Abstract

This article discusses the urgency of leadership with must-have skills and management capabilities in Islamic education. This article uses a qualitative descriptive analysis of the object of discussion by utilizing reference sources for related themes and using library research methods. This article argues that leadership is very much needed in Islamic educational institutions today, where the leadership in question must have visionary skills, personal risk, sensitivity, broad insight, charisma, communicative, exemplary, and not egotistical. Furthermore, with good management where management is meant is the art of completing projects, activities with an epic collaboration and understanding what you want to do and then doing it in an effective and efficient way. Therefore, this article offers idealistic leadership with good Islamic education management in shaping the golden generation in the future.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the not yet achieving the massive goals of education, especially being faithful, pious and noble. The decadence of altruism can be seen in MA Sunan Pandanaran, an example of which is apathy among students. The solution is to "Strengthen Altruism" through the Scout Movement at the base of MA Sunan Pandanaran. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the sampling of data sources was done by purposive and snowball. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interviews. By taking data sources from PAI educators, scout coaches and scout members, as well as the implementation of PAI learning, and scouting that has been programmed by MA Sunan Pandanaran scouts. Furthermore, it is analyzed using data analysis methods by Miles Huberman. Then test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate: First, the implementation of the curriculum used by the base is the integration of Islamic Education and General Skills Requirements. Second, the Scouting at the base is going well, through a planned work program. Third, the linkage between Scouting and Altruism at the base lies in the Scout Movement's code of honor which is applied through Islamic education and scouting. Fourth, the implementation of scouting activities that strengthen the altruistic spirit at the base lies in Dasa Darma and Tri Satya which are applied with PAI education and scouting which is carried out regularly.

Abstract

This article discusses the Islamic Integrated Character curriculum model which is a formula for the needs of today's institutions. This article uses a qualitative descriptive analysis of the object of discussion by utilizing reference sources on related themes. This article argues that the Islamic Integrated Character curriculum model is an ideal curriculum to be applied, this is because it is in accordance with the current needs of the nation, where this model is integrated between the curriculum and Islamic Character which in the end is not limited to general knowledge and to help eliminate the dichotomy between the general education system and Islam, so that understanding/learning will provide comprehensive student learning outcomes and be able to print the Ulul Albab generation. By applying the Islamic Integrated Character curriculum model, students will be able to recognize, understand, reflect, have faith, fear, and have noble character in carrying out the teachings correctly. Furthermore, the Islamic Integrated Character Curriculum has a positive effect on increasing higher-order thinking skills and improving the character of students compared to students using conventional methods, it can be said to be effective in improving students' higher-order thinking skills, so that it will produce a generation of Insan Kamil.

Abstract

Renewal in an educational institution is a necessity, this is because educational institutions follow the times and the needs of an increasingly new era without reducing educational values. Reform cannot be separated from policy, there will be the right policy and the concept of reform through proper analysis, monitoring of policy implementation, and policy evaluation. The reform policy in Islamic boarding schools will present the ideals of modernizing Islamic boarding schools without losing the values of Islamic boarding schools. The method used uses a qualitative methodology with a library research approach, examining related references. According to Dede Rosyada, the functions of the pesantren are divided into two, the first is the functionalism model and the structuralism model, where in functionalism formal schools are included, such as madrasas or secondary schools and equivalent, then the structuralism function includes the development of student skills, such as agricultural skills, automation and so on.

Abstract

This research explores the new culture and its implications for Generation Z's religion in the social context of contemporary society. Using a sociological and anthropological approach to society, this research analyzes the cultural changes of Generation Z and its impact on the religious dimension. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and analysis of social media content. The results show that the new culture has significant implications for Generation Z's religion, including changes in religious practices, exploration of individualistic forms of religion, and attention to social and humanitarian dimensions. This research provides a broad understanding of the religious dynamics of Generation Z in contemporary new culture and its important implications in facing cultural change.
