Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarahat ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan kesadaran penduduk yang masih kurang peduli akan pendidikan anak di usia dini dan membantu para tenaga pengajar dalam mengolah administrasi di PAUD Melati. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan yang dilakukan dengan melalui data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta studi kepustakaan untuk mendukung permasalahan yang diteliti oleh penulis. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang hasil penelitiannya berupa narasi atau teks. Dan dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat  yang dilakukan oleh penulis kesadaran penduduk di RW 02 dan orang tua murid di PAUD Melati ini sangat kurang. Dan masih butuhnya bimbingan tenaga pengajar dibidang administrasi. Sehingga dengan adanya parenting seminar yang menargetkan para penduduk di RW02 dan orang tua murid di PAUD Melati serta pelatihan guru PAUD menjadi solusi untuk kemajuan dan perkembangan anak serta PAUD Melati di RW 02 yang berada didaerah Kenjeran. Kata Kunci : Kesadaran pendidikan anak usia dini, pelatihan administrasi, parenting seminar.

Abstract

Street Lighting Tax (PPJ), Land and Building Tax (PBB), and Land and Building Title Transfer Duty (BPHTB) are types of local taxes whose income is more significant than other taxes. This research aims to determine the influence of receiving PPJ, PBB, and BPHTB on original regional income in Surabaya City. The population used in this research is the report on the realization of PPJ, PBB, BPHTB, and original regional income in Surabaya City from 2013-2020. The data used in this research are quarterly, so the sample used is as much as 32 quarters. The data analysis technique used a model test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t-test. Based on the research results, it can be obtained that PPJ has a significant impact on original regional income, and PBB has a significant impact on original regional income. In contrast, BPHTB has no significant impact on original regional income. Regional governments must periodically disseminate BPHTB payments to increase public awareness of paying taxes.

Abstract

Whatever the organization, it is important to pay attention to dynamic capabilities . Even though there have been many studies related to dynamic capabilities, they are still relevant today. This research is a follow-up study of the same theme that the author has examined. The difference is in the research sample. This study tries to present the influence of dynamic capabilities on organizational resilience by mediating digital transformation from the point of view of school principals and their representatives. Data was taken by distributing questionnaires via Googleform as primary data. Data analysis was performed with smartPLS. From the two direct effect hypotheses, it was found that the two hypotheses proved to have a positive and significant relationship, namely, dynamic capabilities on organizational resilience and digital transformation towards organizational resilience. For an indirect relationship, significant results were also found, namely the relationship between dynamic capabilities and organizational resilience with digital transformation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The community service program was structured to help Pak Widodo overcome the problems he faced, so that sales targets could be met and able to support the wheels of the economy of the residents after the covid-19 pandemic. In this service program, the UKDC community service team will provide assistance and education to partners on the importance of carrying out the product branding process. The product branding process can use packaging methods or attractive product packaging and the use of a logo that gives consumers an idea of the product being sold. The service method is carried out on a scheduled basis with the first stage conducting social analysis to find information on problems that are the main focus of the community service work program carried out by Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, Darma Cendika Catholic University. The next stage is to provide coordination and together with partners to provide solutions related to the problems encountered. Based on the search, information was obtained that the obstacles encountered came from a marketing strategy that had not been implemented optimally. Marketing Management is the main key to meeting sales targets. Through this UKDC community service program, partners know and understand information about the importance of developing a marketing strategy to increase the number of product sales and increase the number of consumers to increase income and become well-known to consumers.  ---  Program pengabdian masyarakat disusun untuk membantu Pak Widodo mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, sehingga target penjualan dapat terpenuhi dan mampu mendukung perputaran roda perekonomian warga pasca pandemic covid-19. Dalam program pengabdian ini kelompok tim pengabdian masyarakat UKDC akan memberikan pendampingan dan edukasi kepada mitra pentingnya melakukan proses branding produk. Proses branding produk bisa menggunakan metode packing atau kemasan produk yang menarik dan penggunaan logo yang memberikan gambaran bagi para konsumen tentang produk yang dijual. Metode pengabdian dilakukan secara terjadwal dengan tahapan pertama melakukan analisis social untuk mencari informasi permasalahan yang menjadi focus utama dalam program kerja pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika. Tahap selanjutnya adalam memberikan berkoordinasi dan bersama-sama dengan mitra memberikan solusi  terkait pemasalahan yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan penelusuran diperoleh informasi bahwa kendala yang dihadapi berasal dari strategi pemasaran yang belum diimplementasikan secara maksimal. Manajemen Pemasaran merupakan kunci utama dalam memenuhi target penjualan. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat UKDC ini, maka mitra mengetahui dan memahami informasi tentang pentingnya menyusun strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan jumlah penjualan produk serta jumlah konsumen yang bertambah sehingga menambah pendapatan

Abstract

Printing on CV. Prima Abadi Jaya is a company engaged in the printing industry. This study aims to determine the optimal amount of raw material inventory at CV. Prima Abadi Jaya using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method from January to December 2021. Data collection is carried out to calculate the optimal quantity and determine the selling price applied by the company using the full costing method. Calculation of Total Inventory Cost (TIC) if the company applies the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for magazine products, the Total Inventory Cost (TIC) of raw materials is Rp. 675,005 and for book products, the Total Inventory Cost (TIC) of raw materials is Rp. 591,423. calculation of the cost of goods manufactured and the optimal selling price on the CV. Prima Abadi Jaya for magazine products is Rp. 25,268, for book products is Rp. 11,768.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the turnover of receivables at Harris Hotel Sentraland Semarang. The data collection technique used is to collect data by using reports contained in the company. The data analysis technique used is qualitative methods. The percentage of receivables paid, from 2021 to 2022, decreased by 0.79%. Likewise, the percentage of outstanding receivables at the end of 2022 decreased by 0.27%. Regarding the level of receivables turnover, it can be seen from mathematical calculations that the turnover that occurs shows that in 2021 it will occur 9 times and in 2022 it will occur 4 times. The average collection of receivables shows good things for the company, in 2021 the Average Collection Period points to 41 days while in 2022 it points to 86 days. This happened faster than the company policy which requires 180 days
