Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how relationship and influence of safety, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari. The research method was used with explanatory analysis approach that is explaining the causalistic relationship between variables. Technique of data analysis was used by finding regression and correlation, determination coefficient and hypothesis test, but before it was analyzed, first was done instrument test of research data. Results of this research was obtained there is relationship and positive influence and significant between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara by using F test. F test was used to test the feasibility of model in research. Results the trial fo F test showed that regression model can be used to predict employees performance. Test result of t test showed that safety, occupational health have positive and significant influence to employees performance, and work environment have positive and significant influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. While safety, occupational health were variables which is very dominant and influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Service Quality, Trust and Consumer Satisfaction of fashion product at online shop “Yellow Facy Jeans” through social media social instagram. This research was conducted on Yellow Facy Jeans customer in Bekasi Timur in 2017. The method used in this research is non-probability through quota sampling procedure with total sample of 120 respondents. Data collection techniques with questionnaires distributed from a total of 165 subscribes minus 40 customers who did not meet the criteria and the rest 5 customers did not answer the question completely so it could not be tested. The results showed that (1) the F test of Service Quality (X1) and Trust (X2) against Consumer Satisfaction Yellow Facy Jeans (Y) shows that Quality of Service and Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Yellow Facy Jeans; (2) the effect of Service Quality partially on Yellow Facy Jeans Consumer Satisfaction through t test showing sig value of 0,000 < 0,05, which means partial Service Quality significantly influence Consumer Satisfaction on Yellow Facy Jeans ; and (3) the partial influence of Trust on Yellow Facy Jeans Consumer Satisfaction is tested by t test showing sig value of 0,000

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the influence of brand image and product quality to car purchase decision at PT. Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Data analysis method was used, is quantitative analysis, by using validity and reliability test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Result of regression equation is: Y = 0,665 + 0,517 X1 + 0,416 X2 Simultaneously testing of brand image variables and product quality to purchase decision, shown by F count equal to 85,955 bigger than F table 3,159 or with sig. F 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.005. Based on the test results simultaneously, can be seen that the independent variables (brand image and product quality) have a positive and significant impact on the car purchase decision at Mitsubishi cars At PT. Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Suggestions which can be given for future developments and determinations of policy are, companies should pay attention to brand image, product quality, to make customers more satisfied and keep using Mitsubishi cars as their choice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta. The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique using random sampling samples. Data analysis technique used is quantitative statistical method by looking for validity and reliability test data, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results of this study found that the relationship and significant influence between organizational culture variables and motivation on employee performance PT Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta between variables with F test, where F arithmetic is bigger than F table (139,574> 3,150), Conclusion: There is significant influence which can be explained with result obtained from R square is 0,823 meaning that variable of organizational culture and motivation contributed 82.3% to employee performance variable PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta, while the rest of 17.3% donated another variable that is not researched.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of Bank Branch's Bekasi Index employees. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with sample number 50 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaire method, data instrument test, classical assumption test and data analysis used were linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test hypothesis Test F. The results showed that the competence and discipline of work have a positive and significant effect on the performance improvement of Bekasi Bank Index employees.
