedule by health workers. The conclusion of this study is that it is expected that health workers will improve providing information to patients with hypertension in adherence to treatment as scheduled by health workers.

Probability More and more, many people experience anxiety which will cause the elderly to be susceptible to hypertensive disorders. Anxiety has a range of adaptive responses to maladaptive. Purpose of this study to analyze The Effect Of Dhikr Relaxation Therapy On Anxiety Level To Hypertension Of Elderly Methode Research design of this study was pre- experiment one group pre test post test design. The population were all elderly hypertension at Elderly Posyandu , 594 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample of 19 people. The instrument of the research used the DASS (Deperession Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire with data processing editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and statistical test using Wilcoxon with a <0.05. Resulth The results of the study most (65.6%) respondents had level of anxiety in elderly hypertension before dhikr relaxation therapy were 19 people while the majority (53.1%) respondents had level of anxiety in elderly hypertension after dhikr relaxation therapy was normal at 13 people. Wilcoxon test showed that significant value r = 0,000 <a (0,05), so H1 was accepted. Excess fluid intake in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis will cause complications which lead to death.. This study aims to determine the relationship of fluid intake with increased blood pressure in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in Tk Hospital. III Reksodiwiryo Padang. his type of research uses the Correlation Analytical Observational method, with the Cross Sectional Study design. This study was conducted in the Hemodialisa Hospital of Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. population of 49 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. The sampling technique uses Total Sampling. The results of univariate research on increasing systolic blood pressure (57%), diastole (36.7%) and fluid intake (water / eating + drinking), medicine / medicine, metabolic water). Bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between fluid intake and systolic blood pressure (p = 0.18) and there was a relationship between fluid intake and diastolic blood pressure (p = 0, 13). The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between fluid intake and an increase in blood pressure in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodilysis and is advised to be an input in efforts to improve health services at the hospital. II Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang, nurses run more health education about fluid intake monitoring patients with chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis to avoid problems with limiting fluid intake.
