Abstract

The Qur'an has set on how to divide the inheritance, warits, and conditions as warits, and things that in detail discuss the inheritance. Ideally, the provisions that have been determined by the Qur'an should be carried out as a form of a Muslim's slavery to its Lord's teachings. However, due to the various factors covered, the provisions are not implemented, so the understanding of the existence of Islamic inheritance is as if only a sequence of rules without practice. Therefore, the authors do a study of the factors affecting the injustice of the inheritance of Islam in addition to the problem of the passage of the estate between men and women. Conclusion obtained that the inheritance of Islam law is not in the matter of the division of the inheritance between the sons and women so that there is a mismatch between the doctrine of Islamic inheritance law with the practice in society because Several factors, namely: 1) still the public with the existence of customary law used in the division of inheritance. 2) The existence of the assumption or understanding that the division of property in the inheritance law of Islam is unfair, with the concept of 2:1. 3) There is still too much that underestimate the urgency of Islamic inheritance to assume that the internal problems in terms of inheritance can be resolved through a family principle alone.

Abstract

In Islamic history, waqf is one of the Islamic economic institutions that played an important role in the economic empowerment of the people. Waqf plays a role in empowering not only in the field of economics but also in the fields of social, education and health. So the role of waqf for the economy is very important and with professional management will certainly make waqf more productive. The empowerment of waqf has been proven in some Islamic countries such as Bangladesh where with waqf funds can support the economy of both the rich and the poor. If in Indonesia, more productive waqf funds will increase Indonesia's economy.

Abstract

In general, the proposal of jurisprudence is a method of studying Islam in general and in the history of Islamic culture this is the only typical Islamic method that developed, but in a special sense, the proposal of fiqh is a method of discovery of shari'a law. As a method of legal discovery, the proposal of jurisprudence is part of the research method of Islamic law in general. Islamic law research as a whole is distinguished into two major areas, namely descriptive Islamic law research and prescriptive Islamic law research. Descriptive Islamic law research sees Islamic law as a social phenomenon that interacts with other social symptoms. In this connection Islamic law can be seen both as an independent variable (free) that affects society and as a dependent variable (bound) that is influenced by society.

Abstract

Muslim does not become an infidel as long as he maintains his faith and Islam by not falling on any of the kinds of riddah or infidelity. Riddah is to do things that break Islam either by converting or something else, while the Perpetrator is called an apostate infidel. Riddah is divided into three kinds: Riddah words such as berating Allah, opposing or protesting to Allah, and putting Rasulullah to rest. Riddah deeds such as worshipping idols, the sun, and animals. It's like believing that a God is an object, a spirit, or a light. The marriage contract can be damaged if it occurs from both husbands or wives doing Riddah either by word, deed or belief. Providing for children for parents is mandatory for both boys and girls, who are young or ignorant children who cannot distinguish things and have not been able to stand alone. if one of the husbands and wives falls into a riddah either because of words, deeds or impossibility then the marriage is void. May refer back as long as the wife's iddah period is still there. By returning to Islam again. If a wife has been finished three times and the husband wishes to refer back then it must be by marriage contract. Then if one of the husbands and wives of his marriage is damaged by apostasy due to the impact on the livelihood of the child according to the thought of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Harary in the book of Bughyatut Tholib, the book of Shari'ul Bayan is obligatory for one of the husbands and wives to provide for him both sons and daughters, the ignorant and the disabled, the sick and the healthy.

Abstract

society must have more ability and proficiency not only to take a hand, but welfare is also needed one way by utilizing local potential, processing raw materials of potential regional results by conducting human resource training and the practice of making products and later marketed as an effort to increase income to help families improve people's living standards. Therefore, as a welfare effort, there was research with the theme of Human Resources Development and Entrepreneurship Training based on the local potential of dairy milk processing "In Mulyosari Village, Pagerwojo District, Tulungagung Regency.
