Abstract

Abstract,This study aims to provide empirical evidence of whether there is a difference in perception by gender on the ethics of business and professional ethics in private and state accounting students in the city of Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used was quota sampling random sampling. The number of samples in this study were 282 respondents. Determination of the number of samples using a statistical test version of the 16 Formula Slovin.The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the perception of business ethics based on gender private and state in Banjarmasin city it is based on the results of Kruskal Wallis test different perceptions about business ethics derived significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Then in the perception of the ethics of the profession there are different perceptions about the professional ethics of gender-based private and state in Banjarmasin city it constituted the Kruskal Wallis test results differing perceptions about the ethics of the profession was obtained significant value of 0.966> 0.05.The conclusion of this study was the difference in the perception of gender-based accounting students of business ethics, and there was no difference in the perception of accounting students by gender on the ethics of the profession. Limitations of this research was the respondents sampled only among accounting students. So suggestions for future research in order to add another variable, expanding the research object with respondents not only among students but can accounting of public accountants and accountants among educators.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research was to determine the variables of responsibility, competence and teamwork have significant influence simultaneously to the marketing performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru well as to determine which of the variables of responsibility, competence and teamwork to have a dominant influence in partial the marketing performance of SMEs in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. Results of calculations obtained F count is equal to 42.356 this means is greater than the value of F table at 1,979 on the degree of error of 5%, it can be concluded that the variables of responsibility, competence and teamwork have significant influence simultaneously to variable marketing performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. The amount of the contribution of independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y), as shown by the coefficient of determination (R2) that R2 is equal to 0.762 or 76.2% against the magnitude of the marketing performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru, while the rest influenced by variables another variable is not included in this study is 23.8%. Variables that have the most dominant influence on the marketing performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru is variable responsibility because it has the largest t is equal to 8.201.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of the research is to uncover the influence of consumer’s orientation, competitors and external environment toward the performance of UMKM (Community’s Small and Intermediate Business) in Banjarbaru both simultaneously and partial. This research was conducted with the object of SMEs (small and micro enterprises) in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. This research finds that the external environmental variable possesses t quantification as many as 7.933 compared to t table of 2.677 which results t quantification > t table, hence concludes that consumer’s orientation variable has significant influence on the performance of UKM in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. The consumer’s orientation variable has t quantification of 1.560 compared to t table of 2.677 which results t quantification > t table, hence concludes that consumer’s orientation variable possesses insignificant influence on the performance of UKM’s marketing in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. Whereas competitors variable has t quantifications of 4.208 compared to t table of 2.677 which results t quantification > t table, hence concludes that competitors variable possesses significant influence on UKM’s marketing in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. The most dominant variable on the performance of UKM’s marketing performance in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru is external environment variable because having the biggest t quantification of 7.933.

Abstract

Abstract, This reseach aims to analyze the quality of services measured by reliability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangibles at the maternal and child hospital of annisa banjarmasin. The research method used is descriptive method. The population of this study is all inpatients at the Maternal and Annisa Special Hospital in 2016 which amounted to 960 people. Samples taken are as many as 100 people. The conclusions of this study are the services that should be improved on the services of reliability ie doctors, nurses and hospital personnel must arrive on time, especially the schedule of doctor's arrival that does not change so that does not make patients wait. Aspects of responsiveness ie doctors should give longer time to consult and explain in detail the treatment solution that will be given to the patient. Aspect tangibles the hospital should pay attention to the location of the parking for comfort and safety of patients and families.
