Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT MitraHosindo Sejahtera. There is no doubt that work discipline and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance.Increasing discipline and work motivation will have a positive impact on employee performance. The research sampleidentified 100 employees of PT Mitra Hosindo Sejahtera. The way to gather information for research is by distributingquestionnaires to all employees. Data analysis methods for diagnostic tools, which include validity, reliability testing,standard assumptions, and hypothesis testing including T-tests and F-tests. The research tool used to process and analyzethis analytic data is SPSS version 26.0. The results showed that discipline has a positive and significant impact on employeeperformance. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. At the same time disciplineand work motivation are very influential in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent of work discipline, compensation in mendeterminasi employee performance with work motivation as intervening variables at PT Cahaya Pulau Pura in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with path analysis of employees as many as 160 reponden made a sample of a population of 268 employees, whose data were tested using SPSS 21 software tools. The results of the study were; Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation with the coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on work motivation is 0,513. Compensation has no significant effect on work motivation with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on work motivation is 0,015. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0,249. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on employee performance is 0,159. Motivation of work has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct influence of work motivation on employee performance is 0,559. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct effect (0.2867> 0.249). So that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship of work discipline to the performance of employees. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct influence (0,1674> 0,159). So that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the compensation relationship on employee performance.

Abstract

Batam as a region with brand a very well-knownthat is due to the geographic location close to Singapore to make Batam into the area local and foreign tourist destinations. Along with these developments, there are many service companies in Batam City. PT. Great Seasons Batam is one of the companies in the field ofservices travel which is located at Ruko Fanido Blok O No 15 Tanjung Uncang Batam. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, to determine the price and promotion carried out by PT. Great Seasons. The problems that occur in PT. Great Seasons is that the quality of service is still not good and there are still many complaints felt by customers, not only that, other problems are that prices are still high and promotions are minimal. The method used is by distributing questionnaires to customers of PT. Greats Seasons in Batam. The number of respondents was 133 respondents. The results of the study show that 1) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. 2) Price has an effect on customer loyalty and promotion has no effect on customer loyalty. F test results showed that the variables of service quality (X1) Price (X2) and Promotion (X3) influence on Customer Loyalty PT. Great Seasons in Batam. R Square Test Results showed that the variables of servicequality, price and promotion can be explained by 85% while 15% is determined by other variables outside the research conducted

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dengan posisi operator di departemen SMT dengan jumlah 245 karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 152 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data ini diolah mengginakan software SPSS versi 25. metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk dengan nilai t hitung 2.460 > t tabel 1.97601, dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk dengan nilai t hitung 4.647 > t tabel 1.97601. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan disiplin kerja dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk, dengan nilai f hitung 20.007 > f tabel 3.06

Abstract

Sektor UMKM merupakan salahsatu sektor penting untuk sumber perekonomian masyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini selain karena usaha tersebut merupakan tulang punggung sistem ekonomi kerakyatan yang tidak hanya ditujukan untuk mengurangi masalah kesenjanganaantar golongan, pendapatan dan antar pelaku usaha, ataupun pengentasan kemiskinan dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Dikota Batam kinerja sektor usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor utama yakni faktor-faktor eksternal dan faktor-faktor internal. Faktor internal meliputi aspek SDM (pemilik, manajer, dan karyawan), aspek keuangan, aspek teknis produksi; dan aspek pemasaran. Sedangkan Faktor eksternal terdiri dari kebijakan pemerintah, aspek sosial budaya dan ekonomi, serta peranan lembaga terkait seperti Pemerintah, Perguruan Tinggi, Swasta, dan LSM. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh eksternal dan internal terhadap kinerja usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Kota Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 kecamatan yang ada di Kota Batam yaitu Kecamatan Batu aji dan kecamatan Sagulung. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 150 respoenden. Reseponden dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang unit usahanya kuliner. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan mengunakan SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor eksternal terdapat pengaruh terhadap faktor internal secara signifikan dan positif UMKM di Kota Batam; Faktor eksternal terdapat pengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM secara signifikan dan positif di Kota Batam; Faktor internal terdapat pengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM secara signifikan dan positif di Kota Batam.

Abstract

Perkembangan perekonomian saat ini semakin berkembang dengan pesat seiring dengan perkembangan industri 4.0. Berada dalam revolusi industri saat ini sangat berkaitan dengan literasi keuangan yang ada di Indonesia terutama berkaitan dengan investasi dikota Batam. Sebagaian masyarakat berpikir untuk memperoleh pendapatan dari luar gaji selain dari tempat mereka bekerja. Salah satu jalan untuk memperoleh yakni dengan melakukan investasi. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi keuangan, experienced regret, dan risk tolerance pada keputusan investasi di Kota Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 kecamatan yang ada di Kota Batam yaitu Kecamatan Batu aji, kecamatan Sagulung. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Dengan mengunakan rumus Jacob cohen maka sampel dalam penelitian ini 204 respoenden. Reseponden dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah melakukan investasi. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan mengunakan SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan investasi di kota Batam, experienced regret berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan investasi di kota Batam, risk tolerance berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap investasi di kota Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically about the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard. A sample of 155 respondents. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling where sampling provides equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. Test data in this study are validity, reliability, classic assumptions, multiple linear analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t-test and f test. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study found t count> t table is 4.807> 1.976 and significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard. t calculate the known job satisfaction> t table is 2.290> 1.976 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard. t calculate known work discipline> t table is 4.174> 1.976 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard. And there is motivation, job satisfaction, and employee discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the results of the F test (simultaneous) F value of 27,197 (Fcount)> 3.05 (Ftable). And the value is significant at 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Human resources are the main resources in an organization that functions as the main organization and the activities of the organization as well as one of the main spearheads for each organization's operations. And besides increasing human resources also required aspects of the company that are needed to provide knowledge well to carry out the direction of the organization. The purpose of this study was to study the partial and simultaneous interaction of work discipline variables, work experience, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Kumala Indonesia Shipyard. This quantitative study used a sampling technique of 107 participants. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire interviews with all respondents using a Likert scale as a measurement scale and SPSS Version 22 as a data processing application. As a result of the T-Test, the partial variables of work coordination, work experience, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT Kumala Indonesia Shipyard. And results of the F Test states that simultaneous work variables and positive and significant work experience on employee performance, work experience, and simultaneous organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Useful research would like to know partially and simultaneously the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Perkasa Beton Batam. The population of the following survey is a total of 112 employees in all departments. The total number of samples collected for the survey was 112 respondents. In this test, the saturated sampling method is used, which is used for the sampling method. The use of the questionnaire is the data collection method. The data was processed using SPSS version 26.0. The survey method used is a quantitative method. The test results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkasa Beton Batam employees, the t count is 10,113 > t table 1.981967, and work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of PT Perkasa Beton Batam employees. have a significant effect. the acquisition of t count is 3.679 > t table 1.981967. The results of this test also show that work discipline and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of PT Perkasa Beton Batam employees. The value is f count 498.847 > f Table 3.08.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT.Mamakael Berniaga Sejahtera. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen/pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian pada PT.Mamakael Berniaga Sejahtera. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Non Probability Sampling yakni Accidental Sampling yang mana pengambilan sampel yang berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan sedang berbelanja pada PT.Mamakael Berniaga Sejahtera sehingga di tentukan 100 orang konsumen sebagai responden. Pengolahan data di lakukan dengan bantuan apliaksi SPSS versi 16,00. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa harga memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,211 > t-tabel 1,660 sedangkan kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,986 > t-tabel 1,660, sehingga harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji f menunjukan hasil bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan memperoleh nilai f-hitung yang lebih besar dari f-tabel 3,37 > 3,09, hal ini membuktikan bahwa harag dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian
