Abstract

Abstrak: Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah (PPPUD) ini merupakan kegiatan lanjutan dari Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yang telah dilaksanakan tahun 2019. Dari observasi dan wawancara, teridentifikasi masalah pada 3 bidang, yaitu Produksi, Manajemen, dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Berbagai kegiatan dirancang untuk tujuan: 1) peningkatan hasil produksi; 2) memiliki merek dagang resmi dari Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan; 3) peningkatan keahlian dan kompetensi SDM di bidang produksi dan manajeman; 4) teridentifikasinya lebih banyak motif khas Sekardangan; 5) lebih dikenalnya batik tulis Sekardangan; 6) peningkatan daya saing pengrajin; 7) eksistensi batik tulis Sekardangan; 8) mendukung implementasi program OVOP yang telah ditetapkan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan, meliputi; 1) observasi dan wawancara; 2) identifikasi masalah, 3) pengambilan data: FGD dengan para ahli di bidangnya; 4) mendesain ulang (inovasi) beberapa peralatan membatik, 5) membuat modul pelatihan, 6) pelatihan dan pendampingan; 7) pembuatan laporan hasil pelatihan, laporan kemajuan, laporan akhir dan laporan keuangan, 8) publikasi media massa online; 10) Youtube; 11) pembuatan artikel jurnal nasional ber-ISSN; 12) pendaftaran HKI; 13) pembuatan buku referensi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah terwujudnya semua target kegiatan, terjalin kerja sama yang baik dan berkelanjutan serta peningkatan daya saing batik tulis sebagai produk unggulan daerah.Abstract: The Regional Superior Product Development Program (PPPUD) is a continuation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) which has been implemented in 2019. From observations and interviews, identified problems in 3 areas, namely Production, Management, and Human Resources (HR). Various activities are designed for the purpose of: 1) increased production; 2) has an official trademark from the Industry and Trade Office; 3) increased expertise and competence of human resources in the field of production and management; 4) identification of more typical motifs Sekardangan; 5) better known Sekardangan batik; 6) increasing the competitiveness of craftsmen; 7) the existence of Sekardangan handmade batik; 8) supports the implementation of predetermined OVOP programs. Methods of carrying out activities, including; 1) observation and interview; 2) identification of problems, 3) data collection: FGD with experts in their fields; 4) redesigning (innovation) some batik equipment; 5) making training modules; 6) training and mentoring; 7) making training report, progress report, final report and financial report; 8) online mass media publication; 10) Youtube; 11) preparation of ISSN national journal articles; 12) registration of IPR; 13) making reference books. The results of the implementation of the activities are the realization of all activity targets, good and sustainable cooperation established as well as increasing the competitiveness of written batik as a regional superior product.

Abstract

Pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini, mitra kami adalah UKM Batik Tulis Amri Jaya (M. Zainal Arif) dan UKM Batik Tulis Namiroh (Ratna Tuty Mufida), yang merupakan salah satu sentra industri seni dan kerajinan dari Kampoeng Batik Jetis, Desa Sidoklumpuk, Kelurahan Lemah Putro Kecamatan Sidoarjo Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara, ternyata kedua mitra memiliki masalah yang sama, yaitu; 1). Tidak ergonomisnya beberapa peralatan yang digunakan dalam proses membatik, 2). Masih sederhananya manajemen administrasi produk harian, 3). Belum memiliki katalog produk, 4). Penjualan yang masih konvensional dan 5). Belum optimalnya pengawasan hasil produksi. Berikut ini solusi yang ditawarkan antara lain: 1) Penerapan konsep ergonomi untuk melakukan inovasi pada beberapa peralatan membatik (Meja Pengeblat Pola, Kursi Pembatik, Modifikasi Kompor LPG dan Saringan Lilin), 2. Melaksanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan, 3). Membuat katalog produk berciri khas Kampoeng Jetis serta 4). Pemasaran secara online. Dari permasalahan dan solusi yang ditawarkan tersebut, maka pendekatan yang akan diterapkan adalah membentuk program kerja sama berkelanjutan agar tercipta suasana kekeluargaan dan pemahaman terhadap masalah yang dialami mitra adalah masalah yang harus diselesaikan bersama sesuai tingkatan tanggung jawabnya. Setelah berlangsungnya kegiatan, tim PKM berharap semua pihak dapat memperoleh manfaat yang diharapkan, berupa peningkatan: 1). Produktivitas setelah diterapkannya inovasi beberapa peralatan membatik, 2). Manajemen usahaagar efektif, efisien dan kompetitif, 3). Pengetahuan dan wawasan pembatik, 4). Omzet penjualan, dan 5). Daya saing sehingga tercapai kemandirian pengrajin dan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat sekitar

Abstract

Purpose: Analyze the level of efficiency, effectiveness, and convenience of using a pedal-powered water pump for irrigation activities. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation on farmers in Carat Village, Pasuruan Regency and conducting descriptive analysis of the data that has been collected. Findings: The results show that the use of a pedal-powered water pump has various benefits, including efficiency, effectiveness, convenience for farmers, and other benefits. Research limitation/implications: This research is limited to land that has the same geographical conditions Practical implications: This research is limited to land that has the same geographical conditions. Abstract

PT X is a factory that processes wheat into flour with roll mill as the main equipment. The wheat used is a blend of Indian wheat and Australian wheat. Indian wheat has a hard texture that can cause the roll grinding to become damaged or dull, increased working amperes,bearing jams, broken belts and motor overload which causes downtime. When a machine or component breaks down, the production process in the company will be disrupted and may come to a halt,  so the target is not achieved and endangers to the company. To keep production machines and equipment working, maintenance processes are carried out properly and regularly. Additionally, the company can implement preventive maintenance steps to prevent and reduce machine downtime. Preventive maintenance is a planned maintenance strategy to prevent potential breakdowns. To reduce the high machine downtime, preventive maintenance is solution . The method chosen in this research is Total productive Maintenance. Based on research results, the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) values were 85.8% in January, 87.18% in May, 86.69% in June, 85.25% in November, and 85.51% in December. The OEE values that did not meet the standard occurred in February (81.92%), March (81.34%), April (84.73%), July (83.77%), August (79.03%), September (77.05%), and October (81.72%).  The biggest factor that causing losses of overall equipment effectiveness is caused by the high value of the six big losses, particularly the reduced speed losses, which stand at 9%.
