Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influencing tourist visits to marine tourism at Tampora Beach, Situbondo. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses primary data obtained from surveys and interviews—sampling research with the accidental sampling method. The independent variables used are facilities, institutions, travel costs, and accessibility, while the dependent variable is tourist visits. The study found that the facilities, institutions, and accessibility of tourist objects greatly influenced tourist visits. However, in this study, the variable travel costs did not affect the number of tourist visits. Management of tourist destinations with complete facilities and infrastructure such as bathrooms, hotels, restaurants, and institutions (information and security centres) and accessibility (transportation and tourist routes) will increase the number of tourists. Offering this tourist attraction will influence the decision of tourists to visit a tour. It will directly impact increasing the number of tourist visits and the length of stay of tourists on these tours. Moreover, indirectly will affect improving the welfare of the community around tourism and regional income.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires businesses to be able to adapt quickly. Through the use of technology in business, it can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) or other businesses develop their businesses so that they are known by many people. One area that has problems with limited technology in marketing products is Kemuningsarilor Village, which is in Panti District, Jember Regency. Through the Collaborative KKN, the local regency government sent students from 13 universities throughout Jember to perform community service which is expected to overcome existing problems. The Collaborative KKN was held for 35 days, from 23 July 2022 to 26 August 2022. With the MSME Digital Marketing Creative Socialization program by the 153 Collaborative KKN participants, it can help existing MSMEs in developing product marketing. The activity went through three stages, namely the preparation process, the implementation process, and closing. From this activity, MSME’s have increased in terms of understanding, knowledge and awareness of MSME actors regarding the use of digital marketing strategies to expand product reach.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency level of rice productivity and the determinants that affect rice productivity to face the food crisis. This study uses secondary data and primary data, obtained from interviews. The data analysis method used is the Cobb-Douglas Stochastic Frontier Production Function approach with the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method and multiple linear regression, which is obtained using Stochastic Frontier Analysis and E-Views 8 analysis tools. Production of land area, seeds, and pesticides have a significant effect on rice production in Karawang Regency. While the use of production factors of urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, SP36 fertilizer and labors workdays did not have a significant effect on rice production in Karawang Regency.
