Abstract

Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif, termasuk data sekunder atau metode secara tidak langsung, dengan cara melakukan analisis terhadap data masa lalu untuk memproyeksi jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang akan berkunjung ke Sulawesi Barat dimasa yang akan datang, diperoleh hasil proyeksi yang perubahannya berbeda dari tahun sebelumnya yakni pada tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2018 terjadi penurunanan pada 2 tahun terakhir yakni pada tahun 2011 dan 2018 sebesar 0,11% dan 31%. Sedangkan pada proyeksi untuk tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2020 tidak terjadi penurunan, melainkan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang akan berkunjung ke Sulawesi barat setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,01%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh dana alokasi umum (DAU) dan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Sulawesi Barat periode 2015-2018. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Model tersebut menggabungkan observasi lintas sektoral dan data runtun waktu sehingga jumlah observasi meningkatkan derajat kebebasan dan mengurangi koliniearitas antara variabel penjelas dan kemudian akan memperbaiki efisiensi estimasi ekonometri. Model terbaik yang akan digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh belanja modal dan dana alokasi umum terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat selama periode 2015-2018 adalah fixed effect model. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah belanja modal dan dana alokasi umum (DAU) di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hubungan DAU Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi, yakni dari sisi permintaan. Jumlah dana DAU sebahagian besar dialokasikan untuk gaji PNS sehingga sangat mempengaruhi konsumsi melalui mekanisme demand side yang menyebabkan multiplier effect, pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi kegiatan perekonomian secara keseluruhan. Hubungan belanja modal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat terletak pada alokasi belanja modal untuk memperbaiki kualitas infrastruktur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze population growth forecasting in Majene Regency in 2019-2030 and analyze the need for solid waste facilities in Majene Regency in 2019-2030. This research is a case study research using quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results found that the population of Majene Regency will be forecasted to increase by 26,420 during the 2019-2030 period or an average increase of 2,402 annually in the same period and the garbage collection of Majene Regency is forecasted to increase each year. In creating a clean, healthy and comfortable environment through improving the quality and quantity of waste management in Majene Regency, it can be done by implementing a waste management strategy that is equipped with adequate and reliable personnel, finance, and transportation management as well as cooperating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders, in relation with solid waste funding as an alternative source of financing in increasing the quantity and quality of solid waste facilities.

Abstract

Rumah Teduh ( Coffee ART ) adalah kedai kopi dengan konsep klasik modern yang sangat cocok untuk diskusi dan menghilangkan penak dengan nongkrong bersama teman, sahabat dan keluarga, yang berlokasi di majene, Sulawesi Barat. Market dari kedai ini ialah kaulah muda, mahasiswa, siswa, komunitas, dan para pekerja non kantoran dan kantoran. Kedai ini juga memiliki beberapa produk yang mampu membatu para pengusaha industri kopi lainnya, Dengan nama brand produk Coffee ART. Semenjak masa pandemic COVID 19 kedai kopi ini mengalami penurunan keuntungan yang disebabkan penurunan permintaan (kunjungan), sehingga mengalami kesulitan menjalankan dan mengembangkan usaha. Rata-rata keuntungan kedai kopi ini sebelum masa pandemic COVID 19 adalah Rp.16.000.000 per bulan dan rata-rata keuntungan saat pandemic COVID 19 adalah Rp. 3.000.000 per bulan atau berkurang sekitar Rp. 13.000.000. Kondisi keuntungan yang diperoleh saat ini menyebabkan keberlangsungan usaha mengalami beberapa hambatan. Kondisi yang dialami sekarang ini perlu disikapi dengan beberapa solusi untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usaha kedai kopi ini. Pengembangan produk rumahan dan pemesaran digital perlu diterapkan untuk menghadapi kondisi new normal yang sementara diterapkan sekarang ini. Produk rumahan berupa kemasan kopi dengan beberapa item yang bisa dibuat sendiri dirumah dengan kualitas yang tetap terjaga. Pemasaran digital / Marketplace ( Toko Online ) akan di kembangkan dengan toko online berbasis web yang di jadikan dalam versi aplikasi untuk android dan ios agar para konsumen mudah mengakses dan mudah untuk berkonsultasi dengan kedai kopi. Keuntungan pemasaran digital yang lainnya adalah bisa menjangkau konsumen bukan saja di dareah sekitar, tapi bisa menjangkau konsumen di daerah lainnya. Produk rumahan yang akan dikembangkan akan menggunakan brand sendiri dan akan didistribusikan dan dipasarkan melalui aplikasi yang akan dikembangkan sehingga pasar dari kedai kopi ini semakain luas dan akan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha di kemudian hari

Abstract

The economic structure of West Sulawesi Province according to business fields is still dominated by the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors. Since 2016-2020, it has contributed more than 40% of the total GRDP. The economy of West Sulawesi Province in terms of average economic growth in 2015-2019, Mamuju Regency has the highest growth among other Regencies. This is influenced by the existence of Mamuju Regency as the capital of West Sulawesi Province. So that Mamuju Regency becomes the center of government and the center of economic activity. Mamuju Regency has an average growth rate of 7 percent (BPS, 2011). The purpose of this study is to find out the pattern and structure of economic growth and the sector base of West Sulawesi Province 2015-2020. The analytical method used in this study is the Klassen Typology and the Location Question (LQ). Based on the Klassen Typology analysis, the area of ??West Sulawesi Province can be mapped into 4 types. The area that is in the fast-developing and fast-growing category is only Mamuju Regency. An advanced but depressed area is the Pasangkayu Regency. The fast developing region is Polewali Mandar Regency and the underdeveloped areas in West Sulawesi Province have 3 regencies, namely Majene, Mamasa and Central Mamuju. Based on the Location Question (LQ) analysis, each district in West Sulawesi Province has an advantage or base sector which is a regional potential that can increase regional economic growth. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the tourism sector on regional financial performance. In the data analysis technique using simple linear analysis, the sample of this research is the data on the realization of consistent financial reports from 2018 to 2020 as many as 36 samples. The data sources used are primary data obtained by interviewing and secondary data obtained from related documents such as financial reports and organizational structures. the location of this research is located at Jln. Gen. Ahmad Yani No. 108 sub-districts of Banggae, Majene Regency. The research results obtained are the influence of the Tourism Sector which has a significant effect on Financial Performance area . Calculated using SPSS obtained from the analysis of the t test with the value of T Count of 3,631 greater than t table 2,032 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of emotional intelligence on the level of understanding of accounting in Accounting students at the University of West Sulawesi. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source in this study is primary data. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire filled out by students of the Accounting Study Program at the University of West Sulawesi. The population in this study were 406 students of Accounting Study Program, University of West Sulawesi, class of 2016-2018. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with 81 respondents. The results of the analysis show that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the level of understanding of accounting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source in this study is primary data. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. Research data obtained from questionnaires and interviews directly by employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation, in this case safety guarantees, has a positive effect on employee performance, especially enthusiasm for work and compliance with company SOPs at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office, proven by the t count, which is 11.415 > from the t table value, which is 1.703 and the significance level is smaller than the alpha value , which is 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R 2 ) is 0.823 which indicates that the change in the dependent variable is 82.3% while the remaining 17.7% is explained by other factors outside the regression model that has been analyzed.
