Abstract

One way to preserve Lampung culture is by collecting culture. Some forms of culture that are lost include dance, literature, language, and social procedures. So after examining it further in theory, the writer draws on the model in a research problem, namely the Influence of Organizational Culture on the Motivation of Dancers in the BESAPEN Cultural Art Studio, Tulang Bawang Regency. The hypothesis of the research that was successfully made by the author was that there was a positive influence from the Organizational Culture by the Tulang Bawang Regency Culture and Tourism Office on the motivation of the BESAPEN Cultural Arts Studio, Tulang Bawang Regency. The type of research in this thesis is an evaluation of Organizational Culture on the motivation of the BESAPEN Cultural Art Studio, Tulang Bawang Regency, After analyzing the data obtained from this study is the calculation results obtained by the value that t-count> t-table. This shows that the coefficient of each independent variable is statistically important in its effect on the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R2) is relatively moderate, that is 69.3% (percent) of the variation in motivation changes in the BESAPEN Cultural Art Studio, Tulang Bawang Regency can be explained by the independent variable, namely the behavioral approach. So it can be concluded that every Organizational Culture that is carried out has an influence on the motivation of members of the BESAPEN Cultural Art Studio in Tulang Bawang Regency.

Abstract

Consumer perception of the same product or brand does not necessarily produce the samerating because not all consumers have complete knowledge of the condition of the product. Therefore,to be able to provide superior value to consumers and be able to calm competition, the company mustknow the consumer's judgment or perception of the competitor's product or brand, so that consumerpreferences can be known for prices based on consumer perception.In this research the consumer's decision to buy a product is based on the price. So from thatprice has a strong factor on the purchasing decision of a product. Related to this problem, it isnecessary to study the variables that influence it so that efforts can be made to solve the problem of thelow market share of coffee products from the PD Kopi Kuda. Then the research topic taken byresearchers is: "The Influence of Prices on Consumer Purchasing Decisions PD. Kopi Kuda BandarLampung. "The research hypothesis is that there is an effect of Price (X) on Purchasing Decisions (Y)on Kopi Kuda products in Bandar Lampung. Abstract

Thus the productivity and employment results of employees will increase optimally. Because theperformance performed affects the effectiveness of organizational performance so to create a highperformance, it needs an optimal work enhancement and able to utilize the potential human resourcespossessed by employees for organizational goals can be achieved, so that will contribute positively tothe development of the organization. In addition, the organization needs to pay attention to variousfactors that may affect the performance of employees, in this case required the role of leaders to createa work environment and commitment to encourage the creation of attitudes and actions professionals incompleting the work in accordance with their respective fields and responsibilities. The phenomenonthat occurs and attract the authors to examine and further review by testing and analyzing the extent towhich "The Effect of Work Environment and Commitment to Employee Performance Secretariat of EastLampung Regency Electoral Commission".The type of research used for this research is verifikatif and evaluative research. Based on theresults it can be interpreted that the Work Environment and Work Environment has a moderate effect onEmployee Performance with the variable Commitment as the dominant variable affecting EmployeePerformance. From the data processing also found that there are still other variables that have a largeinfluence that has not been included but has an influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Emotional maturity is one's ability to recognize oneself, manage oneself, motivate oneself,recognize the emotions of others (empathy) and the ability to build relationships with others. WhilePerformance is the result of the process of a work activity undertaken based on measurement andassessment of the results of activities.In this research also object of research used is four (4) Private University (PTS) in BandarLampung city, as research object Some of the causal factors used in this research include emotionalmaturity and work discipline as trigger factor which according to some similar research have influenceThe great Sri (1999) and Sia (2001). In terms of the importance of emotional maturity and workdiscipline as an important factor for shaping performance, the research model used is: "The Influence ofEmotional Maturity and Work Discipline on Lecturer Performance in 4 PTSs in Bandar Lampung".Independent variable in this research is emotional maturity and work discipline while performance asdependent variable. Population in this research is university lecturer in Bandar Lampung City whichamounted to 40 people.The result of research data analysis showed that Emotional Maturity and Work Discipline havea moderate influence (72,4%) to Lecturer Performance, with variable of Emotional Maturity as dominantvariable forming Lecturer Performance with contribution of regression coefficient equal to (0,451). ThenCan not eliminate the work discipline caused by Sahih on F test proving and significant with T Testingstudent proof so that all hypothesis accepted.

Abstract

One of theory that become a background of this research is performance that influenced bythe Chinese culture organization and compensation. This problem is being attractive since manybusiness competitions have been won by Chinese descent. It makes a negative polemic; polemicthat caused by business style and tricks which sometimes unreasonable but happened.Chinese culture organization is not a theory that having the real quality but uniqueness, itcaused by the increasing performance not only because of compensation but also awareness ofrelation and cooperation. This is proven by the number of Chinese cultural organization relationeffect and the compensation on performance as 89.6 %, this is confirmed by the number of theChinese cultural organization constant effect as 1.457 towards others free variable that is 0.337.

Abstract

One of the risks that so far have not been widely anticipated is a failure of bankingtransactions through information technology (technology fraud) which in banking risk including as riskoperational category.The application of information system management digital as part of information technologyin internet banking will improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity as well as increase therevenue by sales system which is more effective than conventional banks.The use of internet in technology makes consumer more comfortable and fulfill of customerneeds because of technology can be used anytime and anywhere without worry of late in doingtransaction. In this case the bank needs to increase security and facilities so that the quality of ebanking services will always be maintained.

Abstract

Globalization will bring opportunities for the companies to enter foreign market. However, tosuccess in that kind of market it will depends on some factors. This study try to find out what factorsbasically contribute to the success of companies in Lampung in entering international market.Using twenty seven companies that involved in exporting activities in Lampung, the study found outthat statistically internal and external factors do have contribute to the firms’s export performance.Moreover, this study among others conclude that government should play their roles in creatingconducive atmosphere for the business sectors by reducing high cost economy. Limitations,suggestions and implication of this research are also discussed

Thehypothesis is: Suspected leadership style and work motivation affect the performance of Social ServiceEmployees Manpower and Dinas Sosial, Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten LampungTengah.This research was conducted using survey method. The entire population is in the EmployeeDinas Sosial, Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Lampung Tengah regency as many as 55people, in which samples were taken using saturated sample. The reliability of the instrument iscalculated by the formula product moment correlation, while the reliability of the instrument is calculatedby the formula Alpha crobach.Results of research leadership style and work motivation affect the performance of Dinas Sosial,Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Lampung Tengah with a coefficient of determination of43.3% (percent) of the variation of the effect of changes in leadership style and work motivation mayexplain Employee Performance and Dinas Sosial, Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten LampungTengah. Whereas 56.7% (percent) the rest is the influence of variables or other factors outside themodel.

Abstract

This study is conducted based on the fact that there are many motorcycle brands distributedin the market. The effect of economic crisis striking Indonesia caused the change of attitude patternof the customers. This condition make motorcycle manufactures rearrange marketing program whichhas been set up. Customer’s attitude toward a product has very important meaning for themanufacturer in creating marketing program, and there is general assumption that the customer’sattitude serves as strong factor to predict customer’s behavior, to predict product demand in thefuture and to develop appropriate marketing program.The purpose of this study is : (a) to determine and analyze the customer’s attitude inpurchasing JIALING and VIAR branded motorcycle; (b) to determine and analyze the effect ofcustomer’s social environment toward subjective norm in decision making of purchasing JIALINGand VIAR branded motorcycle; (c) to find out and analyze different attitude of the customer towardJIALING and VIAR branded motorcycle products.

Abstract

Guidance by the principal in the employees, especially on SD Negeri 2 Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Waway Karya Kabupaten Lampung Timurhas been regulated in the Act, Rules and Regulations Regional Government and its implementation, but many still encountered obstacles that cause problems with various effects in order to apply principles Work Motivation principle, in order to improve employee performance such as teacher discipline, dedication, loyalty, and others. It attracted writers for further research and study a research topic "Effects of Leadership Style and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance on SD Negeri 2 Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Waway Karya Kabupaten Lampung Timur". The focus of research on leadership, motivation Work, and employee performance.This research was conducted using a survey method. The population is All staff of 30 people, in which samples were taken using saturated sample. The reliability of the instruments is calculated by the formula product moment correlation, while the reliability of the instruments is calculated by the formula Alpha crobach, and using multiple regression analysisThe result showed leadership style and work motivation have a great influence (97.2%) on employee performance with variable work motivation as the dominant variable affecting employee performance with the effect of (96.2%) but can not eliminate the variable leadership style despite having contributed negatively due valid.
