Abstract

In today's world of technology, digital progress is increasingly rapid so that it has an impact on internet networks and of course this is also triggered by the large number of people who use social media (medsos), this is also used by many businessmen to reap benefits from products and services, so they take advantage of it. platform as a medium for buying and selling products and services to make it easier for the public in buying and selling transactions, in this case the media platform being studied is the Shopee Platform, a media that is currently loved by all groups, one of which is the Intensive IDIA Prenduan student who also uses the shopee platform in selling transactions. buy online. So this makes researchers interested in examining how students' perceptions of online shopee products and services. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research regarding Mahasantri's Perceptions of online Shop products and services (Case Study of Intensive Mahasantri IDIA Prenduan), of the ten that I interviewed, mahasantri said they were satisfied, quite satisfied, and less satisfied than what they felt when mahasantri did shopping at the shop, most of them Ten students on average have a positive view of the products and services offered by the Shoppe. There are 4 perceptions of IDIA Intensive Mahasantri Prenduan on online shop shop products and services, namely, 1) Image, 2) Service Quality, 3) Price, and 4) Service Moment.

Abstract

The development of Islamic financial institutions, one of which is sharia pawnshops in Indonesia, is so significant, even thesharia service units of the pawnshops themselves are easy to find in various cities in Indonesia. This study aims to determinethe marketing strategies carried out by PT Pegadaian Syariah and what products are offered by the Prenduan Branch ofSharia Pegadaian. The method chosen in this study is qualitative to examine more deeply about the tricks, methods,techniques and methods. From the results of the study found several strategies implemented at the Prenduan branch officeof the Prenduan Sharia Pegadaian, including, 1) Social Media Marketing, here the pawn party utilizes the internet, becausethe features provided by this social network are very helpful in marketing products and services to the public. . 2) Door ToDor, this is also done by pawnshops to visit residents' homes to introduce their products and services. 3) Making banners orbrochures, to distribute this is also done by the pawnshop in marketing their products, when we see it on the road we will finda large banner that is clearly visible about sharia pawnshops, or employees also take to the field to distribute brochures withcheap promotions with there is a big discount at the end of the year. 4) Expanding the Network of Relations with the MassMedia, this is also important in building relationships with the mass media. So that it can help in reaching the nationalmarket.

Abstract

The existence of pesantren in Indonesia is very important. This is because pesantren have made an important contribution in educating the Indonesian people. However, pesantren need to communicate with the times so that they can become educational institutions that can produce graduates who can compete in the midst of society. This needs to be done even though pesantren has its own uniqueness, both from the way and view of life adopted, the values that are followed, and the internal hierarchy of power that is adhered to by its inhabitants, making pesantren a sub-culture in Indonesia. This qualitative research seeks to reveal how the efforts of the Kembang Kuning Islamic Boarding School in Pamekasan, East Java, in improving the quality and quality of education and its management by maximizing human resource management. This pesantren has made efforts to plan, organize, direct and control its teachers and education personnel properly to improve the quality and quality of education and its management.
