Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk pelatihan yang terdiri atas ceramah dan praktek mengenai proses pengolahan produk instan jahe dan selai kelapa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kesehatan selama masa pandemi covid 19 serta dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan keluarga melalui diversifikasi produk olahan guna mengatasi melimpahnya hasil panen perkebunan rakyat di Negeri Amahai Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan kerjasama dengan Pemerintah Negeri Amahai Kabupaten Maluku Tengah guna mempersiapkan masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu PKK dan UMKM di Negeri Amahai Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan pengolahan produk jahe instan dan selai kelapa memberikan peluang peningkatan pendapatan secara ekonomi, peningkatan ketahanan pangan keluarga serta peningkatan potensi lokal daerah. Kata kunci: Pengolahan, Instan jahe, Selai kelapa, Negeri Amahai, Ketahanan pangan ABSTRACT This activity is a form of training consisting of lectures and practices regarding the processing of instant ginger and coconut jam products. This service activity was motivated by the high needs of the community in fulfilling health during the Covid 19 pandemic as well as in an effort to increase family food security through diversification of processed products to overcome the abundant yields of smallholder plantations in Amahai Country, Central Maluku Regency. This activity is a collaborative activity with the Amahai State Government of Central Maluku Regency to prepare the community, especially PKK and UMKM women in Amahai State, Central Maluku Regency in improving the family economy. The method of implementing the activities consists of lectures, discussions and training. The results of the training in processing instant ginger and coconut jam products provide opportunities to increase income economically, increase family food security and increase local potential. Abstract

Mustard is a vegetable with high economic value, including mustard pakcoy (Brassica rapa subsp, chinensis), mustard petsai (Brassica chinensis L), and white mustard (Brassica rapa subsp, pekinensis). To meet consumer needs, it is necessary to increase the production of mustard through organic farming by implementing an agricultural system that utilizes water hyacinth in the form of liquid organic fertilizer. Water hyacinth is an aquatic weed so an alternative is needed to reduce its population by using it as a liquid organic fertilizer with a bio-activator Trichoderma sp. The purpose of the study was to measure plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and wet weight of mustard pakcoy, mustard petsai, and white mustard. The design of this study used a single factor RAL, namely giving water hyacinth POC with bio-activator Trichoderma sp on 3 types of mustard, with 3 levels, namely A = 32 ml/L (mustard pakcoy), B = 32 ml/L (mustard petsai), C=32 ml/L (white mustard) which was repeated 5 times. Research proves that giving water hyacinth POC with bio-activator Trichoderma sp 32 ml/liter has a significant effect on the height and width of white mustard leaves. For the number of leaves and wet weight, giving water hyacinth POC with bio-activator Trichoderma sp 32 ml/liter had a significant effect on mustard pakcoy compared to other mustards. This means that POC with bio-activator Trichoderma sp can be used as an environmentally friendly liquid organic fertilizer, especially for mustard pakcoy and white mustard which can stimulate plant growth and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of using smartphone-based learning media on ecosystem materials in developing students' environmental care attitudes. The population of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Seram Utara Barat even semester 2019/2020 academic year. The number of students was 24 people. This research includes pre-experimental research using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Learning using smartphone-based media is carried out four times face to face and one time giving the final test (posttest). The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire for students' environmental care attitudes. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of smartphone learning media on ecosystem material from the average value of the questionnaire for environmental care attitudes of students reached 80 in the cultural category. The N-gain calculation is 0.60 in the medium category. The Paired Sample T-test resulted in a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 (effective). This shows that between the pre-test before using smartphone learning media on ecosystem material and the post-test after using smartphone learning media experiences a significant difference. Based on the results of several tests it is concluded that smartphone learning media on ecosystem material is effective in developing environmental care attitudes of SMA Negeri 1 students. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keefektifan dari penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis smartphone pada materi ekosistem dalam mengembangkan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Seram Utara Barat tahun ajaran 2019/2020 semester genap. Jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 24 orang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pra-eksperimental menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis smartphone dilaksanakan empat kali tatap muka dan satu kali pemberian tes akhir (posttest). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket sikap peduli lingkungan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keefektifan penggunaan media pembelajaran smartphone pada materi ekosistem dari nilai rata – rata angket sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik mencapai 80 dengan kategori membudaya. Perhitungan N-gain adalah 0,60 dengan kategori sedang. Uji Paired Sample T-test memperoleh hasil tingkat signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 (efektif). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antara pre-test sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran smartphone pada materi ekosistem dan post-test setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran smartphone mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan Berdasarkan hasil beberapa uji disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran smartphonepada materi eksosistem  efektif dalam mengembangkan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Seram Utara Barat.
