Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Stress the employee on PT.Leading (2) Motivation of employees working on PT.Leading garment industries, (3 ) The productivity of employees on PT.Leading garment, (4) Effect of work stress and work motivation on PT.Leading garment industries partially or simultaneously. The research method the authors used in this research is descriptive research method and research methods verifikatif. Samples from this study and over 120 are employees. To be able to analyze the extent of the influence of job stress and work motivation on work productivity, methods of analysis used simple and multiple linear regression or correlation of multiple determination. From the results of this study indicate that job stress and work motivation proved to significantly affect employee productivity on PT.Leading garment. These results are demonstrated by statistical tests.The amount of the partial effect of job stress variables on the productivity of employees working on PT.Leading Garment of 21.7%. The amount of the partial effect of motivation to work towards the production of employee productivity on garment PT.Leading Industries of 31.4%. While simultaneously work stress and work motivation affects the productivity of employees working part sewing production orders on men's pajama PT.Leading garment industries of 53.1% and the remaining 46% is influenced by factors that are not researched by the author.Keywords : Work Stress, Work Motivation, Work Productivity

Abstract

Iklim organisasi dalam sebuah perusahaan sangat penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Konflik disfungsional yang terjadi pada di PT. Bank UOB Buana Cabang Jl.Jamika no.22 Bandung khususnya dibagian telemarketing memicu timbulnya kesenjangan antara pegawai dan adanya karakteristik pekerjaan yang mengharuskan pegawai untuk mencapai target tertentu sehingga menyebabkan kepuasan kerja pegawai rendah. Kondisi ini  mengakibatkan Turn Over pegawai di bagian telemarketing tinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : iklim organisasi, karakteristik pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja pegawai di PT. Bank UOB Buana Cabang Jl.Jamika no.22, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, besarnya pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan  terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai,serta besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh karyawan telemarketing di PT. Bank UOB Buana Cabang Jl. Jamika No.22 Bandung yaitu sebanyak 105 orang. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode stratified random sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 55orang . Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara responden. Metode survey yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan dianalisis dengan metode multiple regression analysis dengan menggunakan software program SPSS 10.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Karakteristik pekerjaan memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan kerja yang berarti bahwa peningkatan dari karakteristik pekerjaan akan mengakibatkan peningkatan kepuasan kerja para pegawai. iklim organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingginya tingkat kepuasan kerja. Diantara kedua variabel independen, karakteristik pekerjaan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dibanding iklim organisasi.

Abstract

The Implementation of employee’s welfare programs should be developed based on legal regulations, based on berasaskan fairness and feasibility, and guided by the ability of the company. The goal is to create employee’s discipline. The purpose of this research is to understand the implementation of welfare programs. Employee’s discipline and examine the impact of the implementation of welfare programs to discipline employees at the Head Office of PT. Oto Finance Bandung. ……………The method that is used in this research descriptive and quantitative research approaches. The population in this research is 410, and using the propotionate stratified random sampling technique (stratified random sample) in order to obtain 80 employees as sample. Techniques of data collection are using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Analysis method using Pearson correlation and coefficient of determination, as well as t test using SPSS 12.0 for windows. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………….             The results mentioned implementation of employee benefit programs based on the responses of respondents with good results, while the employee disciplinary showed good results. Abstract

ABSTRACTEach company will perform various activities for achieving the goals set. Efficient fund management will causes the maximum profit. In addition to the effective working capital funds management, in obtaining profitability the company also needs pay attention to likuidity.The direction of this research is for identify and explain effect of working capital management (WCT) and liquidity (CR) to profitability at Sierad Produce Tbk. period 2007-2014 listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The analitical tool used in this research is using path analysis. The sampel used is quarter time series data during 8 periods as many as 32 financial statement report.Result of path analysis showing that working capital management and liquidity significantly effect to profitability. Amount of adjusted R-squared is 0,428 which mean profitability (ROI) being able to explain by independent variabel researched at 42,8% and remaining 57,2% affected by variabel not examined in this researched.Keyword : working capital management, liquidity, profitability

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan sebagai mengetahui pengeruh Persepsi Kepuasan Kerja dan Dukungan Organisasi bagi Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi Pada Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Panyileukan Kota Bandung baik secara parsial atau bersamaan, sampel sejumlah 48 prgawai, menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh, dan data primer. Penelitian ini memakai cara Deskriptif dan Verifikasi. Teknik uji hipotesis Uji F dan T dan metode analisis data ialah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menampilkan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh ke Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja terdapat pengaruh pada Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasau Kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara bersamaan pada Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi.
