Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. hasil analisis uji t, diketahui nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 2,849>1,984 dengan signifikansi 0,005, sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha dierima. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan secara parsial memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Pelita Cengkareng Paper.Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t, diketahui nilai thitung<ttabel yaitu sebesar 1,147 <1,984 dengan signifikansi 0,254, sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Pelita Cengkareng Paper. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t, diketahui nilai thitung>ttabel yaitu sebesar 3,398>1,984 dengan signifikansi 0,001, sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Pelita Cengkareng Paper. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji F, diketahui Fhitung>Ftabel (8,721>2,474) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas (kedisplinan, budaya lingkungan dan motivasi) berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Pelita Cengkareng Paper.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to determine how socializing influence of tax, penalties andimplementation of service tax authorities on tax compliance in the annual report PPh such as aprivate person either partially or simultaneously or jointly on individual taxpayers who havebusiness or work freely in the district KPP Pratama Kebon Jeruk Satu. This research uses samplerandom sampling and for the types of data uses primary and secondary data types. The primary datasource is obtained directly from the individual taxpayer who has a business or performs listed have aNPWP in KPP Pratama Kebon Jeruk Satu. While secondary data such as the number of individualtaxpayers who registered have income from business or work freely. Independent variables used aretax dissemination, implementation of financial penalities, and service tax authorities. The dependentvariable in this research is the taxpayers compliance. Testing in this research using SPSS 21.0. Theresults of the research showed that the socialization of tax, penalties implementation, and service taxauthorities partially significant effect on tax compliance and simultaneously have a significantimpact also on tax compliance. Implementation of penalties is the most dominant variable or aneffect on tax compliance in reporting SPT Personal Income Tax.

Abstract

From the analysis using multiple linear regression method, the obtained results thatvariable of price has a significant impact on buying decision with result t-test (partial) obtained tvalue > t table (3.693 >1.993) with significant obtained about 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho rejected and Haaccepted. Variable of product quality has a significant impact on buying decision with result t-test(partial) obtained t value > t table (2.787 >1.993) with significant value obtained about 0.007 < 0.05then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Variable of brand image has a significant impact on buyingdecision with result t-test (partial) obtained t value > t table (2.289 >1.993) with significant valueobtained about 0.025 < 0.05, then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Variable of price, product quality,and brand image that simultaneous has a significant impact on buying decision with result F-test(simultaneous) obtained F value > F table (17.126 > 2.730) with significant value obtained about0.000 < 0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Dimensions Coefficient of determination about0.389 or 38.9% which means independent variables consisting of price, product quality, and brandimage has a contribution obtained 38.9% toward buying decision, while the remaining (100% -38.9% = 61.1%) was influenced by factors other factors that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job ability, motivation, and career advancement on the performance of employees of PT. Bina Buana Semesta partially and simultaneously. Causal research methods. The sample in this study was PT. Bina Buana Semesta with 80 respondents. The data used are primary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is quantitative using SPSS version 23. The results of this study partially indicate that job ability and career development significantly influence employee performance. While motivation does not significantly influence employee performance.
