Abstract

Abstract: The passages 2 Timothy 4: 1-5 describes the task of a servant of God. The intended form of duty and calling  included the task and call to always preach the gospel, in all situation good or not. Reprimand and advise the wrong and provide healthy teaching. The task of preaching the gospel is the task of calling for service for all believers. This task must be carried out seriously and with patience. God's servant must have courage to reveal the truth to anyone, including the rulers. But before carrying out that task, the Servant of God must equipted himself first with the Word of God and always give a place to the Holy Spirit to dwell in him because by the Holy Spirit  a person can able to control himself, suffer patiently and carry out his ministry to the end. Being a Servant of God has qualifications in 1 Tim. 3: 2 Paul says that as a servant of God it must be "blameless." The blameless nature comes from the word anepilhmpton  (anepilemton) which implies the fact that a servant should be someone who is no doubt about the character and sound knowledge of the Bible.Abstrak: Nas 2 Timotius 4: 1-5 menjelaskan tugas seorang hamba Tuhan. Bentuk tugas dan panggilan yang dimaksudkan adalah meliputi tugas dan panggilan untuk selalu memberitakan Injil, baik atau tidak baik waktunya, menegur dan menasihati yang sala,h serta memberikan pengajaran yang sehat. Tugas pemberitaan Injil merupakan tugas panggilan pelayanan bagi semua orang percaya. Tugas ini harus dilaksanakan dengan sungguh-sungguh dan dengan penuh kesabaran.  Hamba Tuhan harus berani menyatakan kebenaran kepada siapapun termasuk kepada para penguasa.  Tetapi sebelum melaksanakan tugas itu hamba Tuhan harus terlebih dahulu membekali diri dengan Firman Tuhan dan senantiasa memberi tempat kepada Roh Kudus untuk berdiam dalam dirinya sebab oleh Roh Kuduslah seseorang mampu menguasai diri, sabar menderita dan  dapat menunaikan tugas pelayanan sampai akhir. Menjadi hamba Tuhan memiliki kualifikasi dalam  1 Tim. 3:2 Paulus mengatakan bahwa sebagai pelayan Tuhan itu harus “tidak bercacat.” Sifat yang tak bercacat berasal dari kata anepilhmpton (anepilemton) yang menyiratkan fakta bahwa seorang pelayan seharusnya adalah seorang yang tidak lagi diragukan karakter serta pengetahuan Alkitab yang sehat.

Abstract

AbstrakKorelasi Pertumbuhan Gereja Dengan Penginjilan Yang Alkitabiah. Gereja yang bertumbuh adalah gereja yang memusatkan tujuan utamanya terhadap Penginjilan. Tugas Penginjilan adalah tugas semua orang percaya tanpa terkecuali dipertajam oleh Rasul Paulus dalam Surat I Korintus 9:16 “Bahwa pemberitaan Injil adalah sebuah keharusan bukan pilihan”. Gereja yang bertumbuh memiliki beberapa faktor yang mendukungnya yakni: Kepemimpinan Gembala Sidang yang dinamis, Bebaskan kaum awam, Jangkauan Pelayanan, Keseimbangan, Homogenitas, Penginjilan , Pemuridan dan Prioritas sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah Gereja tidak terbeban memberitakan Injil dan Pemuridan. Takut ditolak dan dianiaya sehingga memilih untuk toleransi sampai lupa tugas amanat Agung. Gereja yang bertumbuh pasti memiliki hambatan dalam pertumbuhannya

Abstract

Becoming God's Servant is a special call from God. God's Servant is the call of the congregation to someone who is considered to have godliness in his faith and actions of daily life. Whereas the word "servant" in Greek doulos, is a slave, it means that the servant is bound. The task of God's Servant has an important role in the growth of the church. In the journey of ministry, it is not always smooth faced by the Lord's servants, there are congregations that are growing spiritually mature and there are also those who withdraw from the ministry even leaving the church looking for another church or pastor. God's servant must be disappointed and even feel like a failure in the ministry. The same thing happened to Jesus when His disciples left Him because of his harsh words in rebuking His disciples. How is the attitude of the servants of God in facing the church who resigned in the service in terms of John 6:60-71. After describing it in the discussion, it was found that Jesus' attitude toward the students was firm and caring and loving the students. So, the attitude of God's Servant to the church who left the ministry is to love, pray for, make as a fellow worker of God not an enemy. Thus, God's servants continue to serve with enthusiasm despite many challenges in the ministry. AbstrakMenjadi Hamba Tuhan merupakan panggilan khusus dari Allah. Hamba Tuhan adalah jemaat panggilan kepada seseorang yang dipandang memiliki kesalehan dalam imannya dan tindakan hidup sehari-hari. Sedangkan kata "hamba" dalam bahasa Yunani doulos, adalah budak, artinya adalah hamba yang terikat. Tugas Hamba Tuhan memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan jemaat. Dalam perjalanan pelayanan yang dihadapi oleh hamba Tuhan tidak selalu mulus, ada jemaat yang semakin dewasa secara rohani dan ada juga jemaat yang mundur dari pelayanan bahkan meninggalkan gereja mencari gereja atau gembala yang lain. Hamba Tuhan pasti kecewa bahkan merasa gagal dalam pelayanan. Hal yang sama dialami oleh Yesus ketika para muridNya meninggalkan Dia karena perkataanya yang keras dalam menegur murid-muridNya. Bagaimana sikap hamba Tuhan dalam menghadapi jemaat yang mundur dalam pelayanan ditinjau dari Yohanes 6:60-71. Setelah diuraikan dalam pembahasan, maka ditemukan sikap Yesus menghadapi para murid yaitu tegas dan peduli serta mengasihi para murid. Jadi, sikap Hamba Tuhan kepada jemaat yang meninggalkan pelayanan adalah mengasihi, mendoakan, menjadikan sebagai kawan sekerja Allah bukan musuh. Dengan demikian hamba Tuhan tetap melayani dengan semangat sekalipun banyak tantangan dalam pelayanan.

Abstract

The fall of the first man (Adam) into sin caused the man to lose the glory of God, man died and was separated from God. The gospel is glad tidings of Jesus Christ who died, rose again to save everyone who believes. To believe the gospel means to believe in the redemptive work of Christ, to reject the gospel is to reject salvation. In the Gospel God's truth is revealed to everyone who believes in Him. This truth is related to the absolute truth of God that no one has. The truth of God revealed in the Gospels is related to the truth that God has done through the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus to save sinners. Salvation can only be received through faith. Faith is a gift from God given to humans so that they believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The gospel gives hope and sets people free from death. To get salvation everyone must listen to the gospel. The task of evangelism is the responsibility of the Church (believers) to preach the message of salvation in the power of the Holy Spirit to sinners so that they repent and have faith in Jesus and become disciples who obey the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus.

Abstract

The conversation of Lord Jesus with the Samaritan woman as recorded in the Gospel of John 4:4-42 is one of the models of preaching the gospel with a daily life dialogue pattern. After conducted an investigation based on qualitative research methods with an exegesis study approach, the researcher confirmed that the model of preaching the gospel carried out by Jesus to the Samaritan woman was a model of living dialogue in the preaching of the gospel. This pattern of dialogue is a very effective model of preaching the Gospel in this age.
