Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Klaten Regency Education Office. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in all employees who work in the Klaten Regency Education Office is 86 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Census technique with a sample of 86 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination.The results showed that professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline had an effect on employee performance at the Klaten Regency Education Office.Suggestions from this research, the Education Office of Klaten Regency continues to improve professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

This research aims to be able to know the influence of leadership, motivation, competence and communication on variables called the performance of employees of Trucuk Subdistrict Klaten. This research has been conducted using an approach called quantitative. The population in this study is all employees in Trucuk Subdistrict Klaten which all numbered 49 people. Sampling techniques use census techniques. Techniques for the analysis of this research data have been used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that has been done show that leadership, motivation, competence and communication have a positive and also significant to the variable called Employee Performance in Trucuk Subdistrict Klaten. It is expected that Trucuk Subdistrict Klaten district in the future will maintain and improve the quality of leadership, motivation, competence and communication of existing employees so that the performance of employees will also continue to improve and certainly become better than before. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, discipline, appreciation and motivation on a variable called DPKPP Klaten Regency work productivity. The research that has been done uses an approach called quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at DPKPP Klaten Regency, all of which totaled 75 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The technique for data analysis in this research that has used an analysis called multiple linear regression. The results of a study that has been conducted show that leadership, discipline, appreciation and motivation have a positive and significant impact on a variable called work productivity in DPKPP Klaten Regency. It is hoped that the DPKPP Klaten Regency in the future will continue to maintain and improve the quality of leadership, discipline, appreciation and motivation in employees, so that work productivity will also continue to increase and of course be better than before. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of a variety of brothers, eras, roots, and work environment outside the variables done by employees in the Office of Environment and Forestry Klaten. Which research is everywhere is quantitative. The life in this study is what all employees in the Klaten District Environment and Forestry Office numbered 43 people. Sampling techniques use saturated samples. The technique for research data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of which research is done is a variable of a sub-district, era, and work environment has a positive and also good from the variables conducted by employees in the Department of Environment and Forestry Klaten. It is expected that the Klaten District Environment and Forestry Office will continue to maintain and improve the leadership quality, competence, motivation and work environment of existing employees so that the performance of employees will also continue to improve and indeed become better than before.
