Abstract

Perkembangan merupakan indikator penilaian kualitas anak sehingga hambatan perkembangan pada anak mempengaruhi perkembangan selanjutnya. Ibu yang tidak mengetahui tahap perkembangan anak toddler tidak dapat melakukan stimulasi sesuai usia anak sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan perkembangan anak. Ibu yang bekerja juga berdampak pada perkembangan anak, baik yang berdampak positif maupun negatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan pekerjaan ibu dengan tingkat perkembangan anak usia Toddler di Desa Alue Kuyun Kecamatan Darul Makmur Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia toddler sebanyak 73 orang dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan ibu (p = 0,006), pekerjaan ibu (p = 0,001) berhubungan dengan tingkat perkembangan anak usia toddler di Desa Alue Kuyun. Diperoleh kesimpulan ada hubungan pengetahuan dan pekerjaan ibu dengan tingkat perkembangan anak usia toddler. Diharapkan kader posyandu dan puskesmas bekerjasama dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dengan penyuluhan kesehatan di desa Alue Kuyun tentang tumbuh kembang anak

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional deficiency caused by inadequate nutritional intake in the long term, and will affect the child's height. Children who experience stunting from an early age experience mental, psychomotor and intelligence disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with stunting in preschool children in Kindergarten, Bubon District, West Aceh Regency. The design of this research uses analytical survey design, with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had pre-school age children totaling 57 people using total sampling. The research was conducted in August 2020 in Kindergarten in Bubon District, West Aceh Regency, namely Permata Hati Kindergarten, State 3 Bubon Kindergarten and Bungong Melati Kindergarten. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Methods Data analysis is univariate using frequency distribution and bivariate with Chi-Square test. The results of the chi square test showed that gender (0.003), home environment (0.000), family economy (0.038), breastfeeding (0.008), birth weight (0.000) were associated with stunting in preschool children. Respondents can provide food intake in sufficient quantity, quality and maintain children's health so that they can achieve cath-up growth.

Abstract

The KVA (Vitamin A Deficiency) management program that has been implemented is to supplementation of high doses of vitamin A capsules 2 times per year in Toddlers and Mothers of Nifas. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the interest of postpartum mothers towards vitamin A consumption in the Helvetia Medan Health Center Region in 2021. The design of this research uses analytical survey design, with a cross sectional approach. The sample in the study used a total population of 52 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis in the form of univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the chi square statistical test study obtained a p-value age of 0.022, knowledge of 0.03, distance to health services p-value 0.023, husband support p-value 0.04 and health worker support 0.002. Based on multivariate results known exp(B)/OR value at the age of 9,078, knowledge 1,181, distance to access to health services 33,229, husband support 7,035 and health worker support 4,353. The study concludes that there is a relationship between the influence of age, knowledge, husband support and health care support.

Abstract

Endoscopy is a tool for visual examination of internal organs, especially the gastrointestinal tract at a target by using tools that are clearly visible on the monitor and abnormalities in the organ being examined. Endoscopy anxiety caused by the procedure such as fear, pain and discomfort, inadequate information, and ignorance during the procedure. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and the level of anxiety in patients undergoing endoscopy. type of Correlative Descriptive research with a Cross Sectional approach. The research sample is 60 respondents with Accidental technique. Data analysis using the chi square test with a significance level of α = 0.05 (95%). The results of the study obtained knowledge about the level of anxiety in patients undergoing endoscopy (p = 0.012 < α 0.05). The results of this study indicate that knowledge can affect the anxiety level of respondents who will perform endoscopy.

Abstract

Many teenagers smoke because teenagers like to try new challenges to find identity. The environment also influences the good and bad behavior of adolescents. Peers who are teenagers' environment often provide information or invite them to try smoking cigarettes. In addition, the family also has responsibility for the formation of norms in the process of forming children's behavior. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between the role of parents and peers with the smoking behavior of adolescent boys at SMAN 2 Meulaboh. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study was 133 people using a random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using the Chi-Square test. The results showed the role of parents with a p value of 0, 021 and the role of peers with a p value of 0.003. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of parents and peers with adolescent smoking behavior at SMAN 2 Meulaboh. It is hoped that the role of parents, schools and health workers will be to provide more attention, information and support so that adolescents do not smoke or stop smoking.

Abstract

Many children already have their own gadgets and use the internet through their gadgets, but these incidents can have both positive and negative impacts. The use of gadgets that are not limited to children will cause gadget addiction. This study uses a correlation analytic method with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 5 Blang Pidie, Aceh Barat Daya District in February 2022. The population in this study was students from grades 4 to grade 6 at SD Negeri 5 Blang Pidie, Aceh Barat Daya District, totaling 90 people. Determination of the number of samples using total sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Methods univariate data analysis using the frequency distribution and bivariate with the Chi-Square test. The results of the chi square test show that the duration of playing gaget is related to the level of cognitive development of school-age children (p value 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the duration of playing gadgets and the level of cognitive development of school-age children. It is suggested to parents to be able to supervise children playing gadgets.
