Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan sektor keuangan di Indonesia. Variable independent dalam penelitian ini yaitu profitabilitas, leverage, kepemilikan manajerial dan ukuran perusahaan. Sedangkan variable dependen yang digunakan yaitu kebijakan dividen. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas (leverage, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial) berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen (variabel terikat). Persentase pengaruh dari seluruh variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terhadap kebijakan dividen yaitu 72.52%. Sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yaitu sebesar 27.48%. Secara parsial profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kepemilikan manajerial berhubungan negative dengan kebijakan dividen dan leverage memiliki hubungan positif tetapi tidak signifikanKata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Kepemilikan Manjerial, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence dividend policy in financial sector companies in Indonesia. The independent variables in this study are profitability, leverage, managerial ownership, and firm size. While the dependent variable used is dividend policy. Findings. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables (leverage, firm size, profitability, and managerial ownership) affected dividend policy (the dependent variable). The percentage of influence of all variables used in this study on dividend policy is 72.52%. At the same time the rest is influenced by other variables equal to 27.48%. Partially, profitability and firm size have a positive relationship to dividend policy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar mengenai kewirausahaan; mengajak peserta berpikir kreatif dan inovatif menemukan ide bisnis dari lingkungan sekitar; Metode yang digunakan yakni dengan ceramah serta diskusi dalam hal menginventarisir potensi ekonomi serta analisis SWOT terkait potensi ekonomi tersebut. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu para peserta mendapat tambahan pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana memulai usaha serta bersama-sama menemukan solusi atas permasalahan yang muncul. Masalah keterbatasan modal dapat diatasi dengan membentuk Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE), membentuk kelompok arisn dan mengajukan proposal bantuan modal kepada Dinas Sosial maupun isntansi terkait. Para peserta juga mendapatkan ide usaha dengan cara mengamati potensi sekitar yakni keripik ikan air tawar; bakso dan abon ikan; keripik pisang aneka rasa; keripik tempe aneka rasa; budidaya jamur tiram putih; jamur krispi; serta kerajinan tapis (tas dan sepatu tapis).

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the opportunities, challenges and strategies can be carried out by the Halal Industry in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using the library method. This study uses secondary data obtained through scientific articles and other relevant documents. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis through data reduction, categorization and verification. This research finds that Indonesia has tremendous opportunities to develop the halal industry. These opportunities include the halal food sector, the Islamic finance sector, the halal tourism sector, and the Muslim fashion sector. However, there are external and internal challenges in the development of the halal industry, external challenges, namely the number of competing countries, the absence of a globally agreed halal certificate and the incompatibility of Muslim countries in setting halal product standards. And internal challenges, namely the lack of halal awareness among the Indonesian people and the problems of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee, as well as the low awareness of the Indonesian people to compete. As for the challenges of the halal industry in Indonesia; many competitors from the international world, there is no halal certification that applies nationally, understanding of the concept of halal is still lacking, socialization is still lacking, laws and regulations are not perfect. Strategies that can be done; developing superior human resources, reliable strategies for socializing halal products and others.
