Abstract

Abstrak: Bupati Takalar periode 2017-2022 membuat 22 program unggulan, salah satu di antaranya adalah penyerapan 10.000 tenaga kerja baru. Berdasarkan data dinas terkait telah mencatat sebanyak 7,617 tenaga kerja yang terlibat di dalam kegiatannya. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada Pemuda agar mampu terserap ke dalam pasar tenaga kerja dan membantu pemerintah daerah dalam menyukseskan program kerja. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu latihan keterampilan atau drill and practice. Kegiatan dilakukan menekankan pada kegiatan ceramah dan praktek langsung sesuai kompetensi yang ingin dicapai. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan sesuai dengan yang ditentukan, pemuda yang menjadi peserta mendapat peningkatan softskill dan hardskill. Pemerintah juga mendapat dukungan dari kegiatan ini dengan meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas SDM di Kabupaten Takalar.Abstract: Regent of Takalar for the period of 2017 - 2022, made 22 excellent programs, one of which was the absorption of 10,000 new workers. Based on data from related agencies, they have recorded as many as 7,617 workers involved in their activities. This community service aims to provide training for youth so that they can compete in the world of work. The method used is the drill and practice method. The activities carried out emphasize lecture activities and direct practice in line with the competencies to be achieved. The results of community service activities went just as what was determined, the youth participating in the program obtained an improvement of their soft skills and hard skills. The government also received support from this activity in increasing the quantity and quality of human resources in Takalar District.

Abstract

Daring mathematics study leaves pupils with troubles and anxiety after more than a year of daring learning. Furthermore, students often struggle to understand instructional materials that need graphic interpretation when learning mathematics. This activity aims to improve the competence of mathematics teachers with skills using the iSpring and GeoGebra so that they can create creative and effective learning media so that their virtual mathematics learning becomes more interesting and understandable for students. This activity is conducted daring via Zoom and live on YouTube, as well as offline meetings that are carried out with due observance of health protocols. Lectures, demonstrations on the use of iSpring and GeoGebra, as well as monitoring and evaluation are methods used in daring and offline activities. The target audience for this community service is Middle School Mathematics teachers in Pattalassang District. The results of the training showed an increase in the understanding and skills of mathematics teachers in utilizing iSpring and GeoGebra multimedia. This improvement in IT skills can contribute to increasing creativity and effectiveness in learning mathematics in the classroom.
