Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect of BPJS Health service quality on outpatient satisfaction at UPTD Bandar Kota Pagar Alam Health Center, 2) to determine the relationship between BPJS Health service quality and outpatient satisfaction at UPTD Puskesmas Bandar Kota Pagar Alam. The research method used is associative research type. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents who were outpatients at the UPTD Puskemas Bandar Kota Pagar Alam. Secondary data was obtained through literature study (relevant books and literature) and agency internal data. The indicators used were obtained from this study, namely the dimensions of BPJS Service Quality (X) and the dimensions of Patient Satisfaction (Y). Based on the results of the analysis of research that has been done, that the correlation calculation in this study, the effect of service quality (X) on patient satisfaction (Y) the correlation value of 0.608 means that there is a correlation value in a strong level and a positive sign on the correlation coefficient indicates a unidirectional relationship between quality service (X) with patient satisfaction variable (Y) at UPTD Puskesmas Bandar Kota Pagar Alam. There is an influence of service quality on patient satisfaction of UPTD Puskesmas Bandar Kota Pagar Alam. Based on this statement, it means that Ha can be accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Fashion Ditoko Aisyah Kelurahan Pagar Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 75 responden, yaitu konsumen yang membeli prouduk ditoko Aisyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan (buku-buku dan literatur yang relevan) dan data internal instansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kualitas Produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Fashion Secara Ditoko Aisyah Kelurahan Pagar Tengah, dari hasil perhitungan persamaan regresi yaitu Y=7.024 + 3,01X hal ini berarti jika Kualitas Produk ditingkatkan sebesar 1 (satu) satuan maka Keputusan Pembelian meningkat sebesar 0,7024 X atau 72,4%, 2) pengujian hipotesis terbukti jika thitung 3.436 > nilai ttabel 1,99210 jadi Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Fashion Secara Ditoko Aisyah Kelurahan Pagar Tengah.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CR dan ROA Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Tercatat DiIndeks LQ45 Periode 2017-2019 baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menganalisis permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data keungan yang di dapat dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia di www.idx.co.id .Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 15 sampel perusahaan. Metode pengujian data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda berdasarkan hasil pengujian data, diperoleh hasil bahwa Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal dengan pengaruh sebesar -0,005 dan signifikan 0,000. Sedangkan Return On Asset berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhdap struktur modal dengan pengaruh sebesar 0.001 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.913. secara simultan pengaruh Current Ratio dan Return On Asset terhadap struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0,005 pada perusahaan tercatat di Indeks LQ45 periode 2017-2019.
