Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Work Perception and Work Motivation on the Lecturers’s Performances in Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata AMPTA Yogyakarta with Compensation as the moderating variable.This research aims to investigate the influence of Work Perception, Work Motivation on the Lecturers’ performances in Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata AMPTA Yogyakarta with Compensation as the moderating variable. The research was an Inferential Quantitative. The sample consist of 39 persons who were permanent Lecturers in Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata AMPTA. The sample was established by applying Census sampling method because the respondent were less than 100 persons. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The data were tested and analyzed by applying multiple linear regression. The analysis results indicated that (1) work perception positively influencing and significant to the lecturers performances, (2) work motivation positively influencing and significant to the lecturers’ performances, (3) work compensation positively influencing and significant to the lecturer’ performance, (4) work perception positively influencing and significant to the lecturers’ performance with work compensation as moderating variable, and (5) work motivation positively influencing and significant to the lecturers’performance with work compensation as moderating variable. Abstract

The general public tends to think of Housekeeping as the Department that : makes the head, empties the asthray and waste basked, tidies up the bathroom and leaves fresh towels. The truth of the matter is of course that it takes more manpower to accomplish. Housekeeping's almost countless function than those of any ather Department in the lodging industry. Housekeeping's responsibility may begin with fabrics, and progress to the selection and purchase of all furniture and furnishings; it encompasses not only their cleaning but their maintenance, repair, refurbishment and eventual replacement. Areas of concern include : sleeping rooms, meeting rooms, halls andelevator, all considered "front of the house" The designation also includes all other public area from lobbies to washrooms to restaurant and cocktail lounges. Out door areas such as pools and patios. Housekeeping also oversees almost the enttres "back of the house", from locker rooms to employee dinning, virtually everything.

Abstract

In a company, employee is not solely as object in attain of the purpose like in the eyes of classic, but rather than that employee is a patner. Company’s success also hardly determined by the success of the employee in finalizing the duty. Job satisfaction of intra corporate employee must be created as possible: that morale, dedication, loyality, and employee’s discipline always looked after or even increasingly increases. Employee’s job satisfaction can reached by some steps like: perception of job, motivation and compensation of the job activities.
