Abstract

This research was titled "The Influence of Training and Motivation to Employee Work Performance at PT. Bina Kerja Cemerlang". The purpose of this research was to obtain the information regarding the relationship between variable of training and motivation with variable of employee work performance, simultaneously. The method which used with the approach of Explanatory Analysis that explain causality relationship between variables.Sampling technique can be performed by using the formula Slovin from 226 populations, and the sample was obtained are 70 respondents and to resolve the problems, with analyze through regression analysis with help of SPSS version 20.0.Result of this research is; Simultaneously, training and motivation have positive influence, strong and significant to employee work performance at PT. Bina Kerja Cemerlang. This was indicated by the acquisition of R-Square of 62.6% and the remaining 37.4% was influenced by other factor which not examined in this research.The conclusion, there is a significant and positive influence between variable of training and motivation to employee work performance at PT. Bina Kerja Cemerlang.Suggestion, company further enhance their employee work performance with effort by giving an addition about training with multiplying the volume of training so encourage the spirit of employees.
