Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menentukan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi pegawai terhadap produktivitas kinerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 91 orang diambil pada kantor perusahaan daerah air minum Kabupaten Luwu yang disingkat dengan nama PDAM Kabupaten Luwu,  pada 11 kantor cabang pembantu  PDAM  Se-Kabupaten Luwu. Dengan menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis data berupa uji t, uji f, dan uji R2  dan regresi liner berganda. Dan setelah dilakukan penelitian diperoleh hasil Yaitu Y=20,343+0,240GK+0,340MK, Dari hasil persamaan diatas dapat dilihat bahwa konstanta memiliki nilai sebesar 20,343. Hal ini menjelasakan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja tidak mempengaruhi variabel kinerja pegawai. Jika masing-masing variabel independen di asumsikan nilainya sama dengan 0,  maka kinerja karyawan akan tetap memiliki nilai sebesar 20,343. Dari hasil perhitungan melalui analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh positif yang diberikan kedua variabel inpenden, yakni kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial maupun simultan memperbaiki gaya kepemimpinan dan memberikan motivasi kerja kepada pegawaiakan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Luwu.

Abstract

The car business is one of the pillar areas that has a great commitment to the community's economy. Not only that, this is also supported by the popular expansion for multi-purpose vehicles which is the biggest commitment to expanding the deal in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data. Secondary data is mostly as evidence, notes, or authentic reports that have been collected in files (documentation data), both distributed and unpublished. Where information is obtained from the financial statements of the organization PT Astra International Tbk for the period 2016-2020. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, namely Y=0.055-0.594X1+0.37X2 the regression equation shows that there is a negative influence between capital structure and a positive influence on profitability at PT Astra International Tbk period 2016-2020. DAR has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. DER has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability. PT Astra International, Tbk must expand the organization to get and follow the organization's long-term utilization and temporary commitment to create organizational benefits or benefits and can attract financial backers to buy the organization's offerings or reinvestment. because for the funder, the use of the obligation can show the organization's exhibition in supervising the organization's funds. PT Astra International, Tbk must increase the profit of the organization because profit is one of the financial supporting elements that are interested in buying shares and reinvesting and the organization must hedge by making an agreement with the bank to build the cost of the organization's portion.

Abstract

The research conducted by the researcher aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work culture on morale in the Working Area of Basse Sangtempe Utara District, Luwu Regency. Work Environment (X1), Work Culture (X2) are independent variables while Work Spirit (Y) is the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 76 respondents who were taken from the Working Area of North Basse Sangtempe District, Luwu Regency. The analytical tools used by the researcher in this research are multiple linear regression test, determination test (R 2 ) and multiple linear regression test. The results of data processing obtained are that the work environment variable affects work morale as evidenced by t count = 3.138 > t table = 1.665 or t count > t table with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. And the work culture variable also affects work morale as evidenced by the value of t count = 2.088 > t table = 1.665 or t count > t table. With a significant value of 0.040 <0.05. It can be concluded that if in a company the work environment and work culture are improved, the morale will be better.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the performance improvement of the Palopo DPRD Secretariat employees (2) analyze the effect of work mutations, and interpersonal conflicts on the performance of the Palopo DPRD Secretariat employees. The method used is a quantitative method which is processed with the SPSS program, using a population and a sample. Analysis of the data used with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. In this study, the population was all employees of the DPRD Palopo City as many as 32 people who had their address at Jalan A. Baso womb no.1 Palopo City within the study period for 1 week. While the sample to be surveyed is taken according to the Census Law, the entire population is used as the survey sample. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire technique or the distribution of questionnaires. The equation for this regression test is Y = 16,692 + 0,239 X1 +(-0,100) X2 + e, for the t value of employee performance (Y) = 16,692 t value of work mutations (X1) = 0.239 t value of interpersonal conflict (X2) =(- 0.100) then from the equation it can be seen that all independent variables have no significant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R square value is 0.100. For the calculated F value of 1.548 and a significant value of 0.230 while the value of is 0.05 so that the work mutation and interpersonal conflict variables together or simultaneously have no significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, to improve employee performance at the Palopo City DPRD Office, several other factors must be considered apart from these two variables. Subsequent research pays attention to the number of samples used so that the intended target is closer.
