Abstract

Digital images that are personal and confidential are very vulnerable to wiretapping by irresponsible parties. Especially if distributed via the internet network such as on Facebook, WhatsApp and e-mail chat based applications. Images that are sent sometimes are often confidential images and must be maintained. In order to maintain the security of digital images can be done by utilizing cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can secure digital images by changing pixel values from digital images so as to produce different pixel values from the original image to be secured. This research will use AES 128 bit and Triple DES methods for encryption and decryption of digital images on client-server based applications. The results of the encryption AES algorithm will be re-encrypted with the Triple DES Algorithm so as to produce pixel values that are far different from the original pixel values. Abstract

Improved image quality (image enhancement) is one of the early processes in image processing (image preprocessing). Improved quality is required because often the image used as the subject of discussion has poor quality, for example, the image is noise at the time of transmission through the transmission line, the image is too bright/dark, the image is less sharp, blurred, and so on. The mean filtering method is a filtering technique that works by replacing the intensity of a pixel with the average pixel value of pixels from neighboring pixels. If an image f (x, y) of size M x N is filtered by filter h (x, y) it will produce the image g (x, y), where filter h (x, y) is a matrix containing 1 / filter size. Mean filter the mean value of the data set. The mean filtering used for this smoothing effect is a type of spatial filtering, which in the process involves surrounding pixels.

Abstract

In the increasingly rapid development of information, data information sent or received by someone is very important to keep its confidentiality and existence. For this reason, it is very important to increase data security so that it is not known by other people who have no interest so that our data is not misused for their own interests. One of the reasons for applying watermaking is to ensure that an object that is received or owned is the original data object, and its existence cannot be known by others. Benefit from watermaking to protect pictures, text, video, sound. Another purpose of watermaking is to protect copyright ownership of data or information. In this study the authors will analyze the implementation process of the patchwork method for video security. Abstract

Cryptography is used to maintain the security of content or information that is personal from anyone except those who have the authority or secret key to open the information that has been encoded. Along with the development of technology and computers now, the increase in computer crime has also increased, especially in image manipulation. Many methods are used and carried out by people to manipulate images that have a detrimental effect on others. The originality of a digital image is the authenticity of the image in terms of colors, shapes, objects and information without the slightest change from the other party. Nowadays many digital images circulating on the internet have been manipulated and even images have been used for material fraud in the competition, so we need a method that can detect the image is authentic or fake like a diploma.In this study, the authors used the SHA-384 method to detect the originality of digital images, using this method an image that is still doubtful of its authenticity can be found out that the image is authentic or fake.Keywords: Originality, Citra, SHA-384

Abstract

PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang Branch has many employees. Problems faced by the company PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang Branch is in determining the promotion of a large number of employees for each division of the company. Of all the many employees who are entitled to a promotion, certainly not all of them are chosen or only a few will keep the position. Complexity occurs in determining employees who rose from the number of employees who are entitled in the determination stage. An effort is needed to make complicated decisions in determining promotions in PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang Branch. Determination of a complex decision can use the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic Method. Fuzzy Logic The Mamdani method is a logic for resolving values that have obscurity or blurring. PT.Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang Branch conducted an election for its employees who deserve a promotion. In this case the method used for decision support systems is the Mamdani method.

Abstract

Peranan komputer dalam peradaban manusia bukan hanya lagi sekedar sebagai alat bantu pekerjaan, namun sudah sampai ke arah pemenuhan kebutuhan. Untuk menunjang posisi komputer yang sudah melekat kuat dalam kehidupan manusia, maka komputer perlu dibuat semakin user-friendly. Salah satunya adalah dalam cara memasukkan data. Data atau informasi tidak hanya disajikan dalam bentuk teks, tetapi juga dapat berupa gambar, audio, dan video. Keempat macam data atau informasi ini sering disebut multimedia. Template matching adalah sebuah teknik dalam pengolahan citra digital untuk menemukan bagian-bagian kecil dari gambar yang cocok dengan template gambar. Template matching merupakan salah satu ide yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana otak mengenali kembali bentuk-bentuk atau pola-pola. Template dalam konteks rekognisi pola menunjuk pada konstruk internal yang jika cocok (match ) dengan stimulus penginderaan mengantar pada rekognisi suatu objek.

Abstract

Segmentation is an important process in image processing which aims to split an image into several segments with certain criteria. Image segmentation is the separation of one object with other objects in an image or between objects with a background contained in an image. With this segmentation process, each object in the image can be taken individually so that it can be used as input. The purpose of image segmentation is to separate the object area from other regions based on similarity of image attributes so that it is easy to analyze in order to recognize objects for a purpose. This type of operation is closely related to pattern recognition. In general, the segmentation process is divided into three parts based on classification, by edge and by region. The segmentation process in digital images is done with edge detection to provide a target path along the edge (edge) of the image object. The algorithm used is the otsu thresholding algorithm and the region growing algorithm where the otsu thresholding algorithm can divide the gray image histogram into two different regions automatically. While the region growing algorithm is a procedure in which a set of pixels or subregions to a larger region is based on defined criteria.

Abstract

The Midwifery Academy (AKBID) is one of the options for continuing post-graduate education, especially in the city of Medan. A quality private midwifery academy greatly influences the course of an education. To easily compete in the world of work. Because a good AKBID has a good accreditation, AKBID accreditation is very influential in the world of work. Especially in the career path, acceptance of new workers. Determining the IMR in the city of Medan is not easy, because there are many IMRs in the city of Medan. There are too many IMRs available, making it difficult to determine the IMR manually, and the election results are sometimes inaccurate and become a problem in determining the best IMR. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making accurate and targeted decisions. The method used in the Decision Support System is to use Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC). This method was chosen because it can assist the decision-making process determining the optimal midwifery academy, in this case the intended alternative is the one who has the right to become the best Midwifery Academy based on the specified criteria.

By using a domain you no longer need to remember the IP address of the server you are going to, because everything has been regulated by the Domain Name Server (DNS) so that the domain you write about will be directly connected to the IP address of the server. WebServer is a software that provides data-based services and functions to receive requests from HTTP or HTTPS on a known client and usually known as a web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) and to send back the results in the form of several web pages and in general. will be in the form of an HTML document.
