Abstract

The Batak tribe is one of the largest ethnic groups in Indonesia. Tribes which are categorized as Batak consist of several ethnic groups, namely Toba, Karo, Pakpak, Simalungun, Angkola, and Mandailing. The Batak tribe has a clan with a large number of reaching hundreds who are divided into different ethnicities and different genealogies. The Batak are a group of tribes that inhabit most of Sumatra North Sumatra, but in addition to North Sumatra, Batak people today have many who migrated outside of North Sumatra. The problems faced in the research This is the modern era today, many Batak people or Batak tribe adherents domiciled in an area that is not included in the territory of the Batak tribe. Adapt to the land environment of overseas Batak people so they are accustomed to using customs or other tribal cultures. That's why I want to create a system where there is information about the Batak tribe, ranging from history, clans, food kahs, tourism, arts, customs and discussion forums which can strengthen brotherhood among Batak tribes. In making this system assisted using bootstrap framework to beautify and simplify the appearance, by implementing string matching method to make it easier to find the desired information and system testing using black box and white box methods.

Abstract

With respect to the development of information technology, and would force the people in those who use the technology maximally life of all terms. Certainly various information, one is for the students who will undergo tour study or undergo college them in the far from their homes. It made students were to will find temporary shelter as a domicile for the study done. It is therefore needed a system by which can help students to rented room without coming directly to tenants. Building these systems in a design thinking from empathizing, defining, ideating, and testing prototype. Of writing code PHP, using the program and also use database MySQL framework Codeigniter 3. With the rental system, the rooming house is to simplify prospective tenants to do the booking the rooming house without having to come to the rooming house providers.

Abstract

Chicken meat is an ingredient that contains high animal protein where many of the chickens also make a major contribution to meeting the animal protein needs of the Indonesian people. The need for chicken meat has increased every year, because the price is affordable by all people. There are many types of chicken meat that are widely circulated among the Indonesian people, plus so far there is no information about chicken meat that is suitable for consumption. The community must be required to be more careful in choosing chicken meat that is suitable for consumption. The purpose of this research is to determine which meat is suitable for consumption by the community by using the MEFP method as an indicator in the calculation of the assessment with the results of being able to determine chicken meat that is suitable for consumption. The criteria used in this study are color, aroma, texture, price, and protein with the results of probiotic and prebiotic chickens as chickens that have good value for consumption Keywords: Chicken Meat, Mefp

Abstract

The Medan High Military Court I is an essential institution in Indonesia's military justice system, and change within this institution plays a crucial role in improving efficiency, accountability, and legal services. Change agents within the military justice system are crucial in improving the system, increasing accountability, and ensuring compliance with human rights principles and applicable laws. Selecting effective change agents at Medan High Military Court I using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The TOPSIS method measures and compares change agent candidates based on predetermined criteria. These criteria included competence, experience, understanding of the military justice system, communication, and leadership ability. Data was obtained through surveys and interviews with staff and stakeholders at Medan High Military Court I. This system will assist decision-makers at Medan High Military Court I in determining the most suitable change agent to lead change in the institution. In addition, this research can also provide insights into the importance of selecting the right change agent in the context of military justice, which in turn can improve the effectiveness of the military justice system as a whole.
