Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution levy on revenue market Brebes and to determine the level of effectiveness of the market levy on revenue Brebes. Market acceptance of the 2010-2014 levy each year has increased, which is reflected on the income levy receipts Brebes market between 2010 to 2014 already meet the targets and even exceed the predetermined targets, with an average target is met by 102,54 percent. While acceptance Brebes local revenues increased by an average increase of 31.21 percent. Brebes PAD highest rise occurred in 2014 in the amount of 51.90 percent and the lowest occurred in 2011 amounted to 10.21 percent. Whereas in 2012 and in 2013 amounted to 30.06 percent and 32.66 percent. While the level of effectiveness of retribution market during the period 2010-2014 as a whole is very effective. This is reflected in actual revenues that always exceed or exceeds the set target. The average value of the level of achievement of the target for 5 (five) last year amounted to 102.52 %. This shows that the effectiveness of marketretribution is very effective .

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki sejarah berlimpah ruah, dari masa penjajahan maupun setelah merdeka. Indonesia sampai saat ini juga dikenal sebagai negara berpenduduk muslim terbanyak di dunia. Sejarah peradaban Islam bermula dilakukan oleh para pedagang Arab dibantu oleh para pedagang Persia dan India. Abad ke 7 Masehi merupakan awal kedatangan agama Islam. Pada masa ini, baru sebagian kecil penduduk yang bersedia menganutnya karena masih berada dalam kekuasaan raja-raja Hindu-Budha. Sejarah tersebut menjadikan tolak ukur dalam pembentukan gagasan pokok karya tulis ini. Terkait dengan judul artikel ini, dalam penelusuran sejarah peradaban Islam di Indonesia sangat membutuhkan arsip dan dokumentasi sebagai bahan literasi dalam penyusunannya. Studi pustaka merupakan jurus jitu untuk mengumpulkan materi-materi yang diinginkan. Hasilnya bahwa sejarah peradaban Islam di Indonesia harus ditinjau kembali dan dilestarikan dalam bentuk apapun supaya memori masa lampau bisa diingat oleh generasi di masa mendatang.[Indonesia is one country that has a history abound, from the era of colonialism and after independence. Indonesia today is also known as the largest Muslim country in the world. The history of Islamic civilization originated conducted by Arab merchants aided by merchants Persia and India. 7th century AD is the early arrival of Islam. At this time, only a small portion of the population willing to embrace it because they are in the power of Hindu-Buddhist kings. This history makes the benchmark in the formation of the basic idea of this writing. Related to the title of this article, tracing the history of the civilization of Islam in Indonesia needs archives and documentation as literacy materials in their preparation. A literature study is a sniper stance to gather the desired material. The result is that the history of Islamic civilization in Indonesia should be reviewed and preserved in any form in order to the memory of the past can be remembered by future generations.]

Abstract

Perpustakaan dalam Islam telah berdiri pada zaman klasik, tepatnya padamasa pemerintahan dinasti Umaiyah. Jenis perpustakaan pada masa iniadalah perpustakaan pribadi yang dimiliki oleh Khalid ibnu Yazaid, perpustakaansemi umum yaitu perpustakaan yang dimiliki oleh Khalifah, dan parapembesar,dan perpustakaan umum yaitu perpustakaan Mesjid. Peradabanadalah hasil dari kejeniusan suatu bangsa. Hal ini telah diakui secara umum.Peradaban Islam merupakan hasil dari para umat Islam, demikian pulahalnya dengan peradaban Barat yang sekarang memperlihatkan kejayaannyajuga hasil dari jeniusnya bangsa Barat. Kejeniusan suatu bangsa tidakmungkin akan lahir dan berkembang dengan begitu saja tanpa didukungoleh upaya yang sungguh-sungguh dan sarana yang memadai, salah satusarana yang sangat berperan dalam hal ini adalah perpustakaan. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation on purchasingdecisions of Wardah products through word of mouth in Brebes Regency. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method of 100 people. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for windows version 26. The results showed that the product innovation variable and word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the word of mouth variable was able to mediate between product innovation variables and decisions. purchase.Keywords: Product Innovation, Word of Mouth and Purchase Decision.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produkterhadap keputusan pembelian produk wardah melalui word of mouth diKabupaten Brebes. Sampel diambil dengan metode Purposive Sampling 100 orang yang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau kuisioner secara langsung kepada para responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier dengan bantuan SPSS for windows versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi produk dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta variabel word of mouth mampu memediasi antara variabel inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci : Inovasi Produk, Word of Mouth dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstraksi  This research is entitled "Effectiveness of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) at the Class IV Tegal Harbor Authority and Harbor Authority Offices".The formulation of the problem posed is:1. What is the effectiveness and efficiency of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Port Authority Offices?2. How is the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Tegal Class IV Port Authority and Harbormaster Office?3. What is the projection of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Tegal Class IVHarbormaster and Port Authority Office?The results of this study obtained are that the level of effectiveness of NonTax State Revenue (PNBP) of Class IV Tegal Harbor and Authority Offices from 2017 to 2021 has an average rate of 181.16 percent, so it can be said to have a very good level of effectiveness or very effective. Meanwhile, the efficiency level of Non-TaxState Revenue (PNBP) for Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Harbormaster Offices from 2017 to 2021 has an average rate of 104.51 percent.This can be interpreted that the efficiency level of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Harbormaster Offices is not good.

Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the influence of savings and deposits on lending at the BRI Bulakamba Unit in Brebes Branch. The research method used is collecting data on the amount of savings, deposits, and credit from 2012 to 2016, while the data analysis used is: Multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and test f. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis on Coefficients, the multiple regression model with one Credit dependent variable (Y) with n independent variables the size of Savings (X1) and Deposits (X2) is: Y = - 12,467,949,951,039 + 0,994 (X1) + 0,305 (X2). The constant is -12.467.949,951,039 means that if X1 and X2 value is 0, then profit (Y) value decreases by Rp. 12467949951,039, in the savings constant (X1) of 0.994 Every increase of Rp. 1000 from Savings, Credit will increase by Rp 994, and on the deposit constant (X2) Every increase of Rp. 1000 from a deposit, the credit will increase by Rp. 305. Based on the results of the t test, the Savings magnitude variable (X1) which is 15,898 has a significant effect on Credit because the Savings account is 15,898> of table 4,303, and the variable Deposit (X2) is 1,077, there is no significant effect on credit distribution in the Branch Office BRI Branch Brebes because the tcount of deposits is 1.077

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of Factors Affecting Consumer Behavior on Tourist Interest and Its Implications on Marketing Strategies in Brebes Regency. The aim to be achieved is to find out whether there is an influence between attitudes and subjective norms on the interests and behavior of consumers in Brebes Regency in enjoying tourism objects in Brebes Regency, to find out whether there is an influence between attitudes or subjective norms on consumer interests and behavior in enjoying attractions in Brebes Regency and to find out how much influence attitudes and subjective norms on consumer interests and behavior in Brebes Regency in enjoying tourist attractions. The research method used is the distribution of questionnaires using accidental sampling method as many as 100 tourists who visit tourist attractions. The results of the study can be explained as follows: T test results using 95 percent confidence level (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and degrees of freedom Nk (100-2) obtained a table of 2.2764 and the calculation results showed X1 = 4.274 which means that t count > t table . This shows that Ho is rejected or the attribute significantly influences the behavioral interest of visitors to the Tirta Husada Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cipanas Buaran Hot Spring Tourism Object, Malahayu Reservoir Tourism Object and Randusanga Indah Beach Tourism Object. While  at  X2, 1,386 is  obtained,  which  means  that  t count  < t table. This shows that Ho is accepted or subjective norms significantly do not affect the behavior of visitors to the Tirta Husada Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cipanas Buaran Hot Spring Tourism Object, Malahayu Reservoir Tourism Object and the Randusanga Indah Beach Tourism Object. The results of the F Test conducted using a 95 percent confidence level (α = 0.05) and df = n - k - 1 obtained Ftable of  3.09. While the results of calculations on each tourist attraction show 17,339. This shows that Fcount > F table which interpreted the Ho hypothesis is rejected which means that together the independent variable attributes and subjective norms affect the variable of interest in the behavior of visitors to the Tirta Husada Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cipanas Buaran Hot Springs Tourism Object, Reservoir Tourism Object Malahayu and Randusanga Indah Beach Tourism Objects.Keyword :  Consumer Behavior, Tourist Interest

Abstract

This study took the title of Financial Performance Analysis at the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the financial performance of the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency during the period of 2015 to 2017 in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. When viewed from the liquidity ratio, in the period of 2015 to 2017 the Wredatama Harum Cooperative can be considered very healthy, this can be seen with the results of the calculation of the current ratio method found that between these years have an average of 62409 percent in each year. Whereas seen from the solvency ratio then: a. Debt to equity ratio (total debt to equity ratio) The total debt to equity ratio from 2015 to 2017 the ratio of debt to equity in the Wredatama Harum Cooperative has an average of 19.30 percent, which is below 70 percent. This means that in terms of the ratio of debt to equity, the cooperative's ability to meet its obligations is very efficient. b. Debt to asset ratio (total debt to asset ratio) The calculation of the debt to assets ratio from 2015 to 2017 solvency ratio when viewed from debt to total assets at the Wredatama Harum Cooperative has an average of 15.54 percent which means below 40 percent which means that the cooperative's ability to its obligations is very efficient . While the profitability ratio : a. Gross profit margin The calculation of gross profit margin from 2015 to 2017 in the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency has an average of 16.24 percent which means that in the period 2015 to 2017 in terms of the ratio of gross profit margin the cooperative's ability to generate profits is well. b. Net profit margin The calculation of the net profit margin in the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency has an average of 15.52 percent, which means that in the period 2015 to 2017 in terms of the ratio of the net profit margin the cooperative's ability to generate profits is good. c. Earning power of total investment The calculation of earnings power of total investment in the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency has an average of 2.80 percent which means that in the period 2015 to 2017 in terms of the ratio of earnings power of total investment the cooperative's ability to generate profits is not good.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research uses quantitative methods. Quantitative method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, analyzing data is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing established hypotheses. (Sugiyono, 2018:35-36). Based on the analysis of research data carried out by the author, the following results were obtained:1. Partial hypothesis testing (statistical t test) showed that the brand image variable (X1) and lifestyle variable (X2) partially had a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) Rabbani hijab among students at SMP PGRI Brebes.2. Simultaneous hypothesis testing (F statistical test) showed that the brand image variable (X1) and lifestyle variable (X2) together had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y) Rabbani hijab among students at SMP PGRI Brebes .3. Testing regression analysis of brand image and lifestyle variables onpurchasing decisions Y = 10.346 + 0.472X1 + 0.328X2 + e. From the testresults, it was found that brand image (X1) had a more dominant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.472 on purchasing decisions (Y) for Rabbani headscarves among students at SMP PGRI Brebes.  Keywords: Brand Image, Lifestyle and Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstraksi This study entitled The Effect of Interest on Savings on the Number of Savings in PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch Brebes Regency. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to find out whether the interest rate affects the amount of savings in PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch. While the hypothesis proposed in this study is presumed that interest rates significantly influence the amount of savings received at PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch. To find out the effect of interest rates on the amount of savings, a simple regression analysis tool is used with the formula y = a + bx. With the calculation using SPSS the regression equation is y = 13,644,140,414 -1,720,458,207x, meaning that the amount of savings is influenced by the interest rate. The constant is 13,644,140,414. While the sign "-" describes the direction of a negative relationship. This means that if the interest rate rises by 1 (one) unit and the other variables remain, the amount of savings will decrease by IDR 1,720,458,207. While the t-test at the confidence level of 95 percent and the degree of freedom (10-2) obtained t table of 1.859. While the results of calculations on SPSS show -1.805.
