Abstract

The administrative process at kotaratu health center still uses manual means. So, it takes a long time in handling patient visits and making reports. The goal of the study was to build a desktop-based medical record information system using the Microsoft Visual Basic. Net Programming Language and MySQL as its database. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature studies. Meanwhile, to develop software (system) with waterfall method, while testing uses blackbox-testing. Our findings are in the form of a desktop-based information system at Kotaratu health center. Furthermore, Blackbox-testing results show that all components in this system are running well, and all medical record data is stored in the database to provide a convenience in managing patient data, searching for medical records, managing medical records and making reports periodically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel eksternal yang terdiri dari pengalaman, norma subyektif, persepsi, relevansi pekerjaan, kualitas output dan hasil demonstrasi, kemampuan diri dalam komputer, persepsi kontrol eksternal, kecemasan penggunaan komputer, penggunaan sepenuhnya pada komputer, kenikmatan yang dirasakan, dan kegunaan obyektif terhadap persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan, kualitas layanan, perilaku untuk tetap menggunakan, perilaku nyata penggunaan sistem, dan kepuasan penggunaan sistem informasi akademik pada mahasiswa AMIK Parna Raya Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa AMIK Parna Raya Manado angkatan tahun 2013 dan tahun 2014. Untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Model yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model III (TAM III). Untuk pengujian hubungan antara beberapa variabel tersebut digunakan software SEM PLS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa secara keseluruhan dengan keberadaan sistem SIAKAD di AMIK Parna Raya Manado pada tingkat kepuasan sedang.Kata kunci :    SIAKAD, Technology Acceptance Model, Structural Equation Model

Abstract

Website disebuah kampus pada umumnya merupakan wadah untuk menyampaikan  informasi tentang kegiatan kampus bagi civitas akademika. Begitupula dengan website yang ada di Universitas Flores, yang selama ini sudah memberikan informasi kepada khayalak banyak. Informasi yang diberikan melalui website, masih mendapatkan keluhan dari mahasiswa yang mengakses website tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam mengakses website. Pengukuran kepuasan menggunakan metode webqual 4.0. Aspek yang ditinjau berupa usability, information quality dan service interaction. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Flores sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan cara memberikan kuesioner. Hasil yang diperoleh dari aspek usability, mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Website yang mudah digunakan dan tampilan yang menarik, membuat mahasiswa merasa senang untuk mengaksesnya. Sedangkan aspek information quality dan service interaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Yang berarti bahwa pihak kampus harus menyiapkan kualitas informasi dan interaksi layanan yang up to date, sehingga nantinya mahasiswa senang mengakses website tersebut.

Abstract

This research aimed to comprehend the effect of variables external consisting of experience, subjective norm, perceptions, job relevance, output quality and result demonstrability, computer self efficacy, perceptions of external control, computer anxiety, computer playfulness, perceived enjoyment, and objective usability for perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, service quality, behavioral intention, use behavior and user satisfaction of academic information system. The population of this students of AMIK Parna Raya Manado in academic year of 2013 and 2014. By using Slovin method, it was obtained the rate of the sample amount of 120 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and the model used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM III). It had been used Structural Equation Model (SEM) for examining the relation between those variables. The result of showed that the use TAM III method of significantly affected of the service quality satisfaction of academic information system. Abstract

Benneta Motor Workshop is one of the individual businesses that was founded in 2017, engaged in the business of selling motorcycle spare parts and servicing services. In running its business, Benneta workshop still uses conventional systems so that there are several obstacles found starting from the data management process, purchase transactions, sales and service services, to the process of making reports which are still recorded manually in notes and stored in a ledger so that it is still less efficient. in terms of time and process. Conventional systems cause the data to be inaccurate and not fast in recording so it takes a long time to do it. The purpose of this research is to build an information system for selling spare parts and motorcycle service using Visual Basic.Net programming language and MySQL database. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive research method. The design method used in this application uses the waterfall method and the testing method used by the author is blackbox testing. With the creation of this system, it is hoped that it will provide efficiency and work effectiveness at the Benneta Motor Workshop.

Abstract

The Faculty of Information Technology is one of the faculties at the University of Flores and oversees the Information Systems Study Program. The Faculty of Information Technology has several internal campus organizations, one of which is the Student Executive Board (BEM) FTI Uniflor. The recording and processing of management data as well as FTI BEM activity data and SME data are still done manually, which is recorded in the main book or typed in Microsoft Word and Excel so that it slows down the work system of the BEM management. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building a website-based application for an information system for student activities at the FTI Student Executive Board (BEM) using PHP as a programming language and MySQL database. The goal is to provide relief for BEM management in processing member data, activity data and making it easier to work on reports on activities carried out. With this information system, it is possible to improve the processing of management data, activity data, and SME data to be more effective and efficient. Observations, interviews, and literature searches are techniques for collecting data in research. While the development method uses the waterfall method and the blackbox testing method as a testing method. The results achieved from this research are, by building a web-based information system application where all data has been stored in a database, it is easy to process data for BEM management members, activity data, SME data and make activity reports.

Abstract

Universitas Flores memanfaatkan fasilitas intranet untuk melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan baik dibidang pendidikan dan pengajaran, kegiatan administrasi akademik dan kemahasiswaan, maupun disemua bidang yang mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan tridarma perguruan tinggi. Jaringan intranet yang ada di Universitas Flores mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, dan di tahun 2018 Universitas Flores kembali meningkatkan layanan jaringan intranet menggunakan Cloud Router Switch dengan Virtual Local Area Network. Universitas Flores juga menyediakan layanan hotspot dan wifi di beberapa titik strategi untuk memudahkan seluruh kegiatan akademik. Metode yang digunakan metode action research dengan model sistem monitoring QoS. Software untuk menguji parameter QoS adalah Axence Nettools. Hasil pengolahan data ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel untuk memudahkan user dalam menganalisis. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan jaringan intranet di gedung rektorat merupakan kualitas layanan intranet terbaik dengan nilai throughput terbesar yaitu 80,006%, nilai Packet Loss 0% dan nilai Jitter 0%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of moodle-based e-learning. This type of research is a descriptive analysis with a frequency distribution, namely concluding based on the data obtained during the study. The research sample was 71 people. The results of the study found that there were 19.3% of students who answered strongly agree; 61.5% of students who answered agreed; 16.4% answered disagree 2.7% answered strongly disagreed with using moodle-based e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. For some students who answered disagree and strongly disagreed, it was because the student concerned did not yet have a laptop and their place of residence was far from urban areas. In conclusion, the use of moodle-based e-learning is very appropriate, in order to overcome conventional learning activities that cannot be done due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the availability of facilities and infrastructure is very much needed so that learning outcomes can be realized. Abstract

Pintu adalah salah satu fitur pertahanan pertama untuk menjaga keamanan fisik rumah. Dalam sebuah rumah, pintu memiliki peranan penting dalam masalah keamanan. Terkadang kelalaian penghuni rumah dalam menjaga keamanan rumah membuat keamanan pintu rumah menjadi tidak terkontrol seperti, lupa mengunci pintu saat keluar rumah, kehilangan kunci rumah, dan mungkin lupa apakah sudah mengunci pintu atau belum. Kelemahan keamanan lainnya adalah mudahnya pencuri membobol pintu rumah yang masih menggunakan kunci manual. Dari masalah-masalah tersebut dalam penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuat sistem keamanan pintu rumah menggunakan sistem kontrol biometric dan sistem kontrol manual berbasis Internet of Things untuk mengendalikan pintu dan meningkatkan keamanan rumah. Dalam penelitian ini menerapkan dua mekanisme pengontrolan pintu rumah yaitu dengan memanfaatkan sensor sidik jari sebagai sistem kontrol biometric, dan sistem kontrol manual berbasis Internet of Things untuk langkah alternatif, apabila terdapat masalah dengan kondisi fisik jari penghuni rumah. Metode implementasi perancangan sistem menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 dengan bahasa pemrograman Arduino dan aplikasi mobile blynk berbasis android. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa adanya integrasi yang baik antara kontrol menggunakan sensor sidik jari dan kontrol manual berbasis Internet of Things dimana kedua kontrol melakukan respon membuka dan mengunci pintu rumah selama 5 detik sehingga tidak ada celah kelalaian yang dapat berdampak buruk bagi keamanan rumah.

Abstract

This research aims to know the readiness of blended learning in Flores University area especially in the study program of Information System. This research used a survey research approach with 113 people for the sample. The instrument that was used for this research is the questionnaire of the Likert scale. To analyze the data, this research uses factor analysis in the readiness of adopted learning by Aydin and Tasci. The result of this research were: (1) normally test result showed that all the data are normally distributed because each variable was more than 0,05. (2) The point of KMO MSA was 0,533>0,50 and the point of Barlett's Test of Sphericity (sig.) was 0,000<0,05, it means that the factor analysis can continue. (3) The value of MSA for all variables was >0,50, it means the factor analysis is fulfilled. (4) The extraction value for all the variables was >0,50. So it can be concluded that all the variables are used to explain the factor. (5) The value of Eigenvalues component 1 was 1,858> 1, so it becomes a factor of 1 and can explain 46.453% of the variation. Meanwhile, the value of Eigenvalues component 2 is 1,225>1 so it becomes a factor of 2 and can explain 30,633% of the variation. (6) from the two factors formed, it was feasible to summarize the four variables analyzed. This means that the four variables have the readiness to carry out blended learning at Flores University.
