Abstract

The development of the corona virus or Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia is increasing day by day, both positive and dead and those who have recovered are also increasing every day, so the impact of Covid-19 must be a concern, especially for the Sangkuriang village manager and the surrounding community. because the impact of Covid-19 is not only on the economic sector but also on family finances because of the large number of workers who have been laid off or whose working hours have been reduced. The objectives to be achieved from this activity are to help residents to provide understanding and knowledge of Covid-19, to assist the community in adding insight and knowledge regarding the impact of Covid-19 in Kampoeng Sangkuriang, Cipondoh Indah Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City. The benefits of community service activities are: Can introduce programs and activities carried out by Budi Luhur University as well as about the existence of this institution to the wider community; It is hoped that it can help the Sangkuriang village manager in Cipondoh Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City provide information related to the impact of Covid-19 and can immediately take anticipatory and preventive actions for the community, especially residents of Sangkuriang village; It is hoped that it can provide understanding and insight in understanding the impact of Covid-19 so that the community can apply what is the appeal of the Sangkuriang Village manager.

Abstract

The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is a hope for small and medium-sized businesses to develop to be very important. Small and Medium Enterprises can use social media as a means of digital marketing. In addition to low costs, social media is considered capable of directly reaching consumers. Digital marketing is a means to introduce products through digital media. The development of the digital world is currently a trend and a necessity in all circles. The number of SMEs that are still experiencing difficulties in the product marketing process is an obstacle in business development. Abstract

Ricci Catholic High School 2 Pondok Aren is one of the private educational institutions that is oriented towards the process as a step of progress for students, accompanied by the development of life values ​​that have a balance between emotional, academic and spiritual intelligence. The Ricci 2 Catholic High School students consist of the principal and his staff, teachers, education staff and students. In the current industrial 4.0 era, Ricci 2 Pondok Aren Catholic High School has utilized the use of information and communication technology to support teaching and learning activities for students. Many extracurricular and non-extracurricular activities are held to increase students' knowledge and experience. One of the non-extracurricular activities is the business activity of selling school supplies through school cooperatives which are handled by student representatives who are members of the Student Organization (Osis). One of the superior products that are self-produced are uniforms and t-shirts with a market share that is only intended for school students and has not been able to reach markets outside of schools, this is due to limitations in available supporting facilities and infrastructure. In addition, although currently using Whatsapp media to do product marketing, the service is felt to be less than optimal. Based on the above conditions, we intend to provide an alternative solution by holding an introduction training to build an online business through a marketplace application in the hope that it can help build an entrepreneurial spirit, especially for students and generally for other school students. By having an entrepreneurial spirit, students of Ricci 2 Pondok Aren Catholic High School can develop existing businesses so that the economy of the school community can grow and develop well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price perception, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Baihaqi Clothing Muslim Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using a non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling method. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has been processed using SPSS Version 23 software. The data analysis used is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the variables product quality, price perception and promotion, each have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Disaster mitigation is one part of disaster management, all parties must take part in taking a role, in the penta helix principle where the government as a stakeholder not only plays a role alone but also together with various parties such as: the press, society, academics and business actors, In the last 10 years, the community's paradigm regarding the roles and responsibilities of disaster management has begun to change along with the application of the penta helix principle, therefore the research team collaborated with slaughterhouses to create standard operational procedures for dealing with earthquakes and landslides.
