Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw II bermuatan content local genius untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep sains siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes pilihan ganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes awal dan tes akhir yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik gain skor. Nilai gain skor yang diperoleh adalah 0,75 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw II bermuatan content local genius dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep sains siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 34 Cakranegara materi Bunyi Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.Abstract:  This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Jigsaw II types of cooperative learning containing local genius content to improve students' understanding of science concepts. The design of this study was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The instrument in this study was a multiple-choice test. Data collection techniques with the initial test and final test were analyzed using the gain score technique. The value of the obtained score is 0.75 with a high category. The results showed that cooperative learning type jigsaw II containing local genius content can improve the understanding of science concepts of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 34 Cakranegara Sound material for Academic Year 2019/2020.
