Abstract

PT. Andalas Biotechnology Saiyo Padang is a company engaged in providing medical materials and equipment. In carrying out its business services, the administration process of the company has not used software specifically in the form of management information systems. A company certainly has a company data processing report. At present the data processing is still manual, resulting in not optimal performance of PT. Andalas Saiyo Biotechnology Padang. With the creation of a new management information system, it will be able to provide fast and appropriate output for the decision making process. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools. Management information systems are developed with a website-based framework, using the PHP programming language (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database as a database server. The final result of this research is the creation of a management information system of PT. Saiyo Padang Andalas Biotechnology that can help employees manage Company data that is well-systemized.

Abstract

Abstract. The research on Fuzzy logic control of air-conditioning system in lecturer room of STMIK Indonesia Padang has been done. AC is a system or machine designed to stabilize the air temperature and humidity of an area used for cooling or heating depending on the nature of air at certain time. Commonly the AC uses a refrigeration cycle but sometimes uses evaporation. Lecturer room of STMIK Indonesia Padang has a size of 120 m2 and consists of 32 rooms. For the convenience of lecturers activity, the room is equipped by three AC each of 3 PK. The room has problems in determining the right size in the AC setting, sometimes the air temperature in the room is too cold or too hot. There are many activities conducted in the lecturer room, in the form of providing excellent service to students, such as thesis supervision, practical work, and discussion activities. With the number of lecturers in the room that is as many as 32 people and each serves about five to ten students daily then the room temperature sometimes becomes unstable. Based on the results of the study, with the room size of 120 m2 and the number of person as many as 100 people using three AC (each with 3 PK capacity) so the appropriate temperature is at position 18.0 ÂșC.Keywords: Air Conditioner, Fuzzy Logic, and Temperature

Abstract

Dinas Kehutanan bertugas mengelola dan menjaga lingkungan hutan agar tetap lestari, tidak hanya itu Dinas Kehutanan juga memantau bagaimana perkembangan aset pada perusahaan yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excell dalam pengolahan data perkembangan aset. Hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengelompokan aset yang layak pakai atau yang sudah habis masa berlakunnya barang karena jumlah aset yang banyak. Dalam pemecahan masalah ini dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang akan mempermudah dalam mengolah dan memantau data perkembangan aset peralatan dan mesin. Untuk itu perlu di bangun Sistem informasi monitoring data aset peralatan dan mesin pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera barat berbasis web dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySql sebagai basis data. Sistem ini akan dirancang menggunakan metodologi berorientasi objek dengan alat bantu perancangan UML (Unified Modelling Languange). Dimana dimulai dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, analisis sistem, desain sistem, implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sistem informasi monitoring data aset peralatan dan mesin pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Barat berbasis web yang dapat membantu Dinas Kehutanan dalam pengelolaan dan pemantauan aset peralatan dan mesin setiap tahun.
